• Lobo Europeo (8/5): Neapol je krásná a tento byt je na praktickém místě - Na tomto ubytování je dobré, že je blízko autobusové zastávky kam jezdí autobus z letiště a také, že ze stejného místa jezdí důležitá linka metra. Byt je malý, vhodný maximálně na přespání. vše bylo funkční a nic zásadního nám nechybělo. Za hlavními bezpečnostními dveřmi se nachází několik bytů. Personál komunikuje rychle a dobře a v komunikaci přes WhatsApp vám hned na začátku vše vysvětlí. Byt je opravdu malý a je tam pouze sprcha. Nemá kuchyňku, jen varnou konev a přístroj na přípravu kávy, ledničku. TV je malá, tedy spíš jen na sledování zpráv. Výtah je malinký a potřebujete k němu klíč, který je v bytu, tedy máte-li těžké zavazadlo a jste-li dva, vyplatí se aby jeden z vás nejprve došel pro čip. Není tam místo na posezení v křesle.

• Ionut Catalin (10/5): Nice room - The location is near the Central Station and also near the Alibus station -> which is the bus to/from the airport. The room is clean and in good condition. It's a good place to stay if you have a transit night in Naples, but also good if you are there to visit the city or places near the city. Everything was ok.

• LARISA (8/5): - Communication was great, all thoroughly explained and questions quickly answered:) Room was very clean and had all needed comforts, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, fridge, complimentary water, very comfortable beds, air conditioning, TV with Netflix and many other apps, good wifi. Location was very quick and easy for the travelling on trains or to the airport. Traffic was noisy outside, we had to keep the windows shut overnight and use AC. There is a lift that needs to be operated with the keys. On arrival you needed to get the keys for the lift from the room. Wasn’t a problem for me to walk upstairs while mum was waiting with the suitcases downstairs. But if you are alone or have trouble walking stairs, apartment is on the 3rd floor maybe you will need to communicate ahead to make different arrangements.

La zona è comoda vicina alla stazione; è la parte "multietnico" della città, come valutarlo dipende più da come è dove si è abituati a vivere. Servirebbe qualche piccola manutenzione: la struttura del letto tendeva a scricchiolare con semplici movimenti (come quando ci si alzava o ci si gira nel letto) e la porta del bagno si chiude, isola anche abbastanza, ma non si può chiudere completamente a chiave.

Potrebovali sme byť blízko hlavnej stanice, so zvýšeným ruchom v uliciach sme počítali a nevnimali sme to ako negatívum.

Quality product in bathroom Ø Small zink..have to bee bigger. 1 big blanket, should provide the option of 2 seperat blankets. Many elder couple prefere there own. The card did not work well,somtime we had to try up to 13 times Maybee update will help. The hanger in the garederope was all to high ..just get it down 40 cm. The elevator was a very special experice..a little compilcated and very small. The area fore the apartment was a bit unsafe in the night. We had 3 roman men trying to cheets us in the dark street..I had to push him away..very hard. We stopped the police to tell them..no reaction. Try to put a small walltable and 1 chair to eat and drinh area

• Sonja (8/5): Train Station Convenience - If you want proximity to the train station, ideal for early morning starts to sites like Pompeii, then the Ionno Napoli Rooms are perfect. Only 5 minutes easy walk from the train station to the Rooms. It was about a 20 minute walk to the Archaeological Museum, which is also on a metro stop. The room was spacious, and comfortable. The balcony was a lovely feature, as was the coffee maker! The bathroom was large, as was the shower. Giovanni was excellent, he met me to let me into the Rooms and showed me how everything works. His communication before, and during my stay was great, and he sent me a great list of recommendations for places to eat, and sites to see, which I really appreciated. There was a lift (which was good!) and Giovanni sent photos, and gave instructions how to use the lift, (also good!) but I still found it a bit of a faff. Probably more my fault, than anything else!! Listen to the instructions, and read the information, before you get into the lift!

Nos retrasamos en la llegada por culpa del tren y nos esperaron para la entrega de las llaves cuando habíamos quedado una hora antes. GRACIAS El portal y el ascensor. • Florencia (9/5): Alojamiento muy limpio y bien ubicado - Alojamiento próximo a la terminal, habitación limpia con pequeño balcón. El anfitrión nos recibió y nos brindó indicaciones. Cuenta con aire acondicionado, heladera y en la misma te brindan agua lo cual se agradece. La cama es cómoda. El edificio cuenta con ascensor, muy bueno sobre todo para transportar las valijas. Como único comentario, la puerta principal y de los habitaciones hace ruido en su apertura y además muchas veces había que probar en varias oportunidades para abrir, en la madrugada puede resultar molesto
• Chloe (9/5): Gorgeous inside - Beautifully clean room and entrance foyer. Smells so good when you first walk into the property itself and the owner was super helpful. The location outside has a lot of street peddlers and people just milling around, felt a bit unsafe.

Which we didn’t expected but it was a nice surprise Nothing. For some people the neighborhood might be a little bit sketchy (nothing to really be worried about though) but for us the localisation was perfect.
• Ann and john (8/5): Close to rail station . - The apartment was in a good location . Communication with the host was excellent. Always responding promptly. The bed was comfortable. The wifi was good. The fridge was small but adequate for 2 nights. Elevator was very small but it worked. Modern, clean and tidy The traffic noise and sirens was constant even through the night and annoying even with doors and louvres closed. We did not use air con. There was only one basic chair and a stool for seating.

Love the balcony and during the night you could close the shutters for no light and sound at all, it was a great stay! Also the owner was really helpfull The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. The rainshower was a bit clogged due to the hardness of water, you could easely clean that, get the small Stones out, I did that and it works perfect now. A limescale cleaner could do wonders but furthermore, everything was perfect

El baño muy limpio y con todo lo necesario. La cama es grande y cómoda. La zona donde está puede parecer insegura, aunque nosotros no tuvimos ningún problema.

• Neil (10/5): - Giovanni was a superb host who couldn't be more helpful and responded immediately to any request we had. Giovanni provided many recommendations about things to do and local restaurants . He also allowed us to leave our bags at the hotel following check-out and collect them later in the afternoon. The property is situated about a 10 minute walk from the Central Train Station and Metro station and is a great location from which to explore Napoli.

They communicated very well, and helped me with anything I needed. The apartment itself was very clean, and spacious. I really liked that it was a 5-7 minute walk to and from the train station. The apartment itself was amazing, I loved it! I do think it’s better to get a taxi or Uber when you are leaving the apartment at night time or arriving back at night. Like any big city strange people can be outside so just get a taxi.

The room was secure and loved the block out electric roller shutter. Not sure about the area at night although this is normal around train stations and it was conveniently situated to the train station, 5/10 mins walk.

• Tatiana (10/5): Отличное расположение и очень комфортный номер - Отличное расположение: совсем рядом с Piazza Garibaldi (то есть с ж/д вокзалом и пунктом отправки автобусов в аэропорт). Для меня это было просто идеальное расположение: я приехала в Неаполь в 12.00, а улетала утром в 7.00 - и я успела отлично посмотреть город, не тратя слишком времени на то, чтобы добраться до гостиницы. Комната очень красивая, светлая, удобная, сантехника новая, в идеальном состоянии. Все чисто. Очень порадовали чайник и кофеварка с запасом кофе. Мне нужно было заселиться пораньше - Джованни встретил меня у входа, показал номер, выдал электронный ключ. Его доброжелательность и дружеское расположение - выше всяких похвал. На все мои вопросы в Whatsapp он отвечал без промедления. Точно знаю, что если снова окажусь в Неаполе, останавливаться буду только здесь.

Eigenlijk super fijn! Maar er liepen hele verschillende mensen rond wat wij als twee meiden niet heel comfortabel vonden…. Maar de eigenaar heeft gezegd dat we met gerust hart kunnen rondlopen. Niks te maken met de accommodatie maar meer met de stad zelf…

• Etty (10/5): An oasis in the gritty central train station neighborhood - The room is simply furnished but had everything you could possibly need. It is very clean and comfortable. The owner could not be more helpful meeting us to help with luggage both upon arrival and upon leaving. There is an elevator. Here are many good restaurants nearby. Neighborhoods around train stations are often gritty and this was no different. But it was safe and we were not bothered by anyone. It took me a day to get used to it to feel comfortable.

• Joseph (10/5): No regrets, great place made amazing by Giovanni - Giovanni was honestly one of the nicest hosts we've ever had, and we've been to over 60 countries. We had arrived early from our Naples ferry, and he accommodated an early check in. We needed our luggage stored while we were in Amalfi, and he was able to help us with this. Finally due to train delays, we needed to extend our check out, and he was able to help us with this. His communication was excellent and truly helpful. The room itself was great. Comfortable with modern amenities. There is some noise from the main road but this is obviously to be expected, especially near the train station. The shutters definitely helped with this. The location is perfect, a short block of walk to the train and subway station. The bus also stops a few meters from it, though their timings can be unreliable. All in, an amazing stay for great value. I'm glad we chose this place and I'm glad Giovanni was our guy.
• Jennifer (8/5): Good value and convenient location close to the station - The room was clean and spacious with A/C, which is a must in the summer. The bathroom had a good shower and everything you need. Giovanni was a great host and he recommended a restaurant in the neighborhood where we had a great meal. The area looked a bit chaotic but the room was safe and quiet. Great location if you need to use trains or metro, and walking distance to the old town. The bed was not super comfortable, but good enough. FYI, the elevator is super tiny. The streets around the property are full of street vendors that take most of the sidewalk.

The location was near public transportation and also near Alibus which is the bus from the airport. It takes approximately 15-20 minutes to reach Iannò Napoli Rooms. Great attention to detail, such as the mosquito mesh on all the windows (I'm going to install similar ones at home!). or the extra silent bathroom door.

Although the building appears old from the outside, the rooms are newly renovated and are modern and spotless. It’s like stepping into a different world. The staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. There were wonderful views from the balconies. It was refreshing after a day of traveling.

It’s a really convenient base to explore the city although the area is a bit noisey but once you close the shutter the noise is minimal. The room is spotless, well appointed and spacious. Giovanni is a very welcoming & helpful host who is eager to assist with any questions or needs you may have. I have no hesitation in recommending this residence and would definitely stay here again when I’m in Naples. It’s exactly as shown in the photos. I couldn’t fault it.

The room was very clean and was conveniently located close to the bus station. There were stores and restaurants around. We highly recommend this lodging to any travelers.

• Iva (9/5): Superb - The room was comfortable and clean. There is some space to leave your language. The host is very kind and responsible. Also he speaks English, which is quite rarely in the area there. He left us some small gifts which I appreciate. My rate is for the room itself and the behavior of the host. But you need to be careful with the area. Definitely the area around. It's unbelievable what you can see around the Central station area. I couldn't believe we are in Europe. I wouldn't say it was dangerous, but not the best feeling at all. It terms of the room- too much freshener was used, so we had to leave the leave the windows open for an hour and it was still smelling very strong.
