The instructions were super clear, and we could always contact the host on the phone easily. Great location, air conditioning for hot days. The apartment building was really nice as well. It is a bit dark since located on the first floor, but better dark than sunny during the hot Italian summer…

Boendet hade verkligen allt man kan önska sig – från god mat och dryck till små detaljer som plattång, hårfön och tofflor. Det märks att varje liten detalj är genomtänkt och att värden verkligen vill att man ska känna sig bortskämd. Superrent, bekvämt och hemtrevligt. Jag skulle absolut bo här igen – och rekommenderar det varmt till alla. 15 min promenad till centrum.

• Johan (10/5): Good location, great appartment - The location was perfect, in the middle of a bruising neighborhood but without any disturbance from the noise. There were a lot of good restaurants and bars within walking distance.The tram was 5 minutes away by foot and the metro 12, so within half an hour you could be in city centre. The appartement itself was wonderful. It was nicely furnished with a.o. a picture of the Milano skyline. Everything was taken care of and the appartement was fully equipped, ranging from several towels for each person to a shopping bag to do groceries with. It even had a double deck of playing cards and a set of reserve batteries. All in all it was truly perfect! Getting in, especially the first time, is a bit of a puzzle. But after you get used to it, it's fine.
• Diana (10/5): A must in Navigli - The place is conveniently located in Navigli, in a quiet area, very close to the lively area with restaurants. The metro station Porta Genoa is pretty close as well. The apartment is very clean, stylish, with a lot of attention to details and things one might need (free beverages in the fridge, women's toiletries, slippers etc). The host is extremely nice, helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!

The host was extremely responsive, helpful and friendly making our stay that much more enjoyable. 10/10 would recommend! Very easy to get into central Milan and right next to all of the nice restaurants and fun bars of Navigli. A really lively area with a lot of character.

There are so many additional extras provided to make your stay homely. Only 6 tram stops to the Duomo and plenty of restaurants nearby. Parking garage close by but expensive. • Catherine (10/5): Wonderful place. Great stay. - The communication explaining how to access the property was great. Communication throughout the stay was very attentive. The accommodation itself is wonderful and they have really tried to think of and supply everything you might need. Nespresso machine was a bonus. Milk plus some other things in the fridge. The bed is extremely comfortable. 2 x usb wall sockets by the bed for charging phones. Plenty of wardrobe space and hangers. Coat hooks. Umbrellas. The heater /air con was very effective. The bathroom is great and well stocked with toiletries. Also a very good hairdryer and I saw hair straighteners and a first aid kit. Towel radiator in bathroom was great and easy to use. Everything seems very new and clean. Location was very good. Easy to get to the metro and trams. A tram line a few minutes walk away was the route to the Duomo. Short walk to the main canal area for bars and restaurants but far enough away from noise. The hot water is from a tank, which is not tiny, but you may wish to take short showers or leave a little time for the water to reheat between people showering. This was not a problem for us but could be useful information for someone else. If you're washing long hair you may use all the hot water.
