• Imran (7/5): Overall a comfortable stay, polite, helpful owner and the staff. - It is a good size, nice and tidy studio apartment. The staff was vey helpful and polite. The self check in and checkout system was great. There are no elevators in the compound. There is only one shop close by for buying snacks and breakfast goods with limited choice.
• Diyar (1/5): terrible - I didn't like anything about it. This was the worst accommodation experience of my life. When I asked the landlord where the key was, he told me I could go and get it from a box and gave me no other information about the apartment. When we arrived at the apartment, we didn't know the floor or the number. We found it by chance. Our plane landed at 3 am, and when we went to the front of the apartment, we saw that the key was in a box with a combination lock. And we couldn't get in. We called the landlord but couldn't reach him. We waited for a full hour in front of the door, sleepy and tired. We tried every password we could think of, and after an hour, the lock opened. The next morning, it was very cold, and we wanted to turn on the air conditioner to warm up, but it didn't work. I took a shower, and the hot water started to cool down after 2 minutes, and I was cold again. The landlord sent someone to fix it, and the man said he would fix it the next day, and I got sick from the cold water and cold room. When I wrote to the landlord, he claimed everything was working. My whole night and day were ruined. I wanted my money back and to look for a new room, but he didn't give me my money back. My 3-day vacation was ruined. Also, the room was filthy. I took photos and videos. The apartment is nothing like the photos. I hope nobody rents this apartment. It's far from the city and the building is extremely noisy. There was nothing good about it. Everything was a scam.
• Курилина (8/5): Неплохой вариант для недолгого пребывания. - Достаточно приличная квартира, есть все необходимое для проживания. Заселение-выселение дистанционно, вежливый в общении хозяин. До пляжа пешком не более 10 минут. Доступ к вайфаю только платный и не настроен телевизор. В районе вокруг дома много стройки, поэтому, окружающий пейзаж не очень радует глаз.

• Wilfried (8/5): Sehr frdl. Personal - sehr angenehmes Wohnen - Grosses Appartement mit Einbauküche, grosses Bad mit Dusche, WC und Wasch-becken. Sehr gut ca. 70 grd Warmwasser in den Leitungen (Legionellen). Gute Kühlung! Duschvorhang sollte durch Eck - Kabine ersetzt werden. Sämtliche - Armaturen sind verbraucht und müssen erneuert werden. Der Balkon ist stark verschmutzt (Tauben) und gehört gestrichen.
• Dalioush (10/5): Perfect for a short business stay - The host, Mr. Kirolos was really professional, welcoming and very accomodating. He helped me tremendously. The communication was easy and he was very supportive. The only downturn was that there was no elevator in the building. Apart from this, the facility itself is nice and cozy. the process of key collection or leaving the key was easy. The doorman was helpful as well. I booked the facility for another person, and he was feeling welcomed and happy so for me this was great.
