• Βικυ (1/5): - The place was infested with cockroaches and baby cockroaches. When we texted the landlord, an AI chatbot replied and then the landlord said he will bring a product but doesn’t know when. Long story short, we killed 10 cockroaches, we left the apartment and didn’t get our money back

• Idania (9/5): - Ubicación, comodidad y confort, es tal como se describe en el anuncio El apartamento está manejado por la empresa UpMarket Concierge. Cuando escribías por el sitio de Booking, al parecer el hospedero te enviaba a comunicarte por ese teléfono por Whatsapp, pero por ahí no respondían. De modo que tuve que hacer el check -in dos veces, además pague early check -in para entrar a las 3 de la tarde, tuve que volverlo a recordar el día de la entrada pero las llaves electrónicas no estuvieron disponibles hasta las 5:00pm. Cuando llegué al lugar, como no funcionaban, tuve que llamar por teléfono a otro número indicado para urgencias, y entonces abrieron el apartamento.

Dopo due giorni a chattare con un chatbot Ai e vari numeri e operatori, al momento di entrare nella struttura, ancora non avevamo i codici e l'accesso non è stato per niente semplice. Necessario ricevere dei codici, scaricare un'app, ed effettuare operazioni per niente semplici. Perdita di tempo e non tutti riuscirebbero infine ad accedere. Inaccettabile. Gli interni un po' discutibili, con la camera strettissima e la porta del bagno traballante. Stoviglie poche, lavastoviglie ma senza detersivo. Pavimento sporco. Un solo asciugamano a testa.

• Lucia (10/5): Como en casa - Zona muy muy cerca de la salida de metro supermercado y restaurantes, un apartamento bastante cómodo y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. La atención en todo momento ha sido impecable. Repetiré sin duda
• Renan (10/5): - Localização muito boa, foi muito facil para entrar pela primeira vez na acomodação. Por perto vai achar mercado, metro e tudo o que precisa. Estava tudo limpo e higienizado. O anfitrião me atendeu muito bem.
• Araceli (9/5): - Ubicación perfecta, a 1 minuto de la entrada de la estación de metro. Supermercados muy próximos así como restaurantes. Las instalaciones están bien, todo perfectamente limpio y cómodo. Es tranquilo, no hay ruido de día ni de noche.
• Balázs (7/5): Good for a few nights - Great location, metro line and grocery shops very close. Apartment is quiet. Well stocked kitchen with microwave, coffee machine, big refrigerator. Check in is very easy with clear instructions (only Spanish though), host is responsive. Apartment was very clean. The apartment is pretty dark, there is barely any natural light. This can also be good in hot weather, but the apartment didn't feel cosy. Windows are small and face walls or the patio of other flats. The dirty cutlery was left in the dishwasher by the previous guest.
• Jacqui (8/5): Apartment close to metro - The apartment had most of what we need (we are traveling for a year), and was close to the Metro line 1 for access to the centre. The washing machine, dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine all work as expected. 5pm check in feels a little restrictive. There is an option to request earlier check in but you pay for this. Some minor issues relayed to the managing agent. For us the main downside is all the Windows’s open on to other peoples courtyards so there is little privacy, no daylight, and hard to get a through draft. The apartment is fine for two people. I would not stay longer than the week we had.
• Danijela (10/5): I would come again! - It’s clean and close to the city center, we were walking and didn’t use metro at all, although station is 1 min away. The neighborhood is also very nice, you have everything you need. Communication was excellent, the host is great.
