- Anthony (1/5): Ne vous faites pas avoir, ne prenez pas ce logement !!!! - Le logement aurait pu être sympa car bonne localisation et plutôt spacieux mais nous avons eu un service pitoyable. Nous sommes arrivés au logement le 1er juillet à 18h alors que nous étions épuisés de notre première journée à Londres. Le logement était disponible à 14h30. À notre arrivé au logement nous voulions nous détendre en prenant une bonne douche et nous reposer. Cependant nous avons directement constaté que le service de nettoyage n’était pas passé. Les lits étaient défaits avec les draps salles des anciens locataires. Les serviettes de bain étaient entassées dans les baignoires, les poubelles étaient pleines, la vitre de la machine à lavé était explosé en mille morceaux… Le canapé lit du salon était cassé et il manquait les accoudoirs. Il n’y avait pas le wifi, les télés ne fonctionnaient pas. Il y avait un pansement usager sur l’une des tables de chevet des chambres, des sauterelles mortes au sol… nous avons signaler l’absence de nettoyage auprès du proprio qui était difficilement joignable et semblait peu voir pas du tout se préoccuper du problème. Il nous a envoyé une personne faire le ménage que nous avons attendu à 20h. La dame qui est passé, très charmante n’a pas pu nous changer les draps et nous donner des serviettes propres n’ayant aucun linge propre de stocker dans l’appartement. Embêtée, elle s’est proposé, à 22h, de partir aller nous acheter quelques draps et serviettes propres pour qu’on puisse aller nous doucher et aller se coucher dans des draps propres. Elle est revenu à 23h et a pu trouver quelques serviettes et des draps House en magasin qui a pu nous dépanner pour la soirée. Elle a eu contact avec le proprio qui nous a dis que le service nettoyage passerait le lendemain. Il n’est jamais passé. Le lendemain le proprio nous annonce que finalement le service nettoyage passerait le jour d’après soit le 3ème jour de notre séjour et bien évidemment, il n’est jamais passé. Ensuite le proprio était en silence radio et ne répondait plus à nos relances. Je n’ai jamais vu un service aussi médiocre. le proprio laisse le logement à l’abandon.

- Katerina (1/5): Big dissappointment!!!! - When we arrived the property was not cleaned after previous visitors. The owner didn't answer our calls neither messages, we spent whole afternoon to sort it out and find different accommodation.
- Paulina (5/5): - Duzo pokoi i miejsca. Spokojna dzielnica. Brak recznikow. Brak cieplej wody przez dwa dni. Zniszczona sofa z wystajacymi gwoźdźmi.
- Jonathan (4/5): Disappointing - No WiFi, broken sofa arms outside by door. Broken sofa bed in lounge. Not enough mugs, towels tvs don't work, cobwebs all over. Massive crack in lounge, no washer machine, no dishwasher as advertised. Not enough seating very poor for an air bnb. Broken bottle in bathrooms for hand soaps. No gift on arrival as commented there would be in the fridge. No Tea, Coffee, milk 4 Mugs for 6 people. 3 towels for 6 people.
- Liam (2/5): Very poor - The sofa bed was broken and very uncomfortable to sleep on, the beds in the rooms didn't have clean bedding on one of the beds had a couple of questionable stains on the sheets, bins in the kitchen hadn't been emptied door to one of the bathrooms didn't close properly, glad we only stayed the one night definitely wouldn't book this property again
- Fabian (4/5): Short stay not that great - It was decent value for the amount of rooms. However it is opposite a school so thankfully we booked on the bank holiday as this could have been disruptive. The lockbox was a bit stiff, so not very practical if you have mobility issues. I thought it was not working at first so had to call the host to verify, luckily he answered and tried to assist but if I did not have another person with me I would have found it impossible. The place was not cleaned before arrival. Dirty towels, unclean sheets and used items around the house. I communicated this to the host and he apologised and got in touch with the cleaner who arrived approx 5:30 even though check in was hours before. It impacted the stay as after a long day just wanted to relax and refresh and it was just not nice. The host then said they would give 20% refund for the inconvenience - I chased this twice and no response.
