Die gemeinsame Dusche hat mich jetzt nichtig gestört! Auf der Toilette sollten Desinfektion Tücher bereit liegen, da die Herren anscheinend auch im stehen ihr Geschäft erledigten!!!

Excellent location in centre of Hamburg by the Rathaus, with easy walking aorund central area. Area is safe & pleaseant. Similar to similar central hotels, has 3 flights of stairs for access with no lift. SUpermaret is 2mins walk & teher are many restaurants in easy walking distance. Room was clean with really comfortable single bed & a window fro fresh air which opened to a relatively quiet street - I also had shower & sink in room, with toliet shared on landing (between aorund 5 or 6 rooms) and also additional shower/bath. Got exactly what I expected. Room is not the most modern, and is pretty basic, but had closet & TV... It was spotlessly clean. Check-in after hours (past 6pm) is a little cumbersome, with keysafe on wall outside property, but worked

• Giacomo (8/5): Tutto ok - La camera era molto pulita, i letti abbastanza comodi ed il bagno molto spazioso, soprattutto quello con doccia e lavandino. La zona è ottima, perfetta per visitare la città ed ad appena 13 minuti a piedi dalla stazione principale dei treni. La camera per 3 era abbastanza piccola, ma tutto sommato si riesce comunque a trovare uno spazio per aprire le valige. Putroppo le scale sono molte ed é abbastanza ripida la prima rampa essendo che la struttura si espande principalmente verso l'alto.

I am not used to travelling abroad yet but I would say this venue is perfect for anyone quick stopping in Hamburg. The lack of a private bathroom/toilet is a small level issue, other than that and its only a small level issue as I said. No issues at all

• Britta aus Him (8/5): Für die Innenstadt-Lage ist die Pension günstig, außerdem sauber und sehr einfach, aber ohne Lift. - Es ist eine kleine Pension in grandioser Lage, mitten in der Hamburger Innenstadt. Vergleichsweise günstig - dafür mit Etagenklo. Kennt man heute kaum noch, aber es ist wirklich so: Auf dem Zimmer gibt es Dusche und Waschbecken, aber das Örtchen ist außerhalb des Zimmers und man teilt es sich mit mehreren anderen Zimmern. Die Zimmer sind sehr einfach eingerichtet aber zweckmäßig und sauber. Es wurde nichts anderes versprochen, daher ist das völlig in Ordnung. Außerhalb der kurzen Rezeptionszeiten morgens und nachmittags gibt es einen Schlüsselkasten mit Code. Einen Hinweis, dass kein Aufzug vorhanden ist, habe ich vermisst oder vielleicht hatte ich ihn übersehen. Noch vor einigen Wochen hätte ich das Zimmer im 3. Stock wegen einer Knieverletzung nur schlecht erreichen können. Selbst die Rezeption ist nur mit einer langen Treppe erreichbar.

The wifi is excellent. There are extra blankets in the closet (but also heating). The room and the shared toilets were super clean. The staff has been very friendly and helpful. You hear the neighbors and the closing doors. Toilets and shower are in the same room, which can cause difficulties since 4 rooms share them. The curtains do not block the light

Especially if you take the price into consideration. The receptionists are not available in their working hours. I waited for them for 10-15 minutes, rang the bell couple of times but nothing. There are no power outlets anywhere close to the bed. I was aware that the bathroom and the toilet will be shared and on the corridor, but I thought I would be a couple of toilets and a couple of showers, but it was just one of each.

Perfect location, close to subway station and city council. There was no shower gel and the dispenser was kind of rusty. Stairs may be a challenge for some.

• SUSUMU (3/5): - 中央駅にも、歌劇場にも、歩いて行ける距離だった。 飛行機が遅れたので、午後７時頃にチェックインしようとすると、営業は午後６時終了として入口が閉まっていて、あり得ないことだと思った。隣のレストランの店員が電話をかけてくれて、何とか鍵は手に入れたが、この親切がなければ、寒い夜をひと晩外で過ごさなければならなかったので、今でも寒気を覚える。また、部屋のドアは建付けが非常に悪く、一度閉めると開けるのが困難なので、滞在中は外出中も含めてドアを半開きにしていた。

• Oliver (7/5): Für eine Nacht okay - Laufweite zu meiner Location, relative Ruhe und freundliches Personal (nachts in Hamburg keine Selbstverständlichkeit). Für eine Nacht zum Konzert oder einen einfachen Job ist es okay. Wer ein normales oder leicht gehobeneres **Hotelambiente möchte, muss nach etwas anderem schauen, die Unterkunft ist insgesamt schon sehr einfach und hat maximal Gästezimmer-Charme. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis könnte besser sein - aber so ist es nunmal in Hamburg. Auch mittelmäßige Unterkünfte nehmen inzwischen richtig viel Geld für eine Nacht.

• Elsbeth (8/5): Perfekte Unterkunft für mehrtägige Städtereise. Preis- Leistung stimmt! - Perfekt für Städtetrip. Unterkunft ist einfach, sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Sehr gute Lage, nahe beim Rathaus. Der Hauptbahnhof ist in 10 Min. zu Fuss erreichbar. Möglichkeiten für Frühstück in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wünschenswert wäre ein Wasserkocher im Zimmer für Tee/Kaffee.

• Jeroen (7/5): Rustige buurt, prima kamer , Prima Value for money ! - Prima kamer in rustige buurt, centraal gelegen. 2 1 persoonsbedden zijn comfortabel. Slaapbank is wat aan de harde kant. Kamer wordt elke dag uitstekend schoongemaakt incl schone handdoeken. Doucheis wat krap, maar misschien ben ik ook zelf wel wat groot :)

• Blumenhoven (10/5): Für uns war es eine sehr tolle Unterkunft wir kommen auf alle Fälle noch mal wieder - War zentral gelegen keine 3 min geh zeit zu den öffentlichen Es sind schon einige Stufen zu bewältigen wenn man in die Pension kommt für gehbehinderte und ältere Leute würde ich es nicht empfehlen Wenn man die Fenster auf hat ist es schon sehr laut aber sobald man die Fenster geschlossen hat ist es richtig still im Zimmer

• Gabriele (8/5): - Die zentrale Lage der Pension ist nicht zu toppen! Hauptbahnhof sowie Dammtor sind mit Öffis und sogar zu Fuß problemlos in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen, Kunsthalle, Bucerius-Forum und Thalia-Theater ebenso. Gastronomische Einrichtungen aller Art und für jeden Geldbeutel liegen ringsum. Da sich direkt am Rathaus ein großes Polizeirevier befindet, hat die Gegend auf mich einen ganz besonders sicheren Eindruck gemacht, was mir als ältere Alleinreisende ein ausgesprochen gutes Gefühl gab. Durch den fehlenden Aufzug kommt die Unterkunft für Menschen mit körperlichen Einschränkungen natürlich nicht in Frage, aber das liest man ja, bevor man bucht. Zimmer und Sanitärbereich waren picobello sauber. Das ist mir wichtig. Solange ich die Treppen bewältige, komme ich gerne immer wieder. Ein Föhn im Zimmer wäre schön.

• Anne (5/5): - Am Empfang waren alle freundlich. Das Putzpersonal hatte scheinbar teilweise andere Zeiten als Info für ihre Dienste als die Buchung bestätigt. Das führte dazu, dass sie mich um Stunden vor dem offiziellen Checkout "heraus bitten" wollten. Es gab freundliches und eher unfreundliches Putzpersonal. Das Gebäude hat extrem viele steile Treppenaufgänge ohne Alternative und ist extremst hellhörig.

Det var et ‘Kvist’Værelse ..Man burde have bedre mulighed for at kunne åbne Vinduet …. Så det var lidt Varmt uden at være en Gene….

• María (8/5): - La ubicación es perfecta, al lado del ayuntamiento de la ciudad, y el personal muy amable. El baño era compartido y la habitación apenas tenía luz natural.
