Die Ausstattung ist etwas abgewohnt, Sauberkeit mittelmäßig und Tiefkühlfach komplett vereist. Lage sehr laut trotz 8. Etage, da an Hauptverkehrsstraßen.

- GISSELIA (10/5): - Gostei do flat em si, cama confortável, tem tanque, varal, geladeira, fogão, estacionamento e piscina. A Internet é muito boa. O anfitrião também foi excelente conosco. A acomodação é ótima , ficamos super satisfeitos. Como sugestão de melhoria eu colocaria equipar a cozinha com alguns utensílios: abridor de garrafa, de lata e de vinho, faca e tábua de carne, frigideira e panela antiaderente, panela com escorredor de macarrão, forma redonda para pizza e uma forma de bolo.

- heloise (4/5): Pela localização valeu a pena, mas o apartamento precisa de melhoria urgentemente. - A acomodação tem uma localização bastante privilegiada. Bem no centro, próximo a tudo. Prédio bem equipado! Academia muito boa, espaçosa e vazia. O apartamento não estava pronto pra receber dois hóspedes. No anúncio é informado que além da cama de casal há mais duas camas tipo futon, porém não haviam essas camas tipo futon. Precisei entrar em contato com o administrador da reserva onde me foi informado que as camas são disponibilizadas somente quando há 3 hóspedes ou mais. Porém, não há nenhum tipo de observação como está no anúncio. Somente que são 3 camas (1 casal e duas tipo futon). O problema foi resolvido quase de imediato por um funcionário que trouxe um colchão de solteiro (extremamente sujo e com cheiro de mofo) e roupas de cama. A limpeza ficou muito a desejar, muita poeira, fios de cabelo espalhados pela casa, cheiro de mofo bem forte.

- leonardo (9/5): Excelente hospedagem - Gostei da localização e principalmente dos atrativos , como piscina e Academia, portaria 24 horas tbm bem legal e entrada na garagem com a plaquetinha tbm bem interessante, apartamento bem aconchegante e limpo gostei muito do espaço. Na verdade não teve nada que não tenha gostado, só senti falta de um micro-ondas no apartamento.
- Rangel (1/5): Frustante, existe muito melhores pelo mesmo preço - Apenas a localização O chão estava sujo e ainda com vários cabelos, tenho fotos para provar, a televisao é apenas na sala onde tem um sofa mto velho e sem espuma e tbm n tem netflix como costumam ter, o wifi não funciona de jeito nenhum e não pega sinal direito, n tem nenhum sabonete e nem um shampoo.. somente uma coberta pequena e o arcondicionado bem velho e empoeirado.

- Victor (3/5): Não vale a pena - Localização, academia. Quarto com persianas quebradas, não bloqueia a luz matinal muita claridade no quarto, logo desde às 5 da manhã entra muita claridade. Cobertas curtas para uma cama de casal. Apartamento recebido com sanitário sujo (lodo), talheres sujos na gaveta. Constatei que não havia panelas para uso, solicitei-as e recebi uma panela suja!

- Fabio (8/5): Poderia ser uma experiência melhor se dessem mais atenção ao apart. - O apartamento é bom, mais fica perto de uma avenida barulhenta, os elevadores são bons, tem uma boa segurança, tem algumas lojas boas por perto Está mal administrado, a cozinha faltava frigideira, utensílios para fazer café, o box entupido (resolveram rápido) mas como alagou molhou os tapetes do banheiro, não devolveram um seco, enfim, solicitamos a solução dos problemas e resolveram, mas seria bom alguém verificar essas coisas antes de chegarmos
