• Ofek (9/5): - מרקו נחמד ועוזר בהכול! אמנם לא התראינו אך הוא היה זמין לכל דבר. החדר הגיע נקי ואפילו ניקו וסידרו אותו אחרי הלילה השני. חדר מרווח יחסית למלון בעיר. הרעש מהרחוב יחסית חזק, אמבולנסים ואופנועים עוברים ללא הפסקה.
• Motlhabane (9/5): This place is great. Small threat, needle and body lotion can be handy in case of emergencies - It was spotless. I struggleð to find the place initially. Maybe in future owner can send location on map for easy access. Overall the place is great. If I go back to Rome I would use facility or any of the owner's place Exact location on WhatsApp, pls. Google map took us to +2km away from property . Otherwise place was great
• Laurent (9/5): Excellent séjour. Je recommande. - Le confort et la propreté des lieux est excellente. Notre chambre donnait sur l’avenue qui est assez passante mais le niveau de bruit est acceptable depuis le 3ème étage. La procédure d’accueil est bien faite et tes simple. Nous avons reçu des infos sur des mouvements de grèves pour nous permettre d’anticiper le départ. C’était parfait. Restaurants, boulangerie et supermarché à proximité. Un peu excentré de l’hyper centre de Rome, mais les lignes de métro et de bus sont à quelques dizaines de mètres.

• Marina (8/5): - Квартира в старинном доме, стильно и интересно. В квартире несколько отдельных комнат-номеров и общая кухня. Кухня оборудована достаточно. Расположение обьекта - центр города, можно пешком до Ватикана и других достопримечательностей. Это очень удобно. Станция метро недалеко. Но обратная сторона этого расположения - окна выходят на дорогу - трафик очень интенсивный, выспаться в тишине не удастся. Хозяин в контакте - информацию по заселению предоставил, все четко. Ключи, кодовые замки. Шум за окном не выключишь. Это просто надо учитывать тем, кто выбирает варианты. И понимать что это не полностью изолированная для вас квартира. Скорее как номер в гостинице с общей кухней.

• Wiktoria (10/5): Great stay close to Vatican - We loved everything about The Place Giuliana. The room we stayed in was very nice and spacious, with a super comfortable bed! The coffee in the shared kitchen was also great! Another plus was a self check-in. The apartment is located near the Vatican, and there are many great local restaurants and cafes nearby. Marco was an extremely helpful host - thank you! There is some noise from outside (the windows face a busy street), so if you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs! :)

• Egon (10/5): - Die Apartments haben unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Geräumig, gemütlich, mit Klimaanlage, blitzsauber, mit weicher Bettwäsche und schneeweißen Handtüchern. Alles ist bis ins Detail durchdacht: ein kleiner Kühlschrank für Wasser, ein Safe, Nachttischlampen mit USB-Anschlüssen und Steckdosen direkt am Bett. In der Gemeinschaftsküche gibt es alles Nötige und sogar mehr – von der Kaffeemaschine bis zum stilvoll ausgewählten Geschirr. Besonders gefallen haben uns die Ruhe und das Gefühl von Sicherheit im Viertel. Die U-Bahn ist etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, aber gerade deshalb liegt die Unterkunft angenehm abseits vom Trubel – und abends ist es wunderschön, durch die breiten Straßen zu spazieren. Insgesamt: ein echtes Zuhause-Gefühl mitten in Rom.

Для нас двох було замало місця на ліжку. Але це індивідуально. Також було спекотно вночі, а якщо відкрити вікна то періодично шумно від звуку машин. Але це теж індивідуально. Загалом нам сподобалось

• Lana (10/5): Perfect and cozy stay - Amazing stay, so clean and the shower and bed was perfect. Nothing to complain About.
• Yasmin (10/5): Perfect stay in a beautiful apartment in Rome - Everything! The access to apartment was coded including the individual rooms which felt really secure. The elevator up to the apartment was definitely helpful with big suitcases and looked like something out of a Wes Anderson film. Really cool! The room was immediately stunning. Very spacious, light and airy. The bed was massive and very comfortable. The bathroom was great as well. The shower was fantastic with 2 separate shower heads, great water pressure and toiletries. There was a little fridge in the room and the kitchen facilities were great. It was in a great area too; Not noisy with the windows open through the day and really close to a local supermarket, cafes, restaurants and 7mins walk from the metro and 15 mins walk from Vatican City. As well as this, Marco the host was really helpful through messenger. Very friendly host. We would happily stay here again. Nothing.

• Isabela (10/5): Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay in a quiet, well-located apartment with a kind and helpful host. - The apartment is located in a safe area, just a few minutes’ walk from the metro station, with a bus stop on the same street — making transportation very convenient. The building is quiet, which created a relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. At night, we enjoyed a restful sleep in a comfortable bed with clean, soft linens. Everything was tidy and well-maintained. The host was very welcoming and kind, and communication was easy and smooth. In the kitchen, I appreciated having coffee, tea, and all the amenities listed in the property description — a great added touch. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-located place with a thoughtful host. One thing I personally didn’t like was that the duvet didn’t have a cover, as I’m used to having one on the bed.

Walking distance to Vatican City and a short metro ride away from the Trevi Fountain or a 45-minute walk which was perfect. Marco was in contact with us throughout our stay, which was extremely helpful, ensuring we arrived safely. The room was very spacious and had all of the facilities we needed, with the added surprise of a multicolour party light in the shower! Nothing!

The apartment itself was spotless and very comfortable, with great facilities (and amazing coffee machine!) The location was perfect - right next to a bus stop and 10 minutes walk to metro station, with an easy access to the main attractions of Rome. Walkable distance to Vatican City as it is only 15 minutes on foot. There are plenty of shops and cafes nearby which was very convenient. The only thing that slightly bothered us was the noise from a musical band right under the apartment. They either played the music very loudly or had rehearsals, which disrupted us late afternoon.

We could leave our luggage there prior to check-in and post check-out. The location is OK, but you need at least 10 minutes' walk to the next metro. If you're fast. Also, the room and bathroom had some worn-out spots but not too bad

The host was very helpful. At 08h00 on our first morning some very loud building work started right above us. Everything else was fine, but this did disturb us.

Honestly, didn't expect much, as was booking kinda last minute with not many options left, however the room was very pleasant, clean, well equipped, smelled good (it's a big one for me), comfy bed, comfy orthopedic pillows, kitchen if needed, clean shower. Marco is super responsive, helpful and pleasant. With less than 10 min walk to metro, 12 min walk to Vatican and so many amazing non-touristy restaurants around it is definitely worth to stay here when in Rome. Just a recommendation to bring ear plugs if you sleep with windows open, as this is a busy city and Vespas start early :)

THE BED IS AMAZING, I would like to have the same at home! The location is great if you are planning to visit the Vatican, it's just a 15-minute walk. Thanks to it I was able to enter the Basilica by catching the early small query. The place itself is new, it looks like they did with a designer, great room. Everything is clean and very well maintained. Also the host, Marco responded immediately and provided all the necessary info. Thank you! Elevator is tricky, but it's not an issue.

The bathroom was spacious and shower was excellent. The location was also excellent- walking distance from Vatican City and Metro station There was traffic noise so windows had to be kept closed. The room was small so it got very stuffy with 2 people in it.
