• Leonardo (6/5): Bene ma non benissimo... - La posizione è ottima, nel centro di Milano, la casa è molto spaziosa Troppa rigidità dello staff; abbiamo chiesto un late-check out fino alle 15.00, per consentirci di fare una doccia dopo la maratona (eravamo ammalati Milano per la Wizz Air Milano Marathon) e ci hanno risposto che oltre le 13.00 non potevano lasciarci l'appartamento. La macchina del caffè espresso non funzionava. Abbiamo trovato in stanza solo due set di asciugamani, nonostante fossimo in quattro e anche dopo averli richiesti non ce li hanno portati...

• James (9/5): Large apartment with high ceilings, back from main road so really quiet. Close to Metro as well. - Very accessible for sightseeing around Milan. All good.
• Gianluca (6/5): - Great location, spacious and light, comfortable beds. Responsive staff. Noisy, both subway noise and a music school directly upstairs so you hear the piano or other music every afternoon till past 7pm. Cheap furniture, terrible lighting with exposed bulbs shining in your eyes, lumpy pillows, poor water pressure in the bathroom sinks.

Nella prenotazione non si capisce quale appartamento sarà assegnato. Chiaramente la sorpresa all'arrivo....è quello meno bello...! Il check out alle 10.00 è un po prestino se hai un appuntamento di lavoro in tarda mattinata.

• Nicole (8/5): - Superb location! 1 min walk to the metro station and about 15 min walk to Milan cathedral. Apartment is very spacious for a family of 4 and located in a very nice modern building with cafes and retail shopping downstairs. The shampoo and body wash provided seemed to be in used/recycled small plastic bottles which makes hygienic level questionable. We ended up using our own toiletries. The apartment itself is beautiful, but it's a shame that the furnishing seem cheap and lacking. The place could have lot more potentials if more thought is put into tasteful furnishing and decor to make it more welcoming and warm.

• Max (10/5): Exceptional - Very big, bright appartement with air conditioner in every room including kitchen (you going to need it in Milan summer!). The appartement faces busy street but windows are very good so no street noise at all. It has 2 bathrooms which is very comfortable for a big family. 1 minute walk from metro, 5 mins walk to supermarket, 10 mins walk from Duomo and central shopping area. Getting into the building and to the appartement itself is awkward. Why use a phone application and code lock instead of a simple key? :)

• Emma (8/5): Good location, easy to get around, close to attractions, restaurants & central cathedral. - Good location, close to metro. Good air conditioning. Good size for 4 adults & 1 child. Good black out blinds in all rooms. Owners very responsive. Although there were security doors into the building, apartment door lock didn’t close fully when locked. Dishwasher wasn’t working, notified owner who offered to fix. No toaster in kitchen. No ironing board for the iron. Only 3 tea cups for 4 adults.

Host ignored me when I a - Very clean and well located Warning: There is a music school located right above the apartment. Expect hours of drums, piano, and floor bashing throughout the day. The host ignored me when I asked him about this issue. Inexcusable and unprofessional.
• Cyril (8/5): A part from the "check in" which was a nightmare, our stay was good. - Nice modern decorated apartment, located near subway and Duomo. The system to open the outside door of the building did not work (suppose to do it via internet). We stayed outside for a while. Finally got in the lobby and had a big argument with a lady who did not want us to saty in the lobby, saying she would "call the police if we stay". We had to call to get to know how to get into the apartment. Got the info that the keys were outside at 10m in a locker. 3 keys, but 1 does not work ! Where is the aparment ? what floor ? no info about it. But the concierege helped us (very nice guy) once in front of the apartment we could not open the door, the system with codes did not work. The concierge was also struggling .... after 20 min. the concierge finally opened it .............
• Ryan (8/5): Great apartment, even better location. Would stay again if door worked correctly. - Amazing building, high ceilings. Great kitchen. Couldn’t get a better location. Front door didn’t lock correctly. Only able to use the inspection lock which allowed anyone outside to be able to open the door 6 inches approximately, we got told this was correct. So we had to be wary what we left in the property when we was out. Also pushed something up against door of a night time.The entry to the building communal entrance was safe and secure though.

• Alan (10/5): Great spacious apartment in terrific location - The apartment was spacious, clean and very well positioned within walking distance to high end shops, cafes and a metro station. The building was secure and tidy. We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment Entry and exit with the remote key was not always working especially with the locking. Took several attempts in most occasions and you could not deadbolt from the inside. This was a little frustrating. There was a key left on the table but no indication that it was for the foyer and not the apartment door. When I requested assistance through email there was no response.
• Paula (5/5): Nice apartment, but very bad communication - Location is very good, interior design is nice. Impossible to get in touch with staff, not picking up phone, not calling back at all when promised to do so. We were 6 persons and staff forget to put towels in apartment - so we had to buy them ourselves which is not cheap in Oslo. Staff did not care about our issue at all.
• Einas (3/5): Nice Place, Poor Management - Spacious, newly renovated, location, modern The ACs were not cooling and the agent did not bother to get them fixed. We stayed there for 4 nights without ACs in the summer! We couldn’t open the windows because the main street was noisy and the mosquitoes would fill the apartment. The agent confirmed that the problem has been resolved however, when we got back to the apartment on the 3rd night the situation was still the same despite us contacting him several times on a daily basis. No compensation was offered and when we requested a compensation for the inconvenience our request was totally ignored. We were traveling with three children and they had a very uncomfortable sleep for 4 nights during our stay.

Enough public parking places at the back of the building (but parking is very expensive!!) Very weak lights! During the evening it is very difficult to even dress in front of the mirror or use the kitchen. Very nice apartment during the day but seems gloomy and unfriendly during the night. Please rethink installing better light bulbs! it would also be nice to have more cups and glasses in the kitchen - apartment can fit 6 people to sleep but only had cups for 3 :-(

• Leandro (9/5): Superb - Centrally located in a nice area. Walking distance to all major attractions. The apartment is brand-new refurbished. The agency was responsive when we needed help during the check-in process. They were also flexible as we arrived slightly ahead of the check-in time. The check-in process is designed to be autonomous, but in practice we had to call the agency and wait for someone to come by. Yet, the process was pretty smooth thereafter.
• Nikolaos (7/5): Wonderful apartment, NOT for sound sensitive people - Everything was wonderful in the apartment, the problem is a building and location (very noisy street) Super loud not a place to relax! subway or something like that, music from other flat every day, noise from every nabour, building is awful in this sense. If you are noise sensitive, not your place. Windows are super thin. Very limited amount of cutlery!

• Andrew (10/5): Great Location, Fantastic and friendly service from the hosts! - Great location, Newly renovated, great value for money, great service by the hosts (Friendly and super fast responses and resolutions of any issues). My family and I will definitely stay there again! Nothing. There were minor issues as you would expect with a brand new listing and newly renovated property. But everything was resolved quickly by the host. For example, one of the heaters was not working in the second bedroom, within 2 hours they sent someone over to look at it and then sent over an electric heater when the issue couldn't be resolved on the same day.
