- Alexey (8/5): Всё было хорошо, персонал очень дружелюбный. - Большой комфортный номер, хорошее постельное бельё, номер довольно тихий при том, что он находится практически под глиссадой. Бесплатный трансфер из/до аэропорта. Завтрак за 48 юаней довольно разнообразный и вкусный, рекомендую. Общая проблема - практически полное незнание Английского языка персоналом. Общение через онлайн-переводчик. Главное! трансфер надо вызывать по телефону (только с китайской SIM карты) или с помощью WeChat (где отель должен быть у вас в контакте), то есть дозвониться до отеля то можно, но вот как объясниться?
- Maria Teresa (1/5): - Bella la stanza PESSIMO! SE SIETE EUROPEI NON ANDATE. Nonostante sia un hotel INTERNAZIONALE non c’è ASSOLUTAMENTE NESSUNO in reception in grado di parlare inglese. Reception tra le altre cose completamente disorganizzata con mille persone che ti servono contemporaneamente. Servizio navetta valido solo da aeroporto in hotel, per tornare in aeroporto abbiamo dovuto pagare un taxi di tasca nostra con degli euro rimediati per cui non ci è stato restituito alcun resto. Ho scritto su wechat come da loro richiesto e non ha risposto nessuno se non dopo una telefonata chiesta a una guardia dell’aeroporto. Anche in chat mi veniva risposto solamente in cinese nonostante abbia richiesto esplicitamente di parlare inglese. Non consiglio a nessuno di soggiornare in questo hotel.

If you message them no response. If this place has a manager, should consider to have self check in would be great idea.

Плюс большое спасибо за трансфер Не понравилось, что никто не говорит по-английски. Даже самое простое сказать не могут. Тычут этим телефоном, не пытаясь вникнуть в почтой вопрос. Ведь у всех туристов всегда стандартный набор вопросов, могли бы уже и выучить.

- Lim (8/5): A very good choice for those who are going to catch a flight in the next morning. - This is a very good choice for those who are going to catch a flight in the early morning. I stayed here for one night and left for the airport the next morning. They provide free shuttle bus to the airport. The room I stayed was clean. There are washing machines and clothes dryers downstairs which you can use for free. Nearby there are a few Chinese restaurants. Nothing much in that area as it is a less bustling district of Beijing. Nothing to complain.

- Cam (9/5): Amazing hotel with wonderful staff. - Awesome hotel. Delicious and varied breakfast, traditional and Western options. Conscientious and polite staff who did their best to ensure the best stay possible - using translation on their phones when necessary - they were role models for the hotel profession. Magnificently presented rooms, comfortable beds, excellent in-room entertainment with huge TVs and tea/coffee making. Free bottles of water. Close to the airport, about 20 mins by taxi or if between 7 am and 10 pm, the hotel offers a shuttle bus. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again, the hotel is amazing. Robot and all. The advertising for the room said 24 hr check in and whilst that is kinda correct, beds weren't always available when we arrived. However the staff did their best to make it work and the most we had to wait was 30 minutes for a room (we stayed there twice, once before our trip and once on the way home). We had two rooms on different floors, the room key would only let you access your own room's floor and the lobby, good security issue but a minor hassle to sort it out when the party is separated.

- Kamila Maria (10/5): Komfortabel, sauber und nah am Flughafen - Sehr geräumiges und komfortables Zimmer, alles war äußerst sauber. Die Lage in unmittelbarer Flughafennähe ist ideal und perfekt für einen kurzen Aufenthalt oder einen Layover. Die Kommunikation war teilweise etwas schwierig, da das sehr junge Personal nur wenig Englisch sprach. Dennoch waren alle Mitarbeitenden sehr freundlich und bemüht, was den Aufenthalt insgesamt angenehm gemacht hat.

- Thomas (6/5): Convenient location and great value for money - It is relatively near the PEK airport (Taxi fare Y21 - some taxis don't take cash but there is a QR code to pay via WeChat with credit card). Good range of food for breakfast, clean and tidy. Great water pressure. I was told to ring for the free shuttle for pick up at the airport but they said the driver was out to lunch (11am) so I took the cab; the standard of English for the staff are just adequate.

We waited in 35°C heat by the roadside for a while until we call the hotel, only to find out later the shuttle hadn’t even been sent because staff were "busy." When we arrived, we were the only guests at reception, so the delay was hard to understand. We also ordered food delivery to the room, but it never arrived. Overall, the experience was uncomfortable and poorly managed.

- Liesye (10/5): - The woman miss Lili at the Frontdesk is super kind, helped with the check in and gave us small tea souvenir, that was very nice. Also we had a smooth airport transfer in the morning (free). Room are both super clean and very spacious. Be careful if using taxi or didi, there are 2 Hotel named Atour Capital airport, so better do double check to make sure the right address.

- Ning (9/5): Clean, morden and comfortable hotel worth the money. - Good hotel for transit flight. It is very clean and comfortable. We stayed in this hotel for transit after the trip from Japan. I would say the quality of this hotel can compete with the hotels in Japan. The only thing is toilet is not equipped with the auto washing cover.

- Tonje (1/5): Anbefaler ikke. - Store fine rom Lite hjelpsomme personalet, betalingsløsning på hotellet tar ikke VISA eller MasterCard. Vi kom for å sove noen timer mens vi ventet på flyet vårt. Fikk ikke hjelp til flyplasstransport noe som var svært stressende. De kunne booke taxi for 50 CNY om vi betalte kontant. Vi endte opp med å bestille taxi selv som kostet 13CNY.

- Golden (9/5): - Location was excellent, especially with the airport shuttle service which brought me directly to my terminal. Room was quiet, well laid out and spacious. Bed was comfy, I slept soundly. Breakfast was pretty good and exactly what I needed in the morning. Language barrier was a slight issue, however staff had a really good app which mitigated this issue.

- Lia (7/5): - La chambre était spacieuse, propre, moderne et calme. L'hôtel est proche de l'aéroport ce qui le rend très pratique pour un transit. Il a été très difficile de joindre l'hôtel pour qu'ils viennent nous récupérer une fois arrivés à l'aéroport. Le personnel ne parle pas un mot d'anglais ce qui rend la communication compliquée. Il faisait très (trop) chaud dans la chambre.
