• Adéla (6/5): Nedoporučuji - V deluxe pokoji bylo velké okno. Základní kuchyň výhodou, stejně tak jako pračka. Jen nám nebyly poskytnuty prací prostředky. Měli jsme zaplacený deluxe pokoj, ale dostali jsme beze slova pokoj klasický. Šli jsme to reklamovat a bylo nám řečeno, že deluxe je obsazen (pravděpodobně overbooking přes jiné aplikace) a můžeme ho dostat zítra. Žádali jsme tedy alespoň vracejí rozdílu v ceně, což nám bylo zamítnuto. Stejně tak jako doklad o zaplacení. Pokoj byl špinavý, zdi úplně nechutné, plno švábů… druhý den jsme dostali deluxe pokoj, který byl o poznání lepší. Stěna ale taky špinavá a celkově by to chtělo zlepšit úklid a zaplatit celkovou deratizaci. V posteli nám lozili švábi.

It is clean and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, with thoughtful details that make you feel right at home. The location is especially convenient, right in the city center, making it easy to get around and explore nearby attractions and restaurants. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!

• Vân (2/5): Never go back - Nothing Wifi went off unexpectedly. Staff was irritating. Disgusting. Unhospitable. Arrogant n slow. No smile brought. Lazy n unhelpful. Off-putting from the very beginning. Room was w blocked window, the smell was oxygen-drained. Absolute signs of no care, stains everywhere. Sleep was deprived.

• Dev (8/5): I stayed 7 days and then some more. Enough said. - Location. It is a backstreet with lots of food and all sorts. Away from Hanoi old city it is only a 20 minute grab bike taxi ride. Its very quiet and you don't see many travellers around. The lady downstairs in front of the hotel makes the best soup. Great WIFI, lots of hot water. Affordability. Microwave. The bed. The kitchen has a lack of utensils such as forks and wooden spoons.

• Kiran (8/5): Value apartment away from City center - Clean bathrooms. Safe environment The approach is a little tricky as it is on a narrow road. I booked a superior room but was given a room without a balcony. The apartment is away from the old quarter. However, you can get a grab or other modes of transport to reach main places.

• Rhys (1/5): Bad - The bed was comfy. The room wasn't clean. Mould in the microwave, bowels were dirty, cupboards were dirty. I asked to move to a clean room and they downgraded me to a room that was cleaner but still wasn't very clean. There wasn't a cup, plate, cutlery, or frying pan. Basically I wasn't able to cook anything. They don't provide hand soap. The noise from reception echoes into the room. I had to ask for a kettle, then discovered there weren't any cups. They gave me a small glass from the bathroom of another apartment to drink my coffee.. there isn't a washing machine or dryer. They basically do not have the majority of the amenities advertised.

• Katya (4/5): Not suited for tourists, hidden in a dark alleyway and very noisy - Room looked ok, air-conditioning was good and quiet. Apartment is not suited for (non-Vietnamese) tourists. It is tucked in a dark alleyway, difficult to find, even the taxi driver was irritated. Staff do not speak English. This is not a hotel, but an apartment so don't expect much service. The main problem was the extremely noisy construction site right outside my window.
• Mark_moon (10/5): Exceptional - Very comfortable room. At the kitchen you will find everything you want for cooking. Good stable internet. Room is very bright and cozy. I chose not the best moment to live this place because very close to the apartment house started great vietnamese construction of the new house. Builders worked 23 hours per day, and only the heavy rain stopped them. It was the first time when i prayed and performed the rain dance.

• Sean (8/5): Just what I needed as a solo traveller, not sure its for everyone. - I didn't realise that it wasn't that close to everything, that said its on me. One 35min scooter ride and you are next to everything. That's only $2 and the trip well worth the experience. I loved the streets and the non touristy local feel. So its a compromise. The old quarter more that 2x the price on everything, but close to what you want to visit. So I think this was better. Some tips on how to heat the water aka how to make the shower hot. Also a sponge and multiple soap dispensers would have been a game changer as would a dish cloth. Small things, but a big difference. Lastly, how to take a Grab, the Vietnamese street names don't work like other names.

• Lara (9/5): Very comfortable stay and helpful host! - The room was very comfortable and well equipped with nice modern decor. It was convenient to be able to use the laundry room and kitchen. The host was helpful as well. It’s in a neat area, not at all touristy — which we liked, but it’s also far from the city centre, so something to consider for other travellers. Overall great stay. Far from city centre so we spent a while in traffic a couple of times (however on the flip side it’s nice to stay in a local neighborhood).

• Uyên (9/5): Good value of money, I’ll book this place next time - Nice and clean room, modern facilities, the actual room was as advertised. comfortable bed, mold-free and odorless bedsheet, the property provided with a free parking lot, AC and hot water was in good condition. The host was very supportive, he reached out to give me all the needed info. I met a lady who escort me to my room, she was so friendly and helpful. - No kettle - There’s a kitchenette inside the room but no tableware provided. - I found a bag of trash left in a cupboard and hair on the floor, which i considered the room was not thoroughly cleaned. - My room has no window, barely see a single thing from outside, even the sunlight.
