• Marco (8/5): - Vivibilità. Un paio di cose. Un microonde avrebbe aumentato il confort. Una pellicola riflettente alle finestre aumenterebbe la privacy essendo l’appartamento poco sopra il livello della strada.

Pulizia molto buona, nel complesso un lotto Purtroppo ci aspettavamo qualche bottiglia d'acqua, qualche capsula di caffè, qualcosa per far colazione. Le tapparelle automatiche non funzionavano

• Sayed Murtaza (1/5): - Sauberkeit Wir haben vom 13. bis 20. August 2025 in dieser Unterkunft übernachtet. Leider war unser Aufenthalt sehr enttäuschend. Die Klimaanlage war defekt, obwohl es in Mailand über 37 Grad hatte. Die Wohnung war extrem heiß und nicht bewohnbar, vor allem mit einem zweijährigen Kind. Der Gastgeber war zunächst überhaupt nicht erreichbar und reagierte nicht auf unsere Anrufe. Erst am nächsten Tag wurden wir in eine andere Wohnung umquartiert. Diese war jedoch viel kleiner und hatte nicht die versprochenen Ausstattungen (kein Backofen, kein Fernseher, keine Spülmaschine). Trotzdem mussten wir den vollen Preis bezahlen. Das war keine faire Behandlung, und ich kann diese Unterkunft leider nicht weiterempfehlen.
• Elisabetta (9/5): - Appartamento molto grande e accogliente, le tapparelle erano tutte automatizzate e il letto confortevole. Per entrare e uscire dall'appartamento è tutto spiegato nel check in e si può usare sia il telefono che le chiavi. Zona perfetta per posizione e tranquillità.

• Alex (9/5): Superb - I stayed in this apartment for 10 days, it was very comfortable and nice, and a perfect size. If the location wasn't so far away from where my friends were I would want to live here if I moved to Milan permanently! There were only three minor issues, one was with electricity which when it goes out needs to be reset in the basement, and you need someone who works in the building to take you there, so it needs to be done during their work hours, and there is nobody there on Sundays. Also sometimes the air conditioning stops working but then it will start working again later. The last minor issue was that it was hard to get in and out of the building if your phone is dead, as the keys didn't open the apartment door, you need to enter a code which is very long and hard to remember. The remote application to enter is nice if your phone never dies but it's good to have a physical backup key as well!

• Anas (7/5): For that much money one could stay at a hotel room. - I liked the location and that it was clean. It was noisy and it wasn’t serviced everyday, and towels were not changed. If guests shower every day then they would have to bring own shampoo also I was told that coffee was not provided by the host. I found few espresso capsules probably were left by the previous guests.

• Yana (9/5): Perfect location, new modern apartment, well-equipped, good communication with the hosts - Very good location, close to metro, maximum 3 minutes walking. Quiet district. New and very clean apartment, well-equipped with all you need inside. Good communication with the hosts, they were very responsive to all inquiries. In general - all was very good; as I mentioned - apartment is very well-equipped including kitchen stuff. The only thing I have recommended hosts to add is a kettle (they have capsule coffee-machine indeed) and a microwave (despite the fact they have very good oven, microwave is more useful and convenient). Otherwise no complaints at all. You can book without hesitation
