• Gardiol (10/5): - L'endroit incroyable à côté de tout et super calme. Le logement est très propre avec une excellente literie. On a très bien dormi. La piscine est très appréciée. Margot est une personne très attentionnée et gentille. Elle nous a toujours bien renseigné et à permis à ma fille de rester un peu plus longtemps pour son avion. Les gardiens sont super sympa et facile à trouver. A Cancun par de nombreuses années de visite, il est très difficile de trouver un endroit aussi charmant. Il faudrait juste un petit coup d'huile de coude pour les pommeaux de douche.

I got ripped off! - Booking paid him on Nov 1 and he accepted the money even though I have emails from the owner saying we never stayed there because he never got our reservation? He also said he never received my money but if he did, he would refund it to me? Here it is Dec. 31 and no money? Do NOT book this place or u may get ripped off like me! Also, was not in a good location, contrary to the description on Booking? We never got to stay there because the gate guard said we had no reservation in my name even though I paid for it the month before. He tried calling and texting the owner but he never responded. So we left after waiting for over 2 hours. We had to rebook another hotel at much higher cost because of the short notice! Now I am in the midst of disputing the charge and plan to let others know about my horrible experience at this place. The owner claims he never got my reservation yet he had no explanation for why he didn't answer my calls nor the guard gate's calls or texts? I think it was a clear case of scam?

• Gilbert (8/5): - La résidence est superbe la piscine avec ses iguanes qui nous rendent visite et l'emplacement. Petit bémol à notre arrivée notre appartement n'était pas nettoyé mais Diego a de suite trouver une solution et nous a dédommagés de ce désagrément Nous n'étions pas contents à notre arrivée mais finalement nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cette magnifique résidence Je recommande

No vuelvo a reservar con booking - Poder aparcar dentro del condominio, que tuviera piscina, que sea en la planta baja dando al jardín, el aire acondicionado y lo espacioso que es Que no estaba limpio, especialmente la cocina. Y que me costó mucho contactar con el anfitrión para que diera instrucciones de llegada, tuve que hacerlo por WhatsApp porque no contestaba los mensajes de booking. El servicio de Booking también fue horrible, les escribí explicando que el anfitrión no contestaba y el servicio de atención al cliente de Booking me contestó 4 días después
• Lanz123 (7/5): Safe and comfortable - Big place with very good security and perfect for washing too. Easy access and comfortable but just not as clean as it should be. Could be cleaned better with more basic kitchen stuff. Also could smell mould I think the house has leaking issues. Otherwise good place.
• Kristýna (10/5): Exceptional - Nice rooms, pools and the surrounding of the resort. Guards didn't speak english, but we made check-in and check-out with them using my weak spanish.
