• STEPHEN (6/5): For the price I expected more. - The apartment was in an excellent location, literally next to a tram stop meaning that all parts of Zurich were easily reached using the excellent public transport system. Had everything else been ok with the apartment the layout and facilities would have been ideal. The apartment was in a poor state of repair, the handle was loose on the fridge door as was the bracket holding up the window blinds, meaning that we were afraid to touch them the entire stay. The bedside table was broken and slanted and so couldn't be used for anything like cups. The online booking system fails if you book two apartments in one booking only allowing us initially to input two identity documents out of three. on checking with their help desk we were told everything was ok to find we had to input a third document on arrival at the building and before we could access the second room.

• Péter (4/5): Klasszikus olyan szállás, ahova csak aludni megy az ember és kevés éjszakát tölt. - A környék jó, a tömegközlekedés kiváló, de ez elmondható az egész városra. Kapukódokat megkaptuk aznap korán reggel, zökkenőmentes volt a bejutás. Ha a főútra néz a szoba, akkor zajos tud lenni. Az ablak szigetelés hangra és hőre is gyenge. Régi munkásszállóra vagy kollégiumra hajaz belülről az épület. Központi fűtés már nem volt (május), hiába volt 10 fok kint nappal, de nem volt vészes, igaz sokat nem tartózkodtunk ott. Bukón volt az egyik ablak amikor megérkeztünk, hőmérsékletnek nem tett jót, de a szellőztetés ráfért... A WC szinte eldugult az első használat után, jeleztük, vették, de nem történt semmi. Hiányoltunk legalább egy tasak teát vagy kávét, esetleg egy welcome mini csokit.

Good value for money considering how expensive Switzerland is overall. The curtains didn't close all the way & the pillows were so flat, they didn't offer any support.

• Marlena (7/5): Praktische Unterkunft, aber die Atmosphäre war für mich persönlich zeitweise unangenehm und belastend. - Die Unterkunft war insgesamt sauber und die Lage war praktisch. Der Self Check-in war unkompliziert und das Zimmer war funktional eingerichtet. Ich habe mich als neurodivergente Person nicht immer wohl und sicher gefühlt. Besonders als PoC habe ich mich durch einige Gäste und die allgemeine Atmosphäre im Hotel teilweise unwohl gefühlt.

• Bolke (1/5): - Das angebotene Zimmer war zwar als nur als Studioi angeboten, doch sehen alle Fotos so aus, als handele es sich zwar um ein kleineren, aber durchaus annehmbares Doppelzimmer aus. Es handelt sich in Wirklichkeit aber um einen Raum mit winzigen Einzelbett. Es gab auch nur eine einzige Bettwäscgegarnitur. Der Zugang einzig über Code funktioniert nicht immer perfekt. Das ganze Gebäude macht den Eindruck, es handele sich um eine Art Foltergefängnis . Es ist leider ein ziemlicher Missgriff für Bookingcom. Und ärgert mich als Stammkunde.

• Janina (7/5): Meh - The location was good and the beds were good As others have said, you can only check into the room at 15:00 sharp, not a minute early, there's no reception so you can't even leave your luggage there while you wait for the check in time. And because this isn't a real hotel you also don't get the Zurich guest card that would give free public transport in Zurich + discounts at some sights. I originally booked us this stay because I thought it was the cheapest option, in the end I probably would've saved money by going to a real hotel. The room lighting was also pretty bad.

• George (8/5): Really good apartment for the money and easy to get into the main part of the city - Small apartment with all the essentials you need for a great stay. Kitchen equipped with what you need and the bed is comfy There is a strong smell in the common areas of the the restaurant below but once in your apartment it’s fine. Can get very warm in there so the windows need to be open

El lugar estaba pasado a comida, cuando llegamos olía muy fuerte, decidimos abrir la ventana y fue peoooor, cerramos las ventanas salimos y al volver olía mucho más a comida pero con mucho condimento, y la ropa quedó pasada, decidimos lavarla a mano al menos los pijamas, porque lo demás no lo sacamos de las maletas y quedaron más hediondos.

Excellente situation géographique (proche commerce et transports en commun). Confortable et correctement équipé Aucun reproche, si ce n'est l'absence d'un balai dans le logement! Ca peut servir quand on y passe 4 ou 5 jours.

• N (3/5): Trap, never book it directly through property calling - The way the vision apartment did my booking. They never showed on booking.com. They sent me 3 emails on 25 March to book for 28. They never sent me confirmation by email as their standard procedure but in email they said that payment due on 26 for 28 however if I do not pay on 25 March before 5 pm, then no guarantee. So for money charging they were swift to get it but for confirmation they least bothered which let me to leave the property without even using. Never trust them Their box is way of handling the reservation without confirmation

En la cocina tiene todo lo necesario, jabón de cocina, estropajo, para el baño también. Y la ubicación está a 20 minutos andando centro No aplica, me gustó todo en general.

• Ayşenur (9/5): Good location and fully equipped apartment - Self-check-in was very easy. The bathroom, kitchen, and ironing facilities were more than adequate; you could find everything you needed. Transportation was extremely convenient, both by tram and on foot. There are many supermarkets and local shops nearby. The pillows were very thin and uncomfortable. Check-in time could have been at least extended to 2 PM. There was no one to contact in case of any problems. It would have been good to have at least a staff member or a WhatsApp contact number provided on the day of our stay. We only found the power adapter provided for using the iron by chance on our last day. It was at the very back of the top shelf of the cupboard. Placing it in a more visible location or plugging it into an outlet would have made things much easier.

• Caro (7/5): Experiencia buena - Fue dificil el acceso al edificio.. debido a que todo fue con tecnologia... previamiente se debia hacer el check in online, el cual no fue mencionado con antelación.. tuve que pedir a un restaurante del lado un minuto para poder llamar al call center y que me enviaran el codigo de acceso. Si llegas cansado y con maletas pesadas sin ningun tipo de instrucción previa... se hace compleja la entrada.. Una vez instalados el apartamento el hermoso, solo el lavavajillas no funcionó. El acceso es complejo, y lavavajillas no funciono.. desbordando el agua en el piso de la cocina.

• Diogo (9/5): Bem localizado, limpo e completo. Vale a pena! - Localização excelente. Quarto completo com micro-ondas, geladeira, cooktop, pratos, copos, talheres, caneca etc. Cama confortável, banheiro espaçoso. Enfim, vale muito a pena considerando os valores de Zurique. Check-in e check-out sem interação com ninguém, sem nenhum problema. Muito acessível e fácil. Recomendamos totalmente. Em uma das noites ouvimos uma pessoa gritando no corredor, bem alterada. Ficamos com medo e mandamos mensagem para o hotel, que apenas falou para chamar a polícia pois ninguém poderia ver o que era. Nada aconteceu, apenas um detalhe da estadia que foge do controle dos anfitriões.

• Prashant (7/5): Great location. Value for money - Checkin was easy. No flexibility around checkin timings. The door code gets activated only after 3:00 PM. If you reached half n hour early, not possible to enter. This is a bad experience. Even after calling the operator and requesting half n hour early checkin, the access code was not activated which is a wrong customer experience I believe. The checkin(3:00 PM) and checkout(10:00 AM) timings differ a lot meaning 5 hours. How much time does it take to setup a room? 5 hours?

• Sara (7/5): Problema de olores - La ubicación y el acceso fácil al edificio y a la habitación. El olor constante del edificio a la comida del restaurante etíope y por consecuente, en el piso. Creo conveniente poner café, sal, aceite y pimienta al menos. ( Lo básico). Al igual que gel y no solamente champú. La limpieza podría ser mejor ( suciedad en el espejo del baño) .
