• Miletic (2/5): For the amount of money we paid, this was a total disappointment. I would not recommend staying here - The location was excellent. The apartment has two bathrooms, and the beds were actually quite comfortable. I have never had a worse experience with a Booking.com reservation. The entire process of arranging the stay was incredibly stressful and frustrating from start to finish. The negatives far outweighed the positives. The cleanliness was unacceptable, especially since we paid a €165 cleaning fee. The floors and dining table were so filthy that our feet turned black, as did the cloth we used to wipe the table. We even found worms in the bathroom, and the bed linen contained hair from previous guests. In the kitchen, the pans were so badly damaged they should have been thrown away long ago. To make matters worse, the heating didn't work in all rooms. Communication with the hosts (who seem to be an agency) was incredibly frustrating. I had to ask the same questions multiple times to get any information regarding the tourist tax and registration links. Instructions for self-check-in were unclear and only provided after several attempts. Furthermore, the hosts insisted on communicating in Spanish on Booking.com, despite my initial request to use English. I deeply regret not taking photos of everything negative I mentioned.

• luca (4/5): I've never found myself so bad in an apartment by spending so much !! - We were two friends with different lifestyle for this reason we booked an apartment with multiple rooms. We asked immediately (after reservation by e-mail) to have two set of keys but they told us it wasn't possible. It was very complicated for us to manage ourself with a single set of keys. There is NO AIR CONDITIONING IN ALL ROOMS. There is only in the living room and one bedroom. The apartment was in poor condition! Living room pillows were stained. Dirty dishes / dirty kitchen equipment TV remote control didn’t work. The second remote control of the air conditioning didn’t work. The light of the living room didn’t work. Wc and bidet weren’t stable. The shower lost water everywhere. kitchen was completely empty. We also had to buy the basic things to cook (oil, salt..) only for a few days. We left many things. I hope they weren’t throw in the trash! After checking out my friend realized that he had forgotten some things inside the washing machine and a beach towel in the living room. In that moment inside the apartment there was the cleaning woman. We rang the bell several times but nobody opened us. My friend asked the agency to help him to recover his thing but they couldn’t do anything.
• Idoros (10/5): Perfectly adequate - Lovely apartment wonderful air-conditioning in the living room and very nice showers. The addition of the washing machine made it very convenient. Would be nice if there was an air-conditioning device in the bedroom
