Attention il est orienté nord donc très peu de soleil Le chauffe eau beaucoup trop petit ( 15l )
Il n'est pas possible de prendre 2 douches a6la suite l'un de l'autre. Apparemment est éventuellement prévu pour 4 . Ce chauffe eau n'est pas adapté . En plus il fuit lorsque l'eau chauffe ( pas de vase d'expansion )

Short walking distance to the beach. And a similar short walk the other direction for shopping, restaurants and entertainment.
- Melisa (10/5): Fenomenal - Todo genial la ubicación, la limpieza la piscina además hay una tienda dentro del edificio donde puedes comprar lo que necesites Todo muy bien
- natalie (8/5): - The apartment is in a very good location , 2 mins walk to the beach & 2 mins walk to the Yumbo centre ,the bed was super comfy , great communication with the host , he's was very helpful. We also hired a car & were able to find parking spaces easily, close to the apartment.
- Tino (8/5): Sehr gut! - Sehr schöne Wohnung in optimaler Lage, alles schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Strand, Einkaufszentrum usw….).
In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden was man für seinen Aufenthalt benötigt. Netter Kontakt mit Vermieter! Leider liegt die Wohnung direkt an der Straße mit ständigem Autoverkehr, die Straße ist gepflastert, dadurch ist der Geräuschpegel sehr hoch, bis spät in die Nacht. Und in der Nachbarschaft ist eine Baustelle die noch bis Ende 2026 geht.

- Carlos (8/5): Estancia agradable que se adapta a nuestras expectativas - La ubicación, aire acondicionado y trato del anfitrión. El acceso a la piscina y la falta de sombrillas.
- Marcos (9/5): Apartamento ideal para veranear en playa del inglés - Apartamento muy cómodo, con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de una semana de vacaciones en la playa. La dificultad para aparcar por la zona, siempre que no puedas aparcar en el propio parking del edificio.
