• Eveline (7/5): Städtetrip als Familie - Die Lage ist absolut zentral! Leider dadurch sehr laut! Die Wohnung ist sehr grosszügig. Das einchecken hat super geklappt und als wir mehr Frottierwäsche brauchten, war die am nächsten Tag in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung könnte eine gründliche Reinigung ertragen und kleinere Renovationsarbeiten. Auch ein wenig Liebe zum Detail wäre nicht schlecht! Im einen Schlafzimmer tropft Wasser auf den Nachttisch wenn in der oberen Wohnung geduscht wird. Im einen Zimmer ist ein Einzelbett das auch als solches deklariert werden sollte.

• Lucía (8/5): Amplio y bonito. - Su tamaño y distribución fue una sorpresa, precioso y de alta gama. Las camas comodísimas. Muy buena presión de agua. La limpieza podría haber sido mejor. Se notaban las sabanas viejas y algún bichito (notamos picaduras) No funcionaba el microondas La nevera pitaba casi a diario y había que resetear su alarma El wifi iba bien en la tv, pero era imposible conectar los móviles, se había cambiado la contraseña con respecto a la que aparecía en el modem La ducha de uno de los dormitorios no funcionaba bien y si se utilizaba el lavabo caía el agua en el mueble inferior. Tenia un increíble equipo de audio. Pero estaba desconectado y no se podía usar. Mucho ruido. Sobre todo por la noche. Aunque la ubicación era cercana al centro, la calle era muy ruidosa y a partir de cierta hora siempre se oía mucho jaleo y voces y discusiones. Nos daban algo de respeto las escaleras de acceso. Habría estado bien saberlo antes ya que el acceso puede ser difícil para según qué persona.

The location is near grocery s - The apartment was big enough for the seven people we had traveling. The air conditioners in the rooms worked very good. We had trouble with the hot water. The first day we were there we all had to take cold showers. The big living room area was very warm. The air conditioner could not keep up with the heat. We had to keep the window shades closed to try to cool the room down which made the room very dark. Some outlets did not work either.

• Szilvia (9/5): Perfect Roman holiday - The apartment was literally in the middle of Rome, 300 m from the Pantheon, Vittorio Emanuel monument can be seen from window. Very well equipped, spacious, clean and modern. When I opened the window in the morning I felt like a real roman: the sound of the birds and ambulance cars, the smell of coffee and baked cornettos! The elevator was always clean, the host was very helpful. Automatic curtains, bathtub and two bathrooms, dishwasher. Actually I can’t say anything I missed. Every big city centres are noisy sometimes, Rome isn’t an exception. Used earplugs and enjoyed sleeping.

• Gina (8/5): Highly recommend this stunning apartment - The apartment is beautiful! The location is perfect. My family was very happy with the apartment and the communication with the host. One of the on-suite showers was not functioning.

• Bettina (8/5): Spacious apartment in great location! - Very spacious apartment in an amazing location- just steps from the Pantheon, restaurants, gelaterias, shops, and bus stops.... Two large comfy double beds and a smaller double, perfect for younger kids or a parent with a toddler. Plenty of clean towels were provided. Bathroom (1 with shower, 1 with bathtub) and kitchen are a bit dated but fully functional. Good Wi-Fi in most areas. Some street noise at night, but the blackout wooden shutters (inside and out) helped a lot. Easy check-in, great host communication, and elevator access which is great with luggage. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

• Damisela (8/5): Very good - The location of Piazza Venezia Charming Apartments With View is absolutely perfect! We were able to walk everywhere, which made exploring Rome so easy. The apartment itself is beautiful and well-decorated, and the beds were super comfy, making for a relaxing stay. we did run into some bathroom issues—one was out of order, and another had plumbing problems, so we ended up having to share just one. That was a bit inconvenient, but overall, we still enjoyed our stay. If maintenance issues get fixed, this would be a perfect place to stay in Rome!

• Karen (7/5): Not the best value for money - Location Three bed apartment- the small bedroom did not have big enough bed for two people - no dressing table in small room for getting changed For price could have got cheaper apartment with 2 bedrooms and used lounge as a third bedroom but we didn’t want that we wanted a three bedroom apartment with two bathrooms for family couples Mixed bath taps in second bathroom not a shower and therefore no shower hook to hold shower up and there was no shower curtain in that second bathroom We had a water leak came in from heavy rain in second bedroom at 1am No keys for apartment - self check in and Apartment door locks were difficult to manage to start with on the link sent to you 24 hrs before departure

• C (8/5): Lovely clean spacious apartment with very communicative host! - Very spacious and in the perfect location! Host was very communicative, all very easy and clean. It was very loud at night time, and the apartment could have done with some repairs in the bathrooms

• Catherine (8/5): Spacious modern apartment, good central location but can be noisy in the night due - The apartment is really spacious and very comfortable The noise outside. One night there was a party in the street until 6am. Unfortunately the entrance to the building smelt of urine, and wasn’t pleasant to walk through. The lift was a little nerve racking - it didn’t run very smoothly. Kitchen could do with some additional resources - you couldn’t really cook in there and needs to have a tumble dryer.

Well, for almost all the stay we had problems with the water due to the water pump breaking. However, the staff tried their best to make up for us and we got a 50% refund. Also, the apartment is super techy but it is difficult to manage and understand all the switches etc. also, our bed linen was wrongly put. It really seemed they have done it in a hurry
