• Sureyya (7/5): Müthiş konum fiyat performans bir daire - Konumu müthiş Ev giriş kat ve güneş görmediği için haliyle rutubet kokuyor. Arada tuvalet de koktu ama konumu müthiş sık sık dinlenme fırsatı verdi çocuklu aile olarak. Genel anlamda temiz olanaklar mevcut. Girişte birkaç ikram bırakmışlardı. Kendi kendine giriş yapılmalı anahtar almak biraz zor oluyor

• Hani (9/5): Definitely recommend! - The location is perfect, it is in the old town. Very nice building and everything is few minutes from the appartment. Everything was great but it would be nice to have a proper door between the bathroom and the bedroom because of the smells. Anyway, not a big problem after all!
• Mario (10/5): Quattro notti a Siviglia. - Posizione eccellente nel centro storico di Siviglia, che così abbiamo girato a piedi in lungo e in largo visitando tutti i punti salienti della splendida città. La casa è accogliente posta in un cortile in stile marocchino, il personale molto accogliente e disponibile a risolvere ogni tipo di problema. La casa, posta su due livelli, è ottima per due persone, in quattro si sta un po' stretti, Angolo cottura minimal, la serratura del portone di ingresso funziona male.

• Michele (6/5): Poteva andare meglio - La posizione è strategica per visitare la città. Molto disponibile e puntuale il gestore. La casa è umida e infatti quando entri l'odore non è dei migliori, nonostante i profumatori installati. La posizione della TV non facilità l'apertura delle finestre. È situata all'interno del patio al piano terra e nel giorno di pioggia che abbiamo avuto abbiamo trovato una piccola blatta in casa.

• Hernandez (10/5): - Ha sido una experiencia muy agradable, he ido en pareja y no he podido elegir un sitio mejor para visitar todas partes importantes de Sevilla, se puede ir a todos sitios a pié, está en medio de todo y como es un patio interior puedes descansar sin nada de bullicio aunque está en el mismo centro del casco antiguo, le doy un 10 y me quedo corto. Me gustó absolutamente todo, incluso pude dejar las maletas unas horas más al no tener ninguna reserva para ese día, gracias por todo y si vuelvo a Sevilla sin duda será allí.

• Davide (9/5): Ottimo - Ottimo Appartamento e complesso molto carino, dispone di tutte le comodità Posizione perfetta, con pochi minuti a piedi si raggiungono tutti i posti desiderati per vedere Sevilla Leggero odore di fogna proviene dal piano terra, coperto dal profumatore, ma una volta spento il profumatore l’odore aumenta

• Pavel Starushkin (10/5): Тихо, чисто, удобно, уютно, центр! Цена/качество - топ! - Было удобно добираться до всех достопримечательностей Севильи. До автовокзала мы шли минут 20~ от апартаментов. Мы посетили Ронду одним днем. Красивый внутренний двор с живой соседской черепахой (август 2025). Это было очень мило. Ключи передал лично в руки курьер. Сами апартаменты на первом этаже, а спальня над ними. Постель чистая, посуда чистая. Ну в целом это базовый минимум, поэтому не акцентирую особо на этом. Рядом площадь и улочки с ресторанами и кафе на любой вкус. Так же минут 5 до супермаркета. Большой плюс, что не доносится шум с улицы, так как апартаменты располагаются внутри патио. Вообще все понравилось, только пожелание к хозяевам на лестнице поменять дощечки, когда идешь босиком, то не очень приятное ощущение, т.к. они разъезжаются и образовываются трещинки; p.s. лестница на второй этаж довольно узкая и крутая, поэтому учитывайте свои физические навыки p.p.s. замок в парадную открывается сложно, слушайте внимательно инструкцию от курьера; у нас первый раз не получилось, но, к счастью, помогла девушка соседка, она объяснила еще раз и больше сложностей у нас не возникало
• Konrad (8/5): Polecam - Rewelacyjna lokalizacja - do najważniejszych zabytków blisko spacerem. Bardzo ładne patio. Apartament czysty i bardzo cichy mimo, że w ścisłym centrum. Przesuwne drzwi do łazienki z wielką szczeliną, dość mały aneks kuchenny.

• Lina (9/5): Dúplex renovado en finca tradicional y muy bien ubicado - Ubicación excelente, a 5 minutos de la Catedral, en zona con restaurantes y tranquila por otro lado, al ser peatonal. El apartamento está totalmente renovado, decorado con gusto y muy limpio. Tanto cama como sofá, cómodos. Me facilitaron mucho la entrada, viajaba con mi madre que es mayor y pudimos entrar antes para dejar maletas. Las ventanas dan al patio andaluz de la finca, chulo y con muchas plantas. Es un dúplex, hay que tener en cuenta la escalera (niños, mayores), aunque hay a quien le encanta...

• Jane (8/5): Perfect little bijoux pad for exploring Seville! - Location. Comfy bed. Very cute place with character. There were a few things needing repair. The flow of water from the kitchen sink. Handle in dishwasher, drawer handles under upstairs window, shower holder. None of which are expensive items. The handles in particular are not expensive to replace but as they are being down the feel of the quality of the place!

• Maria (7/5): Although I loved thw property and all thw amenities it has it does have a smell to it. The other thing is that it is per - It was centrally located. Perfect to walk all around the city. It has a mustly smell. It smells wet.

• Shannon (10/5): Great location and great place for couples - The location is great and the unit is on the ground level which made access easy. The kitchen and living area are very accommodating and comfortable. The bedroom and bath are on the second floor and there large closets and drawers in the bedroom. It was a great place to stay. The stairs to the bedroom are fairly steep and narrow-not recommended for stocking feet. The open railing at the second floor level was fine for adults but would personally not recommend for travelers with small children.
• Anita (10/5): Absolutely lovely! - The property was a visual treat! Open courtyard with large potted plants. Very safe & right within a few blocks of main attractions. Nothing! I look forward to coming back for a stay. I would live here if I could!
• Mollie (5/5): Passable - Location was awesome! Future visitors should know that the apartment would probably be great for two but isn't really comfortable for four people to stay in. The bathroom is next to the head of the one bed, and the pullout couch downstairs takes up the whole room when pulled out. The blankets provided for the pullout couch had visible blood stains on them, and we were provided with one roll of toilet paper and had to go out to buy our own.
