• sekeroglu (6/5): Değişik bir tecrübe oldu. Şehir merekezine çok yakın ama bence yanlış tarafta kaldık biz. - Hemen yakınıda katlı otopark mevcut park yeri sorunu yok. Apartman yeni eşyalar yeni ve konforluydu. Bulunduğu köşede geceleri ciddi bir fuhuş dönüyor. Bütün gece otur odanda orospuların ticaretini izle o kadar yani. Sokağı hiç tekin değil 22:00 den sonra yanınızda erkek yoksa kadınlar için tehlikeli olabilir. Bekarlar için sıkıntı oluşturmaz. Ama Çocuklu aileler tercih etmesin derim. Tabi balkondan pazarlık yapan orospuları seyretmek hoşunuza giderse o ayrı.

• Olga (9/5): Perfectly equipped and very comfortable modern stylish apartment near the metro station - It is very new, fully equipped and very comfortable. The team is very attentive: we were provided with a set of clear instructions about everything and all our questions were answered very quickly and efficiently. The apartment is very comfortable! Also located close to the metro station. The neighbourhood felt sort of unsafe in the evening: there are some empty buildings around (which is not unusual for Athens) but also a lot of homeless people in the evening, who never actually bothered us, but as a female walking around with my still quite small son, we both felt a bit uncomfortable in the evening.

• Tanguy (10/5): Très bon séjour dans un appartement spacieux, bien équipé, neuf impeccablement propre. - Check in et check out très simple. L'appart est neuf, très propre, spacieux avec une literie impeccable. C'est tout près d'une station de métro importante et au croisement de deux lignes donc le déplacement est super simple pour aller partout et vite. On a vraiment aimé cet endroit et on y retournerait sans hésiter. Attention par contre au bruit, on est au centre d'un quartier animé (un peu craignos de nuit mais la police est à quelques dizaines de mètres). Ça ne nous dérange pas mais si vous êtes des maniaques du silence, passez vraiment votre chemin.

• Anastasia (9/5): - Ένα πλήρως ανακαινισμένο διαμέρισμα με καινούργιο εξοπλισμό, καθαρό και φωτεινό. Η τοποθεσία πολυ καλή δίπλα στο μετρό, ηλεκτρικό, στο κέντρο της πόλης. Σίγουρα ο κόσμος γύρω από το διαμέρισμα, ήταν κάπως περίεργος αλλά η ασφάλεια του σπιτιού ήταν τέτοια που δε νιώσαμε καθόλου φόβο.

• Tamer (8/5): - You can self check in to the property. The location of the apartment not much far away from city center ( Plaka Square) it takes 15 minutes on foot. There’s a mini kitchen, big refrigerator. Normally what you need in a home there were everything. Totally I am pleased.

• Anca (9/5): Raportul pret/calitate a fost acceptabil. - Localizarea in Atena, acces usor si aproape de pincipalele atractii Lipsa balconului, ferestrele dau intr o curte interioara, nu intra soarele in apartament si pentru ca exista pardoseala rece( gresie) a fost frig in primele doua nopti pentru ca nu functiona AC ul , gazdele au remediat, dar a doua zi dupa ce le am solicitat acest lucru.

• Burak (9/5): - Dairede balkon, masa, sandalye, koltuk, TV, Netflix hesabı, kahve makinesi, ütü, saç kurutma makinesi gibi ihtiyaç duyulabilecek her şey vardı ve oda düzeni ve büyüklüğü gayet yeterliydi. Tesis çok temizdi. Gerçekten çok beğendik. Çalışanlar her aşamada mesaj yoluyla yardımcı oldu. Çok teşekkür ederiz. Dairenin belki de tek olumsuz tarafı bulunduğu sokakta gece boyu insanların olması ve tekinsiz bir izlenim yaratması. Omonia metro durağı ile tesis arası 3 dakika yürüme mesafesi, kısa bir yol ve sokaktaki insanlar kimseye bulaşmıyor. Ancak tercih edeceklerin göz önünde bulundurması gerekebilir. Tekrar Atina'ya gelirsek yine tercih edebiliriz, büyük bir rahatsızlık duymadık.

• Geri (9/5): Top ausgestattetes und modernes Hotel - Das Apartment ist sehr modern ausgestattet. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Athen, wodurch man viel zu Fuß unternehmen kann. Das Personal war nett und zuvorkommend. Im Eingangsbereich gibt es einen kleinen Imbissstand, wo Kaffee und Gebäck gekauft werden kann. In der direkten Umgebung des Hotels gibt es viel Obdachlosigkeit und verlassene oder gar verfallene Häuser. Dies wussten wir allerdings auch schon vor dem Aufenthalt und wir fühlten uns trotzdem immer sicher.

• IVAN (10/5): Buen y moderno alojamiento, cuidado con el barrio - Instalación moderna, funcional, con todo lo necesario. Baño perfecto, habitaciones excelentes, nevera, horno y microondas. Tuve que llamar por teléfono para que me enviaran el código de acceso porque no me lo habían enviado previo al check-in. El barrio está muy degradado y aunque no tuve ningún problema de seguridad no es agradable convivir entre prostitución y yonkis. No es que uno esté en la boca del lobo, se sitúa a apenas 150 metros de Plaza Omonia, pero conviene salir del metro por 3 de septiembre y girar la segunda a la izquierda para llegar al hotel por una calle donde al menos hay un buen hotel muy vigilado y una comisaría

Podczas kontroli policyjnej ze względu na trwające protesty (28.02) partol ostrzegł nas na kieszonkowców i migrantów, którzy nie zawsze patrzą na ciebie z troską.

• Aleksandra (8/5): Very good! - The apartment was very good — clean and conveniently located, close to the metro. The hosts were very kind and fulfilled all the additional requirements. The only drawback was the hotel located just across a small street. On both evenings, a group of young people staying there made an unacceptable amount of noise, and we barely slept on either night. The windows are not soundproof at all, which seems to be a known issue, as earplugs were provided in the room. This clearly indicates that noise in this area can be a problem, which is particularly unpleasant late at night when one expects to rest and sleep.

• Christine (9/5): - Spacious apartment with the most comfortable beds! The 2 bathrooms were large and lovely. Plenty of hot water. Staff were pleasant & helpful. Very close to metro, supermarkets & lots of food options nearby. Would definitely stay here again! We couldn't quite figure out the heating system. We found it too hot (March), so we shut the system off and opened the windows. This worked for us. Kitchen needs more gadgets to make meals, but we mostly did take-out, so not an issue.

There is a paid parking lot in the immediate vicinity. Pets are allowed, which was very important for us. However, the neighborhood is terrible, there were many beggars and it was dirty.

The place itself was very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. I also loved the modern design—it felt fresh, stylish, and thoughtfully arranged. The facilities were excellent, with everything I needed readily available, adding to a smooth and enjoyable experience overall. There was some minimal noise from the nearby street due to the central location, but it was manageable and didn’t significantly affect the overall comfort of the stay.

• aparna (9/5): - The appt was easy to find. Close to the metro stop if you want to park and ride. The staff was very friendly. Dana answered all our queries very patiently. The washing machine in the house was a plus especially when traveling light. The rooms are big and comfortable. There was a sample of local olive oil. There are a number of stores near by for a quick buy or bite. The second WC was an advantage. Beds were big and comfortable. Just that the parking closed at 10:30. We were lucky to find street parking for the night. Did not seem safe, but we took a Chance. Nothing went wrong. The kitchen is well equipped. Some salt in the stock would have been nice. One room was a little noisy. But it did not disturb our kids. The bath could use a curb or a curtain to avoid wetting everything. There were no sockets at the bed side.

• Robert (10/5): - Bardzo fajne miejsce, 4 minuty od stacji metra Omonia, duży apartament, czysto, obsługa bardzo sprawnie odpowiada, jest to hotel bez recepcji, wejścia do budynku i pokoi na kody więc rewelacyjna opcja jeżeli lot jest np późno w nocy. Jedyny minus okoliczne ulice, niestety dużo ćpunów ale raczej niegroźni, po prostu żebrzą lub siedzą na ulicy.

Duschvorhang fehlt, so dass das ganze Bad beim Duschen schwimmt, Wäschetrockenständer wäre gut gewesen. Die Gegend ist schon gruselig mit den Obdachlosen,Drogenabhängigen und Prostituierten vor der Tür.
