• Milena (10/5): - Great location, comfortable and very well equipped with everything you might need, also with coffee and cosmetics which is great if you have forgotten something. Coffees, bakeries and shops near by as well as restaurants. Great terrace with view and very important and convenient is the underground parking space.

• Antoniya (8/5): - The location is perfect if you want to do both. Go to the beach and explore Varna. The bed. The mattress is very soft and not comfortable for sleeping at all.

Намира се в централната част на Варна в нова сграда на 6-ти последен етаж с обемиста панорамна тераса, на която човек може да си прави и слънчеви бани през летния сезон. В близост има хранителни стоки и много заведения за хранене. За броени минути се стига пеш до жп гара, морска гара, морска градина, крайбрежната алея, централния плаж, опера, исторически музей, общината, катедралата. Всичко ми хареса.

Elena is very polite and friendly host . She has a good knowledge of local facilities and can guide you. I would highly recommend this property and would stay again. N/A

• Christoph (10/5): Don't hesitate to book, if you can sleep in a double bed and are good at parking. - Clean, great location, two balconies, airy, good bed (1m40 wide), everything works, a lot of privacy, very handy underground parking in a very narrow garage (I managed with my Renault Clio) in a city where parking is a nightmare. The evening before you have to communicate your hour of departure to hand over the keys.

• Olena (10/5): Exceptional - You can’t beat the location and the amenities of this apartment. It’s within 6-7 minute walk to the beach and 2-5 minute walk from several grocery stores. Enjoy craft beer at Averi Beers and several amazing restaurants just around the corner. Everything about this apartment is well thought out. Comfortable mattress and a sleeper sofa. Kitchen is well stocked (you’ll find even find a pitcher water filter). Comfortable outdoor furniture that allows to enjoy incredible views from the two balconies. Even a shoe horn in the hallway. The person who manages the property is very responsive and addressed a few of our concerns. We’re looking forward to coming back here next year.

• Alex (10/5): A great apartment in the city centre with stunning views - The property exceeded my expectations as the photographs did not do due justice, which is was a pleasant surprise. The property is modern (just built) has all necessary amenities, very clean and has an amazing terrace with 270 degree view over old Varna. The host, Elena, replied instantly when contacted, waited at the property for me when the flight was delayed, and was just an interesting and kind person to connect with. Highly recommended. If I was very picky, I would say that the bedroom would have benefitted from a double quilt rater than a single one; otherwise the bed was super comfy. This did not affect me in the slightest and I would gladly stay in the property again.
