• Carmen (8/5): - El apartamento era amplio Somos tres personas con estudios universitarios, pero no hablamos ingles,solo hablamos castellano francés e inglés,al llegar al apartamento no sabíamos entrar,no nos mandaron instrucciones por email y perdimos un tour que teníamos contratado,llamamos al teléfono y no contestaban,a mitad tarde nos mandaron las instrucciones,que no sabíamos que estaban en los mensajes de Booking,pues no estaban resaltados

• Rosa (8/5): Bona estada - Molt ben situat. Espaiós i disposa d'aire condicionat a totes les habitacions. Hem trobat a faltar un microones i la banyera d'un dels banys no tenia cortina ni mampara. Vam trobar que el rentaplats no estava en les millors condicions.

• Noguera Riera (9/5): Buena elección que nos ha permitido pernoctar de manera agradable nuestras vacaciones. - La ubicación es realmente buena. Zona más bien tranquila y no alejada de la Estación Central que es realmente importante para los traslados del primer y último día. Un apartamento muy confortable para 5 personas como lo hemos disfrutado nosotros. 2 baños completos, buena cocina y apartamento realmente espacioso. Recalcar también que estaba realmente limpio cuando hemos entrado para el check in. La única recomendación que le hemos dejado al anfitrión es que hemos echado de menos una cafetera tipo Nexpresso. Para nosotros era muy importante el café de la mañana e incluso de la noche. Teníamos que bajar al bar a primera hora de la mañana para ese reconfortante café.

• Álvaro (8/5): Great apartment in Milan - We had a really good time in the apartement. The location is great and very well communicated with the city center. The check in was very easy and smooth and having AC in all rooms was definitely an extra. The apartement is big, with 2 very nice bedrooms (apparently something very rare in Milan) and a big living room/kitchen. The beds were very comfy The check-in online process was a little bit shady, as it is managed by an external party and they ask you to upload a lot of personal and very sensitive information about all guests (something enforced by law but that we didn't like). One of the showers didn't have a curtain, making it difficult to not put a lot of water on the floor after each shower. Even though it is stated that there's a toaster in the apartment, we couldn't find it. Also, the detergent dispenser compartment of the dishwasher is broken, making it impossible to close the compartment and start the dishwasher safely (you can start it but the tablet will fall inside).

• Aurelia (8/5): Very good - The place is very well located,easy to find, a 20 min easy walk from Milan Central Station. The building is amazing. The apartment itself is big and spacious, bed is comfy. The place could have been cleaner, the big round table was dirty, the bathroom has quite old appliances, rusty. The apartament could have been a little bit decorated for a sense of home. Overall good stay, but could have been better for the price.

• Cezary (10/5): Weekend trip - The place is very well located, close to the center. Good communication with the staff. Good equipment, two bathrooms make it very convenient for a larger group. Nothing.
• Linda (4/5): practical if you are not spending much time in the flat. - Location and the level of cleanliness were the positives at the flat. Host was very difficult to get hold of which lead to a lot of stress. The flat is so puritan I felt like in a cloister. They paid a lot oof attention to provide the absolute minimum, one light source per room, no blackout curtains, very basic amenities.

• Evelina (10/5): Recommend this place - The apartment is great, big and with a fully equipped kitchen which impressed me even though we didn't use it. It is in a good location, the rooms were clean. The owner's instructions were easy and understandable. We haven't had any problems. If I come back to Milan, I would definitely book the same apartment. The only unpleasant thing for me was the online check-in. It took me an hour to fill out the information for 5 people, ID photos, etc.
