Guest Reviews
- Oxana (7/5): - Месторасположение, наличие всей необходимой посуды и техники. Отсутствие одеял.
- Robert (10/5): -
- Adriano (10/5): Clean and functional apartment, just like the photos - The appartment is 2 min away walking from the subway station, the neighborhood is calm and safe. It has 2 rooms that can accomodate 4 people without problems. The kitchen is well equiped, the bathroom is functional and clean. Air conditoned is good. The host Beatrice is very prestative and gives real time support Nothing
- Valentin-Marian (10/5): Great place to rest while visiting Rome. - The apartment is very well located, close to the metro line and many restaurants and shops.
The rooms are clean and there is enough space for a family with 2 children.
The air conditioning works well to provide a pleasant temperature during very hot days.
Windows have outside blinds to keep from overheating and allow enough light in.
Kitchen is fully equipped and functional.
Opening the doors with the phone is nice. Be advised to keep some battery after a long day of sightseeing. The couch in the living room has a faint smell of cigarettes.
The elevator is functional but it is an old analog model and the door is too narrow to fit a stroller. We had to fold it to get it up.
The dishwasher was clogged and we did not have the supplies to make it run properly (salt, rinser) - I can maybe buy a few detergent pods, but not everything.
- Natalia (9/5): Superb - Our stay at Casa Duci in Rome was an absolute delight, and I can't recommend it highly enough. If you're looking for a clean, cozy, and incredibly well-located base for exploring the Eternal City, this is it!
- Conny (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was very clean. Location is fantastic right by a Metro station and a bus stop right outside the front door.
- Misel (10/5): Exceptional - Good location, comfortable and big apartment with a very nice host. Easy for communication. The metro station Re di Roma is 3 min away.
- Claudio (9/5): Superb -
- Roberts (10/5): Exceptional -
- Salih (10/5): Exceptional - Good location, A well-equipped and cozy apartment, very good hospitality management. Thanks
- Mihai (6/5): Nice flat ruined by the lack of soundproofing - Excellent location, spotless and spacious, hassle free check-in process. The windows are single pane, so they don't block the outside traffic noise at all. Whatever was more of an unpleasant surprise was the complete lack of soundproofing between the apartment and the adjacent one, which had the bathroom right next to one of the bedrooms.
You could hear the tap water and shower running, hairdryer and could even understand what people were saying (if you speak Italian, of course).
I got very little sleep, please consider ear plugs if you decide to book even if you are not a light sleeper.
- Meg (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment is clean, big, has everything you need, great location and looks exactly the same as in pictures.
If I go again I will definitely stay there. Nothing.
- Jorge (10/5): Overall a great experience - We loved the location very close to the underground and about 10 minutes away from the city center. There was a supermarket and restaurants nearby.
The property owner was very kind and helpful. The apartment was spacious, well equiped and nicely decorated, making us feel at home.
- Surace (10/5): Exceptional -
- Viorel (10/5): Exceptional - The location is great for visiting Rome, situated just a few steps from the metro station. There are several restaurants , bars and cafes within a short walking distance. The apartment is nice, clean and comfortable. The host was great and very helpful even if we did not manage to arrive during checkin time because of flight delays. The only thing I would add is some extras in the kitchen area, a kitchen towel or some napkins and perhaps some detergent for the dishwasher so you don't buy this for 1-2 uses.
- Elina (9/5): Very nice and modern apartment, spacious for 4 persons. - Very nice and modern apartment! Everything looked just shown in pictures and had all necessaey utilities for a comfy stay. Good infrastructure to get to all the necessary tourist attractions, because the stops are either close to the apartment or up to a 10-minute walk away.
- Dumitru (10/5): Good locaiton and friendly host - Good and clean location, it was equipped with all you need. Host was very friendly and helped us with tourist tax payment. There is a crowded street nearby and in the night is a little bit noisy.
- Parllaku (10/5): Everything was perfect! The house is the same as in the picture, nothing different. Very friendly and helpful staff. You -
- Jayne (10/5): Exceptional - The flat has two good size bedrooms, a large bathroom with a walk-in shower (also to note, a small ledge has been tiled over in the shower and can be used to sit on while showering for those with disabilities) and a kichen, dining area and lounge in one. The whole flat is very clean and the kitchen well equipped, should you need to cook.
It's nice and bright as the flat is on the 6th floor, there is a small lift should many stairs not be your thing!
The location: while not being right in the centre, there is an underground station 50m from the house, and the basilica of San Giovanni is within walking distance. I'm a bit of a walker and was able to visit all the major attractions from the flat without using the underground or buses.
There are also many shops - clothes, shoes, sunglasses - along Via Appia which is just off the piazza at the end of the road. It is also easy to find at least 3 supermarkets nearby.
Restaurants are never difficult to find in Rome, or indeed in Italy, in the area we tried Zero - pizza (take away too) or great aperitifs (drink/cocktail plus tasters of pizza and/or cold cuts) - which is on Piazza Re di Roma (the piazza at the end of the road).
If you do need assistance, a helpful whatsapp chat is set up just before you arrive giving prompt and friendly advice. Using links to open the main door was sometimes a bit hit and miss depending on the signal your phone was receiving - so stick to the key!
