• Ovchinnikov (10/5): - Замечательный лофт, хороший интерьер, уютно, чисто. Есть вся кухонная утварь. По нашей просьбе засели раньше на несколько часов.
• Sonja (9/5): - Die Lage ist etwas weiter weg von der Innenstadt, zu Fuß mit einem kleinen Spaziergang trotzdem gut erreichbar. Sehr nahe am Strand. Die Kommunikation war super und es wurde uns gleich weitergeholfen. Dennoch etwas komplizierter. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und groß. Auch der Lärm ist überschaubar gewesen für das diese mitten in der Stadt liegt. Würde ich sehr weiterempfehlen. Der Checkin könnte ein wenig einfach gestalteter werden.

• Martin (9/5): Po špatně zvoleném předchozím ubytování nám tohle zachránilo krk. - Naprostá pecka! Moc pěkně zařízený a vybavený byt, čisté, v noci trochu hluk z ulice, ale ložnice je úplně nejdál od oken jak to jde. Dobře dostupné z centra (bus 10min), kousek za domem velký park a potom hned pláž.
• Yauheni Kulikou (8/5): Comfortable and well-equipped place in a great location, perfect for a short and convenient stay - I consider the location and facilities to be the strongest points of this property: You’ll find plenty of highly rated restaurants within a 3-minute walk — definitely worth visiting (La Olha, Gottan Grill Huelin). The beach is just 5 minutes away, perfect for enjoying the sea or taking a relaxing stroll before bed. Getting around is also very easy: you can reach the property from the airport using city bus line “A,” and the city center is only about 15 minutes away by bus. We checked into the property seamlessly — all the instructions were clear and well-prepared, and all our questions were answered without needing to interact directly with the owner. Staying on the ground floor isn’t particularly pleasant. The only window faces the entrance side, opposite the bedroom area, since the entire apartment is essentially one large open space divided by furniture and facilities. It can feel a bit short on fresh air, as you probably won’t want to keep the window open overnight or while you’re away because of people walking around and noize from the street.

В апартаментах есть абсолютно все для комфортного проживания : несколько комплектов постельного белья , всевозможная кухонная утварь , много светильников и всяких других нужных мелочей) при заезде была идеальная чистота) Район тихий , мы спали хорошо) до ближайшего пляжа минут 15 неспешным шагом, до центра - 15 минут на автобусе , а также вокруг много местных кафешек♥️
• Federica (9/5): Ottima posizione - Il loft è stato ristrutturato recentemente, possiede tutti gli elettrodomestici e confort necessari in un appartamento.. lo staff è disponibile e in casa era presente tutto il necessario per lavare e cucinare. Posizione vicina al centro ed aeroporto, i mezzi in Spagna (almeno a Malaga) sono puntualissimi.
• Patrícia Almeida (10/5): - Excelente recepção, disponibilizaram-se para ficarem com as malas antes do check in, e depois do check out. Excelente localização, perto da praia e próximo da cidade. Superou as expectativas! Recomendo!!!
• coiso (1/5): No estarás solo - El apartamento es precioso, está muy bien acondicionado y está perfectamente dotado. El gusto por la decoración muy bueno y es amplio y agradable. Un bajo reconvertido en apartamento, probablemente un antiguo trastero reconvertido, puesto que está en un barrio famoso por el nº de trasteros y se ven muchas reconversiones de los mismos en apartamentos turísticos. A pesar de que en principio el apartamento parece ser una maravilla, luego llega la sorpresa. Tienen una infestación de cucarachas alemanas, comentan que seguramente las introdujo el anterior inquilino, pero la verdad es que leyendo otros comentarios, hay otros clientes que han tenido ese problema. Tuve muchas el primer día, tanto de día como de noche, llamé y me dijeron que iban a fumigar. No obstante, esa noche volví a pasarla matando familias completas de ellas, incluso algunas con ootecas y tuve que hacer videos y fotos para interponer una queja e irme a dormir al coche al ver que debajo de la cama salían varias. Se me ha comentado que se me devolvería el importe de la reserva, luego se ha modificado a parte del importe, pero por ahora no se ha hecho nada y he tenido que poner una queja en Booking. Tras las reclamaciones, me han contactado desde la empresa supeditando la devolución propuesta a la eliminación de mi comentario de Booking.com en un plazo bastante corto a través de un mensaje de whatsapp remitido ya a Atención al Cliente de Booking.

• Gleb (6/5): Do not recommend until they’ll improve cleanliness - Well equipped flat. Everything is in good condition. There are many different insects in the apartment, including cockroaches. Host tried to help with cleaning, but it was only after our arrival and our complaint. Then each day we’ve been finding half alive cockroaches around apartment. Never faced anything like this on booking in Spain.
• Jay (6/5): A great location, Lidl and Mercadona is close by with 10 mins walk to the beach - I loved my stay here and there were a few minor things that could have been better but location was excellent and the appartment was perfect for what we wanted For the duration of our stay the sheets should have been changed after 1 week and there were a couple of other small issues but if you are looking to be able to cook and save money eating out then this is great

• Nadzeya (8/5): Good place to stay. We travelled with our daughter (4 years) and she liked there too - It was clean , everything as expected / as on photos, all appliances worked well . No surprises at all - that was great) Minor thing - I was not expected that our apartment was on the first floor. But street was quiet and windows were protected - so no discomfort here
