• Näkkäläjärvi-länsman (7/5): Good - There was a strong smell of chemicals in the apartment. Not recommended for people with allergies, asthma or other hypersensitivities.
• Norbaiti (10/5): Excellent - Strategic & convenient location. Easy to get bus to santa village. Near to mall. Near to park and my kids enjoy play sleigh there. Clean and house smell good. The house complete with all kitchen appliances and kitchenware. Except there is no kitchen knifes available there is only knifes for dining available.
• Natasha (10/5): Excellent location and facilities for a comfy family visit - Perfectly located at the busy stop for SCV, easy access to city sopping and restaurants. The apartment had everything we needed to be self sufficient and was super cosy even with the extreme cold outside. Luggage storage was also super convenient.
• Fernanda (10/5): Exceptional - The location is amazing and the apartment is super comfortable and warm during the winter. When I come back to Rovaniemi I will stay here again. The apartment didn't have tea and coffee. There wasn't a hairdryer either.

• Xiomara (9/5): Wonderful stay - It was very well located, clean and fully equipped. Accessing the property was a bit confusing. I had 2 apartments booked and the instructions to access were not that clear (it wasn't clear what code to use for each apartment and the entrance door)

• Alexandra (8/5): Great stay in a great location. Enough space for a couple of nights For 2 adults and 2 children. - Great location in the heart of Rovaniemi, very warm modern, clean accommodation. Fab that final clean and bed linen is included in the price as often this is extra. Parking situation got us nervous. We struggled to find the parking area and it was a little confusing initially where the apartment was and where the key was located but luckily it was all in the same building as the parking garage.

• Yu (7/5): Good location, modern facilities, but very very very loud noise from the main road. - Location was very central. care-free check-in and check-out procedure. Did not answer our message regarding whether it is possible to drop our luggage off. The room had a big balcony cacing one main street where cars were passing non-stop, and the windows are not very sound-proofed. hence very very very noisy especially during the night. I am not a light sleeper and not very sensitive to noises, but i did wake up quite a lot of time during the nights...

• Pekka (8/5): Very good - Location Layout of the flat For the non-scratch frying pan there was no fish slice for turning anything... E.g. eggs - so boiled my breakfast eggs Had brought own cooking oil and pepper... But still had to go shopping for table salt ??

• John (8/5): Very nice place - but bad communication. - Good position. Apartment was small but it had everything we needed. Very clean. The bed was made but the couch where my kids slept was not made up, and I was not happy to have to make it myself on my arrival. Worst thing was communication with the owners: they NEVER answered any of my questions… ZERO! I wrote to them several emails but all I got was an automatic reply… very frustrating!!!
