O Sergio é um ótimo anfitrião, me deu algumas dicas que me ajudou bastante. O lugar é muito perto de ponto de ônibus e do metrô também, mas fomos em bastante pontos turísticos andando, é muito bem localizado e tem um mercado a 2 minutos. Viajo somente eu e meu cachorrinho e super recomendo para as viajantes solos por te me sentindo segura! Não tenho nada de negativo para pontuar.

• Michael (9/5): - Comfortable room in an exceptionally well organized and clean apartment. Extremely quiet area, bur close to plenty restaurants and bars. Host communicated quickly and clearly. Absolutely recommended!
• Francesca (10/5): Very comfortable and immaculate place to stay - Sergio is a gentleman who thinks of every detail to make his guests comfortable and happy. From the beginning to the end of my stay, I was provided with plenty of useful information to help me locate the property (I even requested videos of how to use each of the keys and bless him he made videos showing me everything I needed to do!). The accommodation is comfortable and immaculate and has everything you need, with plenty of towels available , fresh coffee and a washing machine if you need it!. I bumped into the other housemate in the kitchen and we both agreed that we are very impressed with the accommodation. I would stay again at Sergio's place if I came to Madrid solo again One tiny thing that could have been improved is that I would have liked a curtain which blocked out a bit more light but I am one of those people who likes complete darkness

Неплохая локация, близко от общественного транспорта, до королевского дворца при желании можно дойти пешком Очень маленькая площадь комнаты, окно которой выходит на лоджию, на которой расположен обеденный стол, т.е. прям рядом с твоей кроватью через окно возможно кто-то будет принимать пищу. Квартира расположена на первом этаже, вдоль окон балкона постоянно кто-то ходит, как будто рядом с тобой. При уборке используется очень много химии, запах невозможно сильный, как будто нечем дышать. Низкие потолки. Чайник на один стакан воды. Постельное белье - синтетика. Первое впечатление - было желание куда-то уехать. При этом это не вина хозяина, просто такое помещение.

Kitchen with all facilities except grater :) Shared toilet and bathroom but never busy ;) Many facilities like oil, different spice, Shampoo etc was available.. Good price for an accommodation in Madrid Dislike: First of all, let me say that this apartment is very good and you can choose it, but if some details are done, it will be even better.. They didn't empty the garbage bin during my four days of stay! Since I was on the ground floor, there was still noise from other floors at night time and the street.. Of course, I used earplugs and slept well.. There was a remote control in my room, but unfortunately they didn't explain what it was and I figured out what it did by playing with the buttons.. You should definitely leave the windows open after going out because the air will be replaced, otherwise the house and room will smell unpleasant with the windows closed. There is a fan on the ceiling that turns into ventilation, but doesn't seem to be adequate. The pillow was not comfortable for me, but might be good for others, I don't know.. The el outlet was not close to the bed, would be so much better if it was close to bed..

The house is just a 5-minute walk from the metro, located in an excellent area for accessing all the main attractions. Sergio proved to be a kind and thoughtful host. If I return to Madrid, I will definitely reach out to Sergio again.

The apartment is very close to Casa de Campo park, which is one of my favorite places to walk in all Madrid. It is also steps away from Parque Madrid Rio and the Manzanares promenade. Apartment is clean and comfortable. Sergio is a great host. Minutes to Puerta del angel Metro stop. Many people out walking late into the night. Safe location. 10 minute walk to the Madrid sign. Lots of sidewalk cafes in the area. I honestly can say I have no complaints. This is a nice spot for solo travelers. It is a good value.

This is located in a beautiful neighborhood with lots of great people and a quite place. The metro station and bus station is just a 5 minutes walk, you have grocery shops just at 5 minutes walk also. The host was really useful and helped me a lot with any information I needed. I highly recommend this place because the price of this one compared to other bookings it is absolutely great. Nothing
• Denise (9/5): Lovely stay in a shared apartment - 1) the location is just outside of the city centre yet I could take a longish walk back from the centre or hop at 1 of the many buses nearby or its a very short walk to the Puerta de Angel metro, also its near the big park ( 1 by the 'river' and also Casa de Campo and El Lago, there's also a market (Mercado Tirso de Molina) to buy everything fresh as well as cafes and bars perfect for my needs 2) Although shared with owner and a couple in the other bedroom, I have plenty of privacy and security yet the fun of cooking with my flat mates. ( Fridge freezer with my space clearly marked, electric stove with oven & combi-microwave & grill. Tap water in Madrid is fresh & clean to drink. 3) there's a washer and there's a covered patio room to hang washing I sat out there sometimes with my coffee or even breakfast. 4) Owner was very kind, courteous and checked to make sure that all of us were comfortable and had what we needed. Wifi signal was strong and consistent -- much better than some hotels 5) I had the single bedroom which wasn't huge but had all I needed: single bed, Wardrobe, coat rack, desk & desk chair, 2 cubes for nightstands & storage and 2 large drawers as part of the bed. It fit everything I had. Nothing I didn't really like, but need to be aware that this is a shared 3-bedroom apartment with 1-bathroom. However, I never had to wait for anyone while I was there and no one seemed to be waiting for me. The exterior of the buildings in the area are in need of attention and don't look as attractive as the inside of this apartment so don't be put off.
