• Viktoriia (9/5): - Очень уютные апартаменты.Красивый вид из окна, а когда шторм, слышен шум прибоя. Гостеприимный хозяин,быстро отвечает и готов помочь если есть вопрос. Быстро отвечает. Терраса 🔥, можно кушать на свежем воздухе. Есть всё необходимое и даже больше. Мыло, гель для душа и т д, на кухне для приготовления еды кастрюли, сковорода соль, сахар, масло, уксус, чай, средство для мытья посуды, средство от комаров, хотя их не было ))) посуды достаточно Хороший, быстрый Интернет. До пляжа три минуты, правда от пляжа до дома дольше, нужно подниматься по ступенькам. Но в Дубровнике до большинства пляжей большой спуск. Сам пляж хорошо оборудован, и понравился больше тех, что в старом городе. Рядом много кафе с нормальными ценами. Так что это однозначно отличный вариант 👍

Liked that it was a property tucked away in a corner, nice and private. Not luxurious but had everything we needed and all clean and in good working order. Comfortable bed. Plenty of wardrobe space. The hosts were friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay! Thanks to you and I wish you all the best! • Etienne (9/5): Calme et bien placé. - Appartement très calme à 2 pas de la plage d’Uvala Lapad. Bonne localisation pour ensuite se promener dans la vieille ville en prenant un bus. Très jolie promenade avec accès à la baignade sans être sur la plage assez bondée. Très bon accueil. Logement un peu vieillot mais très propre et bien organisé.

• Jane (10/5): Perfect host with a perfect beach location for a relaxing stay in Dubrovnik - The host for this property is amazing! He met us on arrival and told us everything we needed to know about the apartment as well as Dubrovnik. He was very kind and helpful and would text me to make sure we were still doing well or if we needed his help. I had a random question once and he responded immediately! The location of the place is really nice. It is NOT in the old city but in Lapad, where there are beaches. There are shops, markets, loads of restaurants, easy access to transportation, and everything you may need right there. The apartment was more than spacious for the two of us. You have a separate bedroom from the living room with TV and kitchen area. We appreciated the availability of the washing machine. The drying rack outside was perfect and the Croatian sun dried our clothes in no time. If you are looking to relax and enjoy a more suburban side to Dubrovnik, this place is perfect. We wanted a beach getaway in Dubrovnik and were ever so happy here! To no fault of the apartment is the steps! There were 163 steps up to get from the beaches and promenade to the apartment. But this is Dubrovnik and Lapad is built on the mountainsides. So, this is what you must expect! If you have mobility issues, this will be a problem for you. We planned our days so that we would not need to return home except at the end of the day and it was fine. Sometimes we would take the longer street way back which has no stairs but an uphill longer walk. If you are truly tired you can take Uber or a taxi. It is what it is and not a problem with the place. This is a great find with a perfect host, and I would love to stay here again!

• Beatriz (10/5): Lovely apartment near the beach and close to Dubrovnik Old Town. - We loved our stay at this apartment! It’s just a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach (pic attached) with incredible sunsets (pic attached) and the view from the apartment was stunning. Everything was very clean and well equipped as we had everything we needed to cook meals and do laundry. The host was fantastic, he was friendly, helpful and always available if we needed anything. He gave us great recommendations for places to visit and even lent us his iron. You can really tell he cares about his guests. The location is ideal as it was only about a 12 minute drive to Dubrovnik Old Town (Uber was around £6). There are grocery stores, pharmacies, ATMs and restaurants close by. We stayed here for a birthday trip and the host surprised us with ice cream and fresh cherries (pic attached) from his garden as a birthday treat, which was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Between the beautiful views, the clean and comfortable apartment and the truly amazing host, this was one of our favorite trips. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the Dubrovnik area :)
• B.-s. (8/5): Simple, quiet and clean accommodation - The simple, quiet and clean accommodation offers a very small terrace. We received a friendly briefing on the day of arrival from the landlord who lives in the neighboring house. The bus station for the bus to the old town is 8-10 minutes away and can be easily reached on foot. The accommodation did not respond to requests during the booking process. Only shortly before the start of the trip was reference made to a planned information 24 hours before arrival. This was very unusual and should be improved.
• Constance (10/5): Exceptional - A clean, quiet, fully equipped apartment in a great location at Lapad (Sunset Beach). A short bus ride to Dubrovnik Town & Port or to Pile (the Old Town). Close to restaurants and supermarkets too. The hosts were super helpful and it was great that I had access to a washing machine to catch up with laundry. Navigating my way from the bus stop was fun as the the property is off the main road in a pedestrian street with lots of stairs which could make access a bit tricky if you have lots of bags!
