• Diane (1/5): Nightmare stays and never come back again - It’s one of my worst experiences especially the staff seem doesn’t care the safety health environments!!! When we arrived we supposed to have a family room with four beds, one double bed three single beds and a sofa with kitchen.. but they send us two double bedroom, one double bed only and one double bed with a bed! I got complained my daughter is a girl and other three boys they liked to sleep alone! And requested for extra mattress but they forever ages to get and then put it in the hallway. So ends up my partner had to carry it put it different room after I complained as found the wet floor ok the carpet from a/c and the staff said The other room is the same room and there is no difference, so it doesn't matter to change it. It made me boiling that would killed us by electricity shock! Where kids sleeping there and it’s near the tv and plugs! Me and my partner had to challenges it’s because this and not only this reasons it’s room separate especially we are deaf and we are more concerned our kids safety firstly.. also when we asking and we keep waiting after they said come at come at 1 and then again 1:30 and then 2pm at ends up they said come back tonight? Which made us fuming that made our holiday nightmare especially kids’s first time visiting Istanbul!!!! I asked staff the bed corner with steel as the material wearing out that caused cut bit on my leg and they didn’t answer and no sampathy! The staff seem not pretty helpful and keep us waiting also the breakfast isn’t great with cardboard cup of tea that tasty horrible and the breakfast they send only an boiled egg with Tomatoes cumcmber and cheese only and small bread isn’t good for all of us enough!

• Esra (9/5): Personal fand ich sehr freundlich. Lage fand ich top man hat auf jeden Fall keine Langeweile - Ich fand die Lage sehr schön die Zimmer waren sehr schön gestaltet. Personal ist sehr freundlich. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Was mir nur nicht gefallen hat, ist, dass es kein Aufzug gab. Aber dieses Problem hat man sehr oft in Istanbul, wenn man ein Hotel mitten im Zentrum aussucht.
• Karim Sultan (2/5): Hotel from Hell (not the Disney attraction) - It was one of the worst experiences ever. The hotel is in a dilapidated, run-down condition, the beds are broken, the bathroom is raised on a platform in the 8 m² room, and the door to the “bathroom” was broken and lying on the sink. The room was moldy everywhere, and we didn’t even get the room we had booked, but a different one—apparently because the one we originally booked was in an even worse condition. The floor had bulges in several places, and whenever you stepped on them, a foul-smelling cloud of mold would rise from beneath. The shower leaked from its wall onto the carpet wetting a big area and the toilet seemed to leak from its base considering the puddle on the floor and the smell that filled the whole room whenever you flushed. The owner lives at the reception and offered to move us to a renovated room on the second day, which was on the 4th floor (in a hotel without an elevator and with a rickety staircase). The room wasn’t any better, so we declined. Breakfast was served on the rooftop terrace. After waiting 35 minutes among the seagulls, they brought out one hard-boiled egg, three slices of cold cuts, and four slices of cheese for four people. Oh, and all of us got injured several times on the edge of the bed. The room is so tiny and poorly furnished that we kept bumping into the bed corner, where a piece of metal was sticking out, which gave all of us scrapes on our shins. All in all, this hotel is a complete disaster. Renovation didn’t help either.

Camera bella e spaziosa e pulita , bagno un po’ meno, c’erano dei capelli attaccati alla parete difronte al lavandino, ma tutto sommato era ok. Bagno molto grande , rubinetteria da rivedere ma nella norma. Condizionatore top Colazione decisamente da rivedere , non prendetela. Terrazzo da sistemare e pulire .Vasca con muffa e doccino che allagava il bagno. Finestre che affacciavano una su un parcheggio e una sulla tettoia . Consiglio di aggiungere uno specchio integrale lungo

• Lisa (6/5): A améliorer... - Lors du check in nous avons attendu 2h00 car la chambre n'était pas prête et le gérant nous a offert le thé avec gâteaux pour nous faire patienter. Notre cuvette de WC était cassé et elle a était remplacé dans la journée, très réactive. Patron sympa! Près de toutes les activités touristiques, très bon emplacement. Les photos ne correspondent pas à l'état actuel de la chambre. Moisissures +++ au niveau de la salle de bain. Baignoire et fenêtre cramé. Mauvaise vue par rapport à ce qui est annoncé. Chambre très sombre. Rideaux non occultant. Désorganisation sur les petits déjeuner (parfois non servis)

He treated us with so much kindness and respect, and went above and beyond to assist us both inside and outside the hotel. His warm hospitality truly made our experience special, and if we ever return, a big part of that decision would be because of the excellent service he provided. • Guest (1/5): ИЗМАМА С РЕЗЕРВАЦИЯТА! ГНУСНА ХИГИЕНА. Отлична локация. - Най- доброто от целият престой е местополежиено на хотелчето- точно до Кулата Галата.Паркингът е точно зад сградата. Имаше и РАБОТЕЩ КЛИМАТИК ! 1.ИЗМАМА с резервацията ни! Бяхме резервирали тройна стая с ТЕРАСА! Казаха ни , че.имало технически проблем и ни настаниха в друга- с мухъл по таваните, мизерна баня и тоалетна, счупен душ, счупена врата на банята и т.н( ще приложа снимки) Оказа се просто, че стаята беше отдадена на други хора- видяхме ги да излизат от стаята с тераса.Терасата всъщност е обща и е за всички гости на хотела.Което го знаехме предварително. Там ни сервираха закуската. ( включена в цената) Нещо средно като качество. 2.ГНУСНА ХИГИЕНА ! 3.Прилагам снимки на мизерията.- забравих да снимам двете чаши без дръжки, пукнати и мръсни отвътре. Тоалетната чиния беше зацапана и нечистена явно дълго време. Душът ми падна в ръцете докато се къпах... А в хладилника имаше всиснали и.развалени.плодове от предишни гости! 4.Неработещо осветление... 5.Липса на дневна светлина... 6.Вратата на банята се подпираше с трубче. 7.Касата на вратата на банята е счупена и почти се вадеше. Въпреки компенсацията от 17€ от.цената за престоя и , не БИХ ОСТАНАЛА ТАМ АКО ИМАХ ИЗБОР... Пъхувахме със съпруга ми и дъщеря ми.

Sporco, arredamento in totale decadenza, macchie di muffa, condizionatore che gocciolava acqua sulla moquette, abbiamo dovuto richiedere carta igienica ed asciugamani, abbiamo dovuto chiedere il cambio della stanza due volte!!!.

• LAKMAL (2/5): - I booked a king suite for 3 nights. On arrival I was given room of about 150sq ft but without AC and an attached bathroom. They argued with me that the adjoining hall where there were 3 single beds has a bathroom and an AC, and to use it. With much trouble around 11pm they transferred me into a different room. That room was very small and I couldn't even open mu suite-case in there. On top of everything it was not safe. The bed had a metal pcs come out and I had a deep cut in my leg from that. I had to be on line with Hotels.com until 1.30 midnight but hotel did not respond. They did not pick up the line when Hotels.com people were calling them. The following day morning I checked out. They refused to refund my money and I asked them to issue me a receipt for the money and I will go to the police. Finally they refunded a portion of my money. This was my most unpleasant experience with Hotels.com. Never use this place. It's NOT A DECENT PLACE TO PEOPLE.
• Linda (2/5): Cheap and bad - Hot shower and location The room is dirty with old facilities, scratched walls, they never cleaned it during 5 nights, didn’t even change towels. When we asked for new towels they said they would change them but they didn’t. For some strange reason every second day they told us we would have breakfast in our room instead of the restaurant that belonged to the hotel. Once they told us they would bring it to our room but after 20 min. they still didn’t so we left. The receptionists are very young pals that don’t speak English, not even basics like “towel”. I would not recommend to stay in this hotel, especially not for more than 1 night!

• DZMITRY CHEPIK (7/5): Сомнительно, но окэй - Расположение и вид на галатскую башню, большая хорошая кровать, отличный кондиционер Номер маленький, душевая комната имеет невысокие стены и находится прямо в номере, так что вся влага будет у вас над кроватью. Была неисправна лейка душа и дверная ручка. Завтрак совсем несерьёзный, лучше его не брать, еды в нем мало. Первый день принесли все, что на фото, второй день то же самое, но без яйца, чая и воды. А в третий день мне сказали идти завтракать в кафе...
• Evgenii (4/5): - Отличное расположение отеля, на оживленной туристической улице. Вежливый персонал. Часть перечисленных услуг в описании номера отсутствовали: не было терассы в номере (хотя номер позиционировался как с терассой), очень неудобные подушки, вываливающееся одеяло из пододеяльника, окна выходили на многоуровневую парковку и тупо на стену, санузел плохо работал, в душе вода пропадала периодически, ощущение, что отель как отремонтировали и больше ни к чему не прикасались. Есть общая на всех терасса на крыше, но там стоял стол заваленный окурками, стояли какие то старые кровати с матрасами, ведра, веники — вобщем из хорошей терассы сделали странную курилку. А ведь там можно было поставить нормальные столики, кадки с растениями, повесить гирлянды и было бы отличное место. Вобщем, управляющего отелем нужно отправить на пенсию.

• María (6/5): - The staff were always available and helpful with a smile to try to bridge the gap on the lack of comfort. The location was amazing . The accommodation has potential but it lacks maintenance and investment. The fridge had broken down before we entered and was not removed, nor replaced nor fixed. We arrived and there were no towels available for us as they hadn’t been delivered from the cleaning service yet. At night the room could be a bit noisy but it was not a problem for us.
• Anna (5/5): - Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral direkt beim Gallata Tower, in der Straße ist immer sehr viel los. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind in keinen guten Zustand, hier gehört einiges repariert. Achtung es gibt kein abgetrenntes Bad, das Bad ist nur eine Kabine im Zimmer. Das Zimmer war nicht sauber, es befand sich noch Essen vom vorherigen Gast im Kühlschrank. Der Wasserkocher fehlte in unseren Zimmer. Im Hotel wurde geraucht, im Stiegenhaus stank es dadurch stark.
• Irene (2/5): Sucio e incómodo - La ubicación era buena, justo a los pies De la Torre Galata. La estancia era sucia, no vinieron a limpiar en los 6 días de alojamiento. Tampoco nos cambiaron las toallas. Se les informó de que el lavabo perdía agua y no lo arreglaron tampoco. La cama auxiliar no tenía manta ni nada por el estilo, solo una especie de pareo. La terraza que se suponía era de la habitación acabó siendo comunitaria, todo el mundo subía y el personal pasaba las noches ahí de charleta. Por último, el desayuno era bastante malo. No volvería a alojarme aquí.
• Burak (6/5): Preis Leistung war in Ordnung, jedoch sollten die Zimmer renoviert werden. - Die Lage war perfekt, man konnte aus dem Fenster den Galata Turm sehen. Das Personal hat alles in ihrer Macht getan um auf gewissen Wünsche einzugehen. Das Hotelzimmer ist Renovierungsbedürftig und das Frühstück war sehr sehr einfach. Es sah nicht alles so aus wie auf den Bildern.
• Caron (1/5): Worst Hotel I Have Ever Stayed In - Location, that's all this hotel has going for itself..... Paid for a room with a balcony to be told the system was down due to the Internet and the room wasn't available for us so we were offered a room with only a window with the view of the Galata Tower.... What do you do? We were also told there was 24 hour reception, that turned into a complete lie..... The room we were allocated to, the lock on the door won't work the following morning.... Tried the 24 hour reception to be told he wasn't available as he was sleeping 😂 He had originally put the phone down on me when I tried to call.... Eventually he decided to get up and we informed him about the door lock which he said he would deal with whilst we were out.... Our cases should of been moved to the balcony room (Which we had packed ready) also leaving our belongings vulnerable as the door couldn't be fixed until "later"! When we arrived back to the hotel there was no one on the desk yet again!! Went to the room, to see it was still unlocked and our cases were still there and not moved to the balcony room!! It was late and we were leaving early the following morning so we stay in the room for a few hours before our departure..... It's my first time in 20 years of using Booking.com that I am totally disgusted in a hotel on their website. I never complain but this just dam right wrong!! I have asked the hotel for a refund for the difference of the room prices but I've got absolutely nothing!! Unfortunately, they've already had my money..... Sooo based on my experience I definitely wouldn't recommend anybody to stay!!

• Petros (1/5): Δεν αξίζει......!!! - Μόνο το προσωπικό το οποίο ήταν ευγενέστατο και το σημείο που ήταν δίπλα στον πύργο του Γάλατα. Τα δωμάτια ήταν βρώμικα, με υγρασία μούχλα οι τοίχοι, οι βρύσες του μπάνιου μες στην σκουριά! Φώτα δεν είχαν καμένες λάμπες. Καμια σχεση με τις εικονες που εχουν αναρτησει στο Booking είναι πάρα πολύ χάλια. Δεν θα το πρότεινα πουθενά, δυστυχώς οι ιδιοκτήτες έχουν αφήσει στο έλεος του χρόνου το κτήριο!
• Slavena (1/5): - The location is the only thing me and my friends liked. The room was not clean, when we checked in there was someone else’s luggage inside. The staff didn’t speak any English and used google translate to communicate, the bathroom and toilet were practically open air inside of the room which was very inconvenient. The breakfast included was not included every morning, the 24/7 reception didn’t exist- the receptionist was sleeping till 8:30-9 a.m. and was very difficult to wake him up. We found cigarettes ashes on the floor of the room when we checked in, although the rooms were supposed to be smoke free. We had only 1 set of towels for 2 people and no way to communicate with the staff to get more towels. The second morning we did’t have a breakfast because the staff member responsible for that didn’t show up at work, which we knew after 45 min waiting to get breakfast served. The breakfast included coffee for only 2 of us 4, because they didn’t have enough.

• Ekaterina (1/5): Избегайте это отель - Ужасный отель, обманщики и мошенники. Все в отвратительном состоянии, менеджеры на ресепшен постоянно спят в прямом смысле . В отеле холодно, одеял нет. Нам должны были привезти потрянный багаж , предупредили ресепшен. Утром выяснилось, что багаж привозили, но на ресепшен сказали что такие люди у них не проживают. Как такое вообще может быть? Не Оказалось завтрака, деньги отказались вернуть. Никогда никому не порекомендую данный отель.

• MARCO (5/5): - Devo dire che la posizione è centrale e quindi comoda. L'albergo è proprio vicino alla torre di Galata, uno dei quartieri più turistici e piu caratteristici. Strada piena di locali. Aria condizionata nella stanza funzionante molto bene. Wifi molto buono. Disponibilità a tenere i bagagli dopo il check out Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera familiare. Corrisponde alle fotografie riportate in booking, ma non era molto pulita. Inoltre durante il nostro soggiorno non è mai stata rassettata, c'erano poche salviette e nin sono mai state cambiate in 4 giorni. Il personale è stato gentile ma molto poco efficiente (abbiamo chiesto alcune cose, quali carta igienica e coperte aggiuntive ed in entrambi i casi si sono dimenticati di portarle). Altro daro molto negativo è che la colazione sia solamente dalle otto e trenta alle dieci; per alcuni nostri impegni per due volte abbiamo chiesto la colazione anticipata alle otto ed entrambe le volte ci è stata data la disponibilità anche se poi non l'abbiamo mai ricevuta. Il fatto è che la colazione era inclusa... Nella nostra camera c'era una scarsa illuminazione artificiale e nella cucina non c'era proprio per cui ci hanno fornito una abatjour con una prolunga che però passava in mezzo alla stanza. Anche la luce naturale lasciava un po' a desiderare, in quanto le uniche due finestre davano su un piccolo e buio cortile interno. In aggiunta gli infissi lasciavano entrare molti spifferi di aria fredda (l'aria condizionata nella stanza funzionava bene quindi siamo comunque riusciti a scaldare la stanza) e rumori, la qual cosa era un problema visto il motore dell'aria condizionata proprio fuori dalla finestra. In conclusione non ci tornerei

• Inabat (10/5): Все понравилось - Остановились в отеле на одну ночь, персонал очень приятный, помог быстро заселиться после долгой дороги и очень дипломатично разрешил конфликт возникший между нами и другими постояльцами. Отель находится у Галатской башни что дает преимущество для туризма в городе и цена очень приемлемая. Также персонал помог нам донести тяжелые чемоданы до комнаты и потом из комнаты на улицу. Нет лифта так как здание старинное, но как я написала выше персонал помог нам с чемоданами, да и в узких лестницах есть своя атмосфера, лично я особого минуса не вижу, но для кого как.

The location is perfect, with easy access to all the major sights, yet tucked away just enough to offer peace and quiet after a day of exploring. The rooms were clean, cozy, and tastefully decorated, making us feel right at home. But what really made our stay unforgettable was the hospitality — especially from Ugur. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, offering local tips, helping with anything we needed, and always greeting us with a smile. His kindness, warmth, and genuine care really stood out. You can tell he takes pride in making guests feel welcome, and it truly made a difference in our experience. Thank you to Ugur and the rest of the Galata Pearl team for making our trip so memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

L’emplacement, incomparable Les équipements, pour beaucoup cassés (lampes, sièges, table à laquelle il manquait un pied) La fenêtre qui ne peut s’ouvrir et donne sur un espace plein de détritus. Les traces d’eaux et moisissures au plafond.
• Anastasia (5/5): Если вам важна чистота - не рекомендую - Отель скорее на 1 (максимум) 2 звезды в текущем состоянии. Локация действительно хорошая, вход на улице, где много туристов и разных заведений, близко метро и недалеко до рыбного рынка и паромной станции, но чтобы дойти до номера, нужно подняться по крутой винтовой лестнице (лифта нет), у нас был номер для 3 человек, он находился на этаже 5 этаже (это последний этаж). Наш номер назвался с террасой, но на самом деле терраса общая, а в номере просто большое окно, но пока мы были в номере, на террасе никого кроме нас не было (вероятно, люди не хотели так высоко подниматься). Пока мы жили в отеле (4 ночи), никто в номере не убирался, более того, в номере было грязно и много пыли, у входа в номер тоже был беспорядок, но его немного убрали и наконец вынесли с террасы мусор в последний день нашего пребывания. Туалет в номере подтекал, около унитаза лежало полотенце. Номер находился под крышей, поэтому ванная комната хоть и казалось большой, но использовать можно было только небольшую часть помещения или нужно было наклоняться (если у вас высокий рост, скорее всего вы будете задевать потолок головой). У нас входил завтрак, но он был очень средним (невкусный сыр и колбаса, немного овощей и хлеб), мы ели только 1 раз. Про персонал тоже хотелось бы отметить: нас встречал молодой мужчина, очень любезный и приятный, помог поднять наш чемодан, все рассказал и показал, но на следующий день был другой.. и тот был очень ленивым (мы просили второе одеяло и пододеяльник, мне приходилось 3 раза спускаться, я ждала 2 часа, но только в последний раз, когда я спустилась снова и была очень настойчива, мне удалось чего-то добиться). Обидно, что отель можно привести в хороший вид, отремонтировать и что-то поменять, сделать красивой и чистой трассу, но как будто никому это не надо ( На данном этапе не рекомендую. Локация хорошая

• Ine (4/5): - Super goede locatie, uitzicht is super mooi. De host was heel vriendelijk en nadat we hadden geklaagd over de gebreken van onze kamer en andere dingen deed hij zijn best het zo goed mogelijk op te lossen. Bij aankomst waren de badkamer en het tapijt van de kamer nat, er was net schoongemaakt zonder droog te maken. In ons dekbed zaten gaten, o.a. van een sigaret. Een paar handdoeken hadden vlekken (deze werden vervangen door schone) en de badkamer (overigens onderdeel van de slaapkamer, geen aparte ruimte), miste een deur. Van het plafond bladderde verf, terwijl we sliepen viel een plank van de muur. Communicatie met het grootste deel van het personeel was slecht omdat ze zeer slecht Engels spraken. De eerste ochtend konden we het beloofde ontbijt niet krijgen, op de vraag wat we konden doen kregen we te horen dat we ontbijt konden krijgen bij het restaurant onder het hotel. Daar wist men van niks. Binnen bij de ruimte van de receptie werd door het personeel gerookt. Na meerdere klachten kregen we een upgrade van kamer en excuus. De nieuwe kamer was een stuk fijner, maar we moesten wel nog vragen om een deken want die lag er niet. De tweede dag was het wel goed gegaan met het ontbijt, maar de ochtend daarna miste een deel van het ontbijt (we kregen te horen dat het op was). De host vertelde dat een deel van het personeel nog onervaren was of door privé omstandigheden thuis zat. Hij was echt heel vriendelijk en probeerde er het best van te maken en daarom ook geen zware onvoldoende, maar ik zou dit hotel niet aanraden. Overigens hebben we ook even kort bij een andere kamer binnen gekeken, die zag er beter uit. Het ligt er echt aan welke kamer je hebt. De kamer waar we oorspronkelijk zaten zou eerst grondig moeten worden opgeknapt voor ze deze weer verhuren.

Хозяйн просто душка супер красавчик из сериала , в начале было непонятно с завтраками , но потом быстро все решилось 👍Расположение - кажется лучше не придумаешь , все находится рядом , вышел и уже попадаешь в атмосферу ! Мы были с подругами , было очень комфортно !
• Natalia (10/5): - Идеальное расположение отеля на самой фотогеничной улице с видом на башню Галата. Рядом множество кафе, магазинов, мигрос, остановка метро и автобусов очень близко. Номер был просторный с огромной ванной, кровать удобная. Сотрудники отеля Угур и Надир очень отзывчивые и приятные молодые парни. Цена приятно удивила. Провели с подругой отличный викенд в Стамбуле. Рекомендую этот отель.
• GIANNOULA (3/5): - The location of the property was perfect 1 minute from Galata Tower . The rest was awful , the room was not the same as the photos there was no balcony just a window with a parking garage view , the bathroom left me in a shock there was anything functional even the shower head was broken as for the bed it was the lowest level i have ever seen bearly standing. The spider nets were all over the ceiling . I know it is cheap but at least let or be clean, sorry for the review but people need to know before booking.

Ванна кімната у номері просто добудована, закрита тонкими панелями, відсутні двері у ванну кімнату (вони зроблемі з однієї з таких панелей і їх потрібно самостійно приставляти). Чистота у ванній такох залишає бажати кращого, особливо у душовій. Сніданок: адміністратор спершу скзав що я маю скзкати бажаний час у доступному проміжку і мені принесуть його в номер, проте цього не сталося, мені доволся декілька разів спускатися до адміністратора і нагадувати що я чекаю на сніданок. Не рекомендую зупинятися тут якщо вас підкупає слового "готель" у назві.

Même si une solution de dépannage a été proposée pour passer la nuit dans un hôtel voisin, le lendemain notre chambre (qui ne correspondait d’ailleurs pas aux photos) n’était toujours pas prête à 11h. Ménage expédié très vite, la chambre était sale avec une salle de bain en plexiglass empêchant toute intimité et sans lumière. Et j’en passe

• elliot (5/5): - Location Reasonably friendly reception Bed was decent The location was good and the hotel was okay, but the door to my room didn't lock and when I told reception they said someone would repair it but no one did. The walls/floors were very thin so you could hear everyone which wasn't great. Also breakfast was only served from 8 which meant I had to miss it since I had to take a flight early.
• Ζέφη (8/5): - Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική δίπλα στο πύργο του Γαλατά και υπήρχαν πολλά μέσα συγκοινωνίας στην περιοχή. Επίσης το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικό. Υπήρχε πολύ καλή σχέση ποιότητας και τιμής . Δεν ήταν ακριβώς αυτό που είχαμε δει στις φωτογραφίες ωστόσο και πάλι ήταν ένα πολύ άνετο και μεγάλο δωμάτιο.

• Mari (8/5): Full moon, Ramadan calling and Galata Tower - Just in the middle of the most active tourist area in Istanbul, if you prefare the atmosphere of such festivitiy, this place is highly reccovery mended. Galata tower can be seen from the room (if you can get these rooms). Relatively moderate price in this area. The manager is earger and helpful. Because the renovated old building, no lift. Hopefully one more light at the toilet and shower area. .
• Roman (3/5): - Улица относительно тихая, локация удобная. Постельное белье приемлемое (но дешевое и застиранное). Звукоизоляция в номере хорошая. Номер гразный, терраса захламлена. Туалетная бумага отсутствует. В ответ на любую просьбу сотрудники обещают немедленно помочь и игнорируют. Внимание! Завтрак отсутствует несмотря на то, что это было указано в условиях бронирования! Впервые столкнулся с тем, что информация, представленная на сайте Booking абсолютно не соответствует действительности. Сантехника грязная, душ неисправен. Никому не рекомендую.
