Guest Reviews
- Kuo (5/5): Passable - Everything was fine, clean, large room and great location. The floor is poorly insulated. We stayed there for three days. The next night, we received a complaint from the tenant downstairs. It was a whole A4 piece of paper complaining that we were walking too loudly in the middle of the night, making them sleepless and causing him headaches, and we were very sorry for that. So on the third night, I tiptoed like a thief. Thank God I'm finally done with this trip. I strongly recommend that the landlord replace the spc floor with carpet to reduce the poor sound insulation. I don't think it is a good relaxation when you rent this space and live like a thief. I think I should go there next time Staying in a hotel is just because of the footsteps caused by my excessive weight.
- Wendy (9/5): Very nice space and accommodating hosts! - Very clean and comfortable! Needs hangers, extra blankets, curtains on glass door, kitchen towels and a keurig with coffee pods and creamers would have been nice
- Terri (1/5): Bad - My friend Doug went to check us in, I was busy with other important issues and he was turned away with no valid reason. And I'm not sure how It must have felt for Doug when he was trying to keep me safe instead Doug had his luggage and gifts stolen and stuck with no place to stay, very tragic for us both.im really really upset and not sure how to deal with this.?
- Kristyna (7/5): Good - Lots of space, nice kitchen (although not equiped for a serious cooking). The apartment was cold.
- Brad (6/5): Pleasant -
- Gloria (6/5): It was as advertised, but estimated time to walk to uni was more than host suggested. - Location. Not much the host can do about that.
- Eltron7 (8/5): Good location, comfy and quiet - Quiet area, good space, off-street parking, friendly host, full shopping centre very nearby, short drive to Victoria centre. Nothing really
- Andrew (3/5): Poor -
- Ken (9/5): Great and would him - Owner was friendly and very helpful.
Lots of amenities close by Some distance from downtown Victoria with traffic But clearly understood this at time of booking.

- Gristel (6/5): Pleasant - Stuff. Very clean.
- Carol (8/5): Very good -
- Roy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mark (10/5): Exceptional - The home is located in a suburb of Victoria with many restaurants and shopping center very close by. Also very near bus lines that can take you to the city center in Victoria in 20 minutes.
The two guest rooms have a shared kitchen area and deck.
The woman who owns the house was very helpful and a wonderful host. The only thing O didn't care for was the noise of the child in the neighboring rental apartment. I understand they will be leaving soon.

- Paula (9/5): Great deal for a complete apartment in Victoria - This is a full apartment and an incredible deal for Victoria. The kitchen is shared between two separate bedrooms. One bedroom has its own attached bathroom and the other has a private bath down the hall (that's the one I stayed in). There was another guest in the second bedroom, and it was nice to get to know her and chat. In addition to a very nice kitchen with a large fridge, microwave, dishes and dining area it has a lovely porch where you can sit outside and read or eat. The apartment was extremely clean and my bathroom was very beautiful and modern. The owners live right there and can help with anything you need. It's about 5 miles from downtown on a quiet safe street and neighborhood, but very near several busy streets with everything you might need--from restaurants, to cafes to stores. You will best off arriving by car, or in my case, a bicycle. There was a heat wave, which is unusual for Victoria and the apartment was quite hot. The owners immediately brought up fans which helped a lot.
- Kathy (7/5): Expected a little more than the place offered but for one night it was okay. - Location No hairdryer, no facecloths, no TV as I like to have a coffee and watch the news before I start my day
- Amy (7/5): Good -
- Thomas (9/5): Very pleasant and comfortable. - I really enjoyed my one night stay here. The place was perfectly clean and tidy. Best of all, it was very quiet and comfortable, I was happy with how well rested I felt. The location is some distance away from the Victoria core, but I would highly prefer to stay here again compared to the more popular hotels.
- Laura (10/5): Exceptional -
- Laura (10/5): Exceptional - The room was very nice and spacious with a very comfortable bed. Also the kitchen and patio were lovely and well equipped. We loved our stay here.
- Ross (9/5): Great, clean room in shared flat—very comfortable - The host was exceptionally helpful. I had a very late ferry from Vancouver (delayed) arriving at nearly midnight. she was online with me guiding me into town and the property. The flat was very clean and the room/bed very comfortable (with a dedicated bathroom/shower in the hallway). nothing
- James (10/5): Nice and cozy - Great location central in Victoria with many nice restaurants surrounding. Host was very kind and welcoming, and even helped me jump start my vehicle when I was having battery issues
