De madrugada cuando muchos turistas deben viajar los jóvenes del hotel estaban durmiendo en las sillas y sobre los escritorios. Muy mal aspecto para un hotel tan lindo. Pedimos que nos reserven un taxi para las 5 AM y no lo agendaron. Paupérrima atención.

- Adam (8/5): Nice, modern and clean Hotel in a central location. - A clean, modern Hotel within 100m of the Sophia Church. Staff were helpful and eager to assist; and were very forgiving of my attitude involving a mix-up with our passports (my mistake entirely). If you like walking, the Hotel is within walking distance of many main attractions, including Stalin Park and Sun Island (walk across the frozen river). Easy reach of shops, restaurants, Metro and anything else you may need. Lack of an Outside Window - apparently the type of room I booked does not have external windows (would have been nice to know at the time of booking). The Lifts are insufficient for the size of the Hotel (3 x Hotels combined); the stairs were often the best option.

На сайте booking.com дана неверная информация по названию отеля, что создало трудности при заказе такси. Переводчик переводит его как отель "Руцзя Синьцзе". А также, что в номере находится кофемашина, холодильник, стиральная машина, микроволновка и тостер. На самом деле, всё перечисленное находилось на первом и подвальном помещениях отеля. Подача информации русским туристам. Мы только в последний день пребывания, узнали, что можем получать бесплатный кофе.

Also walking distance to the Lantern Festival in Zhaolin Park and the Snow and Ice Carnival on the Songhua River. A cheap taxi ride to the main Ice and Snow Festival and Snow Sculpture Expo. Very quiet, clean and comfortable. Close to shops, restaurants, coffee shops etc.

It took a good while to heat up but then was fine. We stayed for 3 nights.

Завтрак не супер но можно что-то выбрать покушать. Шведский стол. очень странная планировка номера. Окно находится где-то на задворках номера, свет из него в номер почти не проходит. Хотя ремонт в целом свежий и номер чистый. Чтобы остановиться на денек-другой - нормальный вариант. Странная планировка номера.

- Olga (9/5): Хороший отель - Отель расположен в центре города, удобно пешком добираться до туристических мест. Номер просторный и чистый. Очень хороший, разнообразный завтрак, стоит 38 юаней. Очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый персонал. Отдельно хочется сказать большое спасибо работнице Wang Mingchao, помогала нам по любому вопросу, при заселении, а также помогла вызвать такси в аэропорт. Окно в комнате выходило в коридор, а не на улицу, при бронировании номера этого указано не было. Поэтому будьте внимательны. Также в номере не было предоставлено зубных щеток и пасты.

Also a short 5-6 minutes walk to the famous cobble paved Zhongyang street. Nothing really. Everything was comfortable and convenient for us. Can’t find a reason to say we were dissatisfied with our stay.

Coffee machine at the lobby, its free to use and no extra cost. - Iazzy1013 (9/5): Great Hotel Near Sophia Square - The amenities are really great. Aside from the teabags and coffee that they give you in your rooms, there are available cookies, freshly brewed coffee and teas available at the lobby. The location is just a 5 minute walk to Sophia church and 10 minutes to pedestrian street. Very central. The hotel staff were helpful when they could not find our booking because I made some changes. So just an advice, avoid making changes in booking.com because your booking might appear cancelled or lost in their system.
- Nurulhuda (8/5): Very good - Loved how central the location was at and there were many eateries and malls to eat and shop at. It was just opposite Sophia Church too. Will definitely come back and stay at HomeInn Plus again when I’m back in Harbin. The hotel is family friendly too. The staff tried their very best to communicate in English. When all else fails, there’s always Google Translate.
