- Vaha (9/5): - Wir haben als vierköpfige Familie drei Nächte in der Wohnung in der Doeltergasse 1220 verbracht und können sie uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Lage (9/10): Ruhiges Wohngebiet, Tram 25 & S-Bahn in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar; eigener Tiefgaragenplatz (Nr. 38) ist ein großes Plus. Check-in (10/10): Kontaktloser Self-Check-in via Schlüsseltresor funktionierte perfekt; der Gastgeber schickte eine bebilderte Anleitung, Early Check-in war gegen fairen Aufpreis möglich. Sauberkeit & Ausstattung (9/10): Moderne, sehr saubere Wohnung mit kompletter Küche, Geschirrspüler, stabilem WLAN und bequemen Betten. Waschmaschine und Trockner befinden sich im Keller; für jeden Wasch- oder Trockengang braucht man 2–3 Münzen à 0,50 €, die in einen Stromzähler eingeworfen werden. Hand-/Badetücher ausreichend vorhanden. Gastgeber (10/10): Petra und Co-Host Stephan reagierten stets innerhalb weniger Minuten und halfen sofort bei einer kleinen Schwierigkeit mit der Gästeregistrierung. Preis-Leistung (9/10): Für Wiener Verhältnisse ein sehr gutes Gesamtpaket. Fazit: Ruhige Lage, sichere Parkmöglichkeit und schnelle Verbindung ins Zentrum – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

- Anton (10/5): We would definitely recommend this place! - We spent 5 nichts in this apartment in March. Everything was great. Very clean. Lots of space for 4 of us(2 adults, 2 kids). The kitchen has everything for a long stay. The apartment is very warm. Not very close to the metro station, but the trams are near. The biggest advantages: a free parking place in the garage and we had our Yourkshire terrier for free.
