• Jenny (9/5): Excellent stay would definitely stay again - Location was 300m from Colosseum, lovely restaurants & pizza takeout. Easy comfortable lounge area. 2 bathrooms for each of the 2 bedroom; great for 2 couples. The spiral narrow staircase to access 2nd floor slightly challenging for any mobility issues

• Jeremy (10/5): A truly amazing apartment which makes for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. Truly 5 stars - An absolutely stunning apartment near the Colliseum. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard -including a piano! Extremely well equipped and very comfortable beds. There is only one downside which is you have to climb 15/20 steps which is not ideal with heavy cases or mobility issues

• Bus (10/5): Bármikor újra ezt választanám római szállásomnak. - Rendkívül szuper, kedvező lokáció. Kényelmes élettér, kiváló étkezési lehetőségek a szállás közvetlen közelében. Az ágy inkább puhább matrac, nekünk tökéletes pihenést biztosított. A szűkös lépcsőház lehet nem mindenkinek komfortos, nekünkneztel sem volt gondunk. Klassz hely, ajánlom.

• Toni (8/5): Really comfortable and great location. - Brilliant location for the main Roman sites. Lots of local restaurants within easy reach. Very easy check in. Beds were very comfortable. Perfect for a family break. The apartment is on the second floor up pretty narrow stairs which would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. The kitchen had only basic equipment. Showers needed better cleaning.

• Piotr (10/5): Jeszcze tam wrócimy - Fajne miejsce zarówno na krótki wypad, jak i dłuższe wakacje w Rzymie dla 4-5 osobowej rodziny lub paczki znajomych. Świetna lokalizacja blisko wielu największych atrakcji miasta, przestronne i komfortowe mieszkanie, bardzo dobry kontakt z obsługą i jej prokliencka elestyczność. Nie spinaj się, nie czepiaj detali i w tym budżecie będziesz super zadowolony. Nawet pianino jest nastrojone :) Jakaś złota rączka mogłaby tam spędzić dzień lub dwa... Kilka drobnych detali wymaga uwagi.

Monti was such a fabulous area - great restaurants, bars and generally very cool vibes! Close to the Colosseum. The apartment was lovely and spacious, clean and well appointed. No noise at night, nice and quiet. Check in was seamless and the hosts were helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend this fantastic accommodation. Nothing!

• susan (9/5): - Perfect location, very spacious apartment. The kitchen area is open plan, lots of surface area. Beds are large and comfortable. Showers are very good. Despite being in a busy location, it’s very quiet inside the apartment. Had to call owner on a mobile to gain entry to the apartment and it took several attempts to connect. We would have preferred a lock box outside the property. Very narrow, winding staircase to second floor, access was challenging with three large suitcases, otherwise manageable for day to day use.

• young gil (10/5): 강력 추천!!! - 어른 4명이 사용했는데 아주 넓고 좋았습니다. 룸 상태는 매우 깨끗하고 호스트와 연락도 질 되었습니다. 수건도 나름 넉넉했음 방은 3개에 화징실은 2개이고 로마에 다시 온다면 재방문의시 100프로 입니다. 동네에 맛집도 많고 저렴한 마트가 있어서 와인이나 장봐서 먹기에 편리합니다.
• SHERADENE (9/5): we loved the apartment, the location was perfect and the contact at premium suites was helpfull - the location was amazing, so central and also in such a lovely area with local cafes, restaurants, small independant shops. The inside of the proprty was beautiful, an old building nicely restored. Lots of space. i think considering the price it would be nice to leave some water, juice maybe some very basics in the kitchen

• MAXIM (10/5): - Чистые апарты, 3 просторные спальни, два санузла, удобная зона столовой и полноценная гостиная. Оборудована всем необходимым (от капсульной кофемашины, до утюга). Да, где-то требуется косметический ремонт, но это мелочи. Очень удобное расположение: в шаговой доступности метро и Колизей с форумом, при этом находится на тихой улочке (идеально). Удобный формат заселения, все удаленно. Однозначно могу рекомендовать к проживанию и сам бы остановился вновь. Обратите внимание на ограничения: апарты расположены на втором этаже, к ним ведет достаточно крутая винтовая лестница, причем весьма узкая (тащить большой чемодан или будучи тучным человеком- столкнетесь с дискомфортом). Нас все устроило, отличные апарты.

Staff contacted online with all data needed how to access. during stay sent a list of top attractions and restaurants which might be visited. Facility is huge and it was very clean Staff very helpful and helpful with any type of requests. Internet was stable. Loved the place and would recommend it to my friends. The bathrooms were quite "tired", needed some minor cosmetics fixing/repairs. Cleaning items like sponge for dishes, was missing so was hard to clean after ourselves.

The apartment was spacious, clean, warm, and very close to all the main attractions. There were excellent restaurants in the area. The Colosseum was just a 5-minute walk away. Many of the top 10 tourist attractions were within a 15-20 minute walk. A stroll through the historic center during the day, followed by a relaxing evening in a very comfortable setting. The kitchen was perfectly equipped for cooking at home.

• Karlosdrummer (10/5): Really really nice place :) - Of course, without the slightest doubt, the greatest advantage of the facility is its location in the Colloseo area. The apartment also has a spacious living room and a kitchen for shared use. The bedrooms are also large and the beds are comfortable. Bathrooms kept clean with plenty of towels provide the opportunity to freshen up after walking around the beautiful city. GREAT availability of shops and pubs. The nearest restaurant is literally around the corner. The place is surprisingly quiet, although located in the center. Perfect contact with Romalda - owner apartments. It would certainly be better if the apartment was not so dark, especially in the bedroom next to the large bathroom - maybe a mirror system would ensure comfort because there is plenty of sun above the roof. Unfortunately, it was undergoing renovation, so the noise was quite annoying, but it's not the apartment's fault.

• Julia (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location, fabulous apartment, modern and lovely decor, clean and airy, comfy bed, plenty of towels and toiletries. Coffee machine (but no coffee pods). Lack of communication from the host. The cleaners were hassling us out of the apartment half an hour earlier then we needed to be out. They were quite hostile and were knocking on the door several times. No kettle, no kitchen towel, dish cloth or washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets which made it challenging to clean up our dishes. Only 1 mug for a 5 person apartment.

There were only 4 Toilet paper rolls for the whole time we were there.

The only good thing thing was it was clean - Location close to colosseum but terrible ambience at the house The house had a really strange negative vibe. There was no lift, entrance to the building was dark and dirty. The windows were not really windows. Very eccentric and dark decor which felt very uninviting and almost haunted feeling. One of the shower was not working properly- wasn’t fixed even after complaining. Not a great place to stay.

• Swati (10/5): Excellent apartment with spacious rooms and perfect location for a very comfortable and memorable stay in Rome. - The apartment was excellent! the rooms were big and very clean. There was even a piano in the living room! The location was absolutely excellent! walking distance from all the major attractions. But also located in a very quiet neighborhood, I absolutely loved listening to the bird’s singing every morning. The staff was very responsive, our flight arrived in the morning but we were able to leave our luggage in the apartment around 11. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would stay here again! Stairs are narrow, so if anyone has large luggage it may be a concern. We had smaller luggage so we didn’t have too much trouble.

Can't keep lugagge after check out, ended up paying another €50 for a couple hours. City Tax needs to be paid in cash. No washing machine.

The staff at Premium Suites Collection went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. They were extremely accommodating to us from beginning to end. Any time I had a question or needed assistance with something, they responded immediately and were so helpful to us. The apartment was beautiful, spacious and so comfortable for us. The location was amazing...SO convenient to everywhere we wanted to be and we couldn't have been happier to find this gem of an apartment! I will recommend this company and property to anyone I know visiting Rome! One thing to note is that the apartment is on the second floor and there is no elevator. We knew this when we booked and it was only inconvenient when we first arrived and had to take our luggage up the stairs.
• Hubner (8/5): Good value for location and convenience - Good location and spacious rooms. Effective air conditioning a bonus! Very clean and the facilities were as advertised, although we did not use the kitchen and ate out. Access was up a narrow stair case (although only one floor). Most rooms were a little dark, although one bedroom was light and airy.
