• Charlie (6/5): Bon séjour qualité prix - Nous avons apprécié l emplacement à 2 minutes de la station de métro dans un quartier bien fréquenté , la grandeur de l appartement et ses équipements vous pouvez cuisiner faire vos machines à laver sur place sans problème , l appartement est très bien chauffer , niveau literie pour nous le matelas est trop mou mais confortable Il faudrais revoir la porte d entrée et la porte de la chambre ainsi que celle de la salle de bain l’ascenseur est vieux mais fonctionnel , l équipé d’ une climatisation pour l été Ps : le voisin du dessus a mis la musique toute la nuit heureusement que on a marcher toute la journée et que on était fatigué pour dormir

• claire (8/5): - The Host was so helpful. Check-in was not until 3pm but the host allowed my son to put his cases in the apartment at 11am to save carrying them around London. We got a message at 1.30 to say the apartment was ready. The apartment had everything he needed. Very clean.

• Laura (8/5): Fantastic location - very spacious and great wifi - Instructions were clear The main door stuck - a lot - you could hardly open it - had to put the key in turn it half way and use that to lever the door open.
• Callum (8/5): Excellent location, i would book again. Table/desk needed - Excellent location. Bed’s comfy. Sofa’s not particularly comfy and if you’re planning on doing any work on your trip there’s no desk / table high enough to sit with a laptop. I think one of the towels wasn’t cleaned prior to my stay but that’s an easy mistake and probably not the owners fault (we all know what cleaning staff can be like)

Une panne d'ascenseur durant un jour et demi, des poubelles non descendues qui s'accumulaient durant un jour sur les paliers des étages, des sautes du système électrique.

• Alistair (8/5): Best location in London, modern well equipped apartment perfect for a central London short stay. - The location was amazing and it was comfortable apartment with everything for a short stay. Single pane glass means external noise is very evident and the lift is very small.
• Terri (5/5): Clean apartment but needs some attention. - Location was great Both beds were uncomfortable. The main bed had a dip in the middle.Behind the bed in the main bedroom was advertising billboards, cleaning equipment and wet towels. The apartment was cold and no way of adjusting the heating. The front door latch didn’t work and had to use the dead bolt to lock the front door.

• Sandra (7/5): We enjoyed our short stay at the apartment, and, with minimal expense (I’d guess about £50 at the budget end), we would’ - The cleanliness and the spacious living area. Quite a few basic essentials were lacking! There were about 4 sheets of toilet paper (and no spares!), only 3 drinking glasses (one of which was a champagne flute) and there was no lock on the bathroom door. A bin would be nice in the bathroom, as well as a bathmat.

• Mohammed (10/5): Fabulous location - Location with harrods view and it bigger than most of london apartment , owner was fantastic he let me check in at 10 am with late check out. Air conditioner it is going to be good

• Sarah (8/5): Spacious modern apartment in a fantastic location opposite Harrods - Convenient location, spacious living area, excellent facilities (tv, sound system, washing machine etc) The towels were not dry when we arrived and still in the washer/dryer. There were no instructions on how to use the machine so we struggled to get them dry. Spare bedding was hanging up on various radiators (presumably also to dry). Perhaps an ottoman or similar storage solution could be purchased for bedding and towels?

The host was helpful via message as he was away on holiday but gave me all the contact details that were needed .It was good value for money, especially for the location of the apartment. Would 100% book again.
• Danny (1/5): This place is a scam! Please do not book to stay here! - N/A This place is a scam! Please do not book to stay here, we called the host over and over again, and did not answer, we spoke to cleaning staff around the property, who then gave us details to an owner at the property, and explained that we were not scheduled to stay there. I have since attempted to get a refund from booking.com, but they are unable to supply one. I've lost out on £400, which in the grand scheme of things isn't the end of the world, but what's worse is that I've explained to booking.com that this place is a hoax, but it still remains listed on the website. Please save yourselves a lot of money and avoid at all costs, and even better! Booking.com, please remove this property from your website!
