• Janet (10/5): Great place to stay close to all attractions and transport. - It was central to most attractions, it was comfortable and despite being in the middle of the city the apartment was well soundproofed. It had a washing machine which is a big help when you are travelling. The property had a manager and felt well maintained and secure. Nothing.

• Jana (6/5): - Die Lage war super und Angelo war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis hat nicht gestimmt. Als man sich duschte, hagelte es den Putz von der Decke. Als wir angekommen sind, war die Toilette noch voll Kot vom Vorgänger. Der Balkontisch war voll mit Taubenkot. Am schlimmsten war das Bett: die Spannbettlaken waren zu klein und haben sich immer wieder abgelöst, sodass man mitten in der Nacht auf der blanken Matratze lag. Zudem war die Bettwäsche alt und aufgeraut und hat gestunken. Das alles ist mit Angelo als sehr lieben Gastgeber und der tollen Lage nicht so schlimm. Aber für über 1000€ für 4 Nächte hätte ich weniger Ekel erwartet.

• Brigitta (8/5): - Eine moderne, kleine Wohnung, genial gelegen, um zum Kolosseum und zu anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu laufen. Tolle, enge Gassen mit ganz vielen Restaurants und Läden in der Nähe. Das Bett war bequem, das Sofa ist eher für Leute, die harte Matratzen mögen. Die Wohnung geht auf einen toll angelegten Hinterhof raus, der im Sommer bestimmt schön kuhl ist. Straßenlärm hört man nicht. Andere Leute natürlich schon. Im Okober waren Stechmücken auf dem Balkon. Also Antibrumm oder sowas mitnehmen. 😉

• Mateusz (8/5): Doskonale miejsce do eksplorowania Rzymu i do odpoczynku - Świetna lokalizacja i rozmiar apartamentu. Bardzo przyjemne miejsce i bardzo czyste, jasne, z pieknym balkonem na relax. Bardzo ładne patio, doskonała okolica z kilkoma fajnymi miejscami. Super ze jest sklep tuż obok. Zdecydowanie polecam drobne usterki, jak cieknąca z boilera i klimatyzacji woda, suszarka do włosów ktorą juz dawno mozna byłoby wymienic bo chodzi jak czołg. łazienka mogła by miec przyjemniejsze swiatło bo raziło mocno w oczy
• tamuna75 (10/5): - Very good location, everything was within 15-20 minutes walk, except the Vatican of course. Market across the street, station nearby and many cafes. Amazing host, who was there to help you with any questions. Many thanks to Angelo I liked everything, especially the balcony, where you could have coffee and smoke a cigarette in the morning in peace and with a view of the green yard.

• Ivalina (8/5): Perfect location to explore Rome and the province. - The location is excellent, within walking distance to the main sights as well as to the central station. The bathroom had a shower while on the pictures there was a bathtub, but it's a minor discrepancy. The terrace is too close to the ones of next door apartments.

• Jean (7/5): Great location but beware of humidity/mold - Very good, easily accessible location. Easy walk from Termini was a plus. Amenities were good, including washer and A/C (coffee maker would have been even better). Small grocery store right across the street was very convenient. There was very noticeable mold on the entryway ceiling and the spot started to leak a little. The bathroom also had some moldy spots. Overall the apartment felt humid unless we kept the A/C on higher than needed, and I got a bunch of mosquito bites (I killed 3).

• Kirsti (8/5): Solid stay in an excellent location in Rome! - This apartment was modern, spacious and a great ‘home away from home’ for a 10 day trip to Rome. The location was excellent - great for getting around and in an area that wasn’t overly touristy which we preferred. I’d highly recommend it for small families or two couples travelling together. The balcony was a nice touch for eating breakfast or sitting back with a beer and a book before going out to dinner. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with, and helped us with any questions we had before and during our stay. The flat was a bit dusty in places as though it had been cleaned a week before we arrived and the pillows were a bit lumpy. But these were minor issues considering how pleasant our stay was.
• Ian (9/5): Great property, modern, private, very good location. Angelo the host has first class communication and is very well orga - The location is superb in the Monti area. Via Urbana is jampacked with restaurants, bars, gelateria’s and bakeries. Public transport is easily accessible and the apartment is nice and quiet inside. The pretty garden courtyard is it comfortable green space to enjoy on your private terrace. Nothing.
• Connor (8/5): A Fab Apartment In A Fab Location - The apartment is in a perfect location from walking to all of the attractions other than the Vatican although only a easy taxi ride away for 20 euros. the train station from the airport is only a 10 minutes walk so very easy to get to. Inside the complex it is very peaceful after long days of walking around so it was ideal. the streets around the apartment are vibrant with out being mad and the restaurants are fab, my wife has coeliac disease which means finding a restaurant difficult but not in this area. we would recommend the apartment. There area couple of small maintenance things that should be attended to but nothing that would stop the enjoyment of the property as I said above we would recommend it
• Gary (10/5): Perfect apartment for a couple - As good as it gets for a retired couple in Rome for 4 nights. Easy access to room, only 1 short and wide set of steps but even then a lift if needed. Great location close to all that you want including Termini, restaurants, many of the major Rome highlights. The apartment however is incredibly quiet and feels very secure. Inner courtyard, concierge at front door during the day and nice secure access after hours. It's the quietest room in a large city we have ever stayed in. Apartment has all you need including full kitchen, large fridge / freezer, modern washing machine, clothes stand, iron etc. Air-conditioning was great during the hot weather we had while there. Best of all - great support and communication from Angelo and partner.

• Michael (4/5): Disappointing - Great location Cold Shower on arrival and part of the next day. 2nd shower cold part way through, every day (not long shower). No where to put toiletries in the shower. No microwave in the kitchen was a big disappointment. We had completed a 13 day tour of Italy and planned to use the 6 night stay at this apartment as R&R but found seating very uncomfortable and the bedding, particularly the pillows, lumpy and unpleasant to lay on & no extras provided.

• Louise (10/5): Perfect! - The apartment was beautiful, the location exceptional, we were literally within walking distance of everything. Given the set up and internal courtyard, it was like a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle! Our host, Angelo was so helpful and went out of his way to help with guidance to great places to eat and visit, he also arranged taxi transfers to and from the airport. Really couldn’t recommend this place enough, it’s exceptional! Nothing, loved everything!!
• Fabrice (7/5): We had a very good stay overall, but a few simple changes could have made it better. - Location, space, quiet and very nice building The bathtub wasn’t fully clean, towels were clean but a few had massive bleach stains on them, the sponge in the sink was old and could have been replaced with a new one, the washing liquid dispenser had mould on it, kitchen towel roll was almost empty and could have been replaced with a new one.
• Louisa (7/5): Perfect location, good contact with host, nice area, clean apartment. - The balcony, the location , the powerful shower, clean apartment in a nice block, shop opposite, host was attentive, lots of nice restaurants and bars close by, walking distance to most places. Wifi was intermittent, weak signal. No smart tv. A buzzing noise went regularly which we found a bit annoying when sleeping.

We asked Angelo for transfer from and to the airport, everything was on-time, without “surprises”. Thank you Angelo for the perfect stay in Rome and your assistance. The property has a very attractive location, close to the tourist places, public transport and facilities like shops and supermarkets.

• Michael (2/5): Disappointing experience with several factors - We were allowed to leave our bags in the apartment for an extra couple of hours when we left We picked this apartment because it had a bath and a balcony - when we arrived the bath was turned off and the balcony had a hole in the floor which was fixed on our penultimate day - BUT - the big issue was the loud electronic buzz that sounded every minute of every hour of every day - it was like a cold war torture - I'm sure I can still hear it now and we've been home 5 days.

Angelo was a perfect host whobmet us at the apartment, and the airport transfers he organised were on time and efficient.

He helped us with airport transfers and provided recommendations for restaurants. The apartment was stocked really well and was very comfortable for a family of 4.

It has all the creature comforts to make this feel like a second home. The owners are also super communicative and easy to reach. The shower only has a quarter door design so water often would get over the bathroom floor.

• Carola (10/5): Bellissima soggiorno a Roma ! - Calm and very practical appartment. Great area to stay; public transport close by and pleasant restaurants and cafés. Nothing, all was well arranged.
• Namik (8/5): Very good - The location is amazing. It is few minutes walk from Colosseum so you can enjoy your historical tours easily. The apartment itself was not how I expected but I believe it is my opinion. I mean I have imagined bigger apartment (which is not a small one) but I believe I got used to bigger places. Apartment has a balcony that can be used for a smoking etc. It also has dishwasher and washing machine. If you intend to stay for a while you can basically wash your clothes etc. There is a supermarket just on the opposite side of the building, shopping was easy as well because of it. We were not able to meet with the host but communication was okay through WhatsApp if we needed anything. There is one thing I did not totally like is (there was additional small payment) for the city tax etc. That could have been added on the accommodation already or there can be small note maybe on the booking (maybe I have missed I don't know). If you are traveling with a car or going to rent a car in Rome, there is also a car park just 3 min. away walking to the apartment and two days I was able to find an empty space in front of the building to park the car with city pay. That is much cheaper as the whole day is about €5 something. But in case you can not find an empty space there is the parking lot as I mentioned.

• Aoife (9/5): Superb host, apartment and location - Angelo was a superb host and arranged for airport pickup/dropoff and accommodated our later check in. We will definitely be rebooking when returning to Rome. Great facilities and location Tv could be better but not the be and end all 😊
