• Stephan (7/5): Not the best option, but we quite liked it! - The location was perfect for our needs: supermarkets are within a walkable distance, as well as a public bus stop, the main street is a block away, the seafront is two blocks away. The apartment is quite spacious for a couple. There is a main bedroom with a comfortable bed, a kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, caffe machine, toaster, good sized fridge (no dishwasher), joined with living/dining space, a second bedroom with a door to isolated “outdoor” space, where a wash machine is. An iron, towels, bedding were there, enough hangers in wardrobe, everything clean and pretty. Our 3-weeks stay was quite comfortable from this perspective. The main disappointment for us was the apartment complex overall. It has many living parties in general, and the close neighbors are insanely loud, noisy and simply not okay. There were very young poorly behaved kids next door, who banged on the walls and shouted late at night, then someone from above the apartment “answered” them by moving the furniture all around their flat for hours long, again – late at night – just above our heads. Seemed, like there was simply no adequate sound proofing, even for entrance door, as every step and conversation from the corridor could be heard. One small complaint=suggestion we would like to make is that it felt like there should be some cleaning liquids left for such long stays as ours, as we wanted to keep the apartment clean and cozy, but had to buy all stuff ourselves just to use it once or twice. Surely, we were not the first ones and there should have been something left from other guests before us. Other than this, probably it is time to replace the toilet seat and repair the cupboards.

• Roberta (7/5): Un comodo appartamento se solo fosse da un'altra parte!!! - L'appartamento è veramente comodo, funzionale, ben attrezzato, adatto a 4 persone. La zona è vicino al centro, all'autobus per l'aeroporto, a supermercati (uno aperto anche il 25 dicembre!) E con un po' di fortuna il parcheggio si trova sottocasa e non sulla strada principale. Le ragazze dell'agenzia molto carine e sollecite. Il vero limite di questo appartamento è il contesto: la zona giorno ha solo una grande finestra, ma, essendo ad un piano rialzato, bisogna stare attentissimi a non lasciare mai aperto senza custodia anche perché proprio sotto si radunano al buio gang di ragazzi a fumare mangiare e fare schiamazzi. Diciamo che con il buio si diventa un po'prigionieri. L'affaccio della zona notte è invece su una resede interna, che sarebbe anche funzionale se non fosse costantemente appestata di odori di cucina di ogni tipo molto penetranti. Abbiamo dovuto smettere di stendere li' il bucato perché prendeva odori nauseanti. I vicini sono rumorosi senza nessun ritegno soprattutto la notte...dovevamo urlare o andare a bussare tutte le notti per chiedere di smettere. Come dicevo l'appartamento è funzionale ma per colpa dei vicini e del contesto il prezzo è sproporzionato. Non adatto a ragazza/donna sola.

• Anna (6/5): Pleasant - It's close to the main street. The drain pipe in the bathroom was clogged which made taking a shower quite of a challange. The rooms are pretty small and the sofa in the kitchen could be a bit more comfortable, but other than that, it was nice.
