• SOPHIE (10/5): - Emplacement idéal pour un touriste. Ligne de métro et de bus qui te permettent d'accéder à tous les lieux touristique. Quartier vivant, bar aux tarifs abordable. Le seul bémol est le bruit du vieux ascenseur de l'immeuble.

• Vladimir (9/5): Nice experience in general - Nice location with close-by metro and bus stations, supermarkets and restaurants. Spacious property with a lovely balcony. It was clean. The host was friendly and communication was smooth. The charge for late check-in is a bit too much when you're spending 700 EUR for 4 nights. As a coffee lover, I found the drip coffee machine a bit hard to make good coffee, it's more appropriate for American visitors and their americano type, but not for Europeans. In the 2 smaller bedrooms there might be some noise coming from the open-air stairwell but it's manageable when you close the windows, so it was not an issue for us. Some neighbors seem unfriendly toward tourists and insist on taking the elevator before you, even when you were there first—which feels especially odd when they don’t appear to be locals themselves.

Prévoir obligatoirement des bouchons d'oreilles si vous voulez bien dormir. On entend tout ce qui se passe dans la cage d'escalier, ascenseur et chez les voisins....

• Eduardo (7/5): - O proprietário é extremamente educado e solícito. A localização é boa. Precisa melhorar a qualidade das camas e consertar ducha do banheiro.
• Benjamin (3/5): établissement à éviter - L'emplacement était assez central la propreté, les lits, le fait que le loueur rentre dans le bâtiment sans notre présence. la salle de bain plus que crasseuse et rideau de SDB d'une crasse pas possible., une seule SDB alors qu'il est annoncé deux. Ampoules absentes dans certains luminaires dont certains sont tenu par du papier collant. Rideau déchiré, énorme trace d'humidité dans une des chambre, les deux autres chambres ressemble plus à des cagibis qu'à des chambres. Interrupteurs d'une saleté innommable. Electricité douteuse Quand on se permet de louer un appartement 850 € pour 4 jours, on est en droit d'attendre à hauteur du prix demandé.

• Jordan (8/5): Great location, cozy apartment - Our host Luis was very responsive and helpful. The apartment was in an incredible location and looked like the pictures. Air conditioning worked great! The windows in two of the rooms open up to the central corridor. Sleeping with the window open was quite loud, but we were more concerned about our toddlers standing on the bed and falling out. The property is great - just a word of caution for parents of young dare-devils.

• Spaska (10/5): Clean apartment, perfect for a family or a group of up to 5 people. - The apartment is located about 5 min walk to a metro station, about 20 min walk to the beach and the main street with all the restaurants. For us the main thing was to be able to walk most of the time. The host Luis was very friendly and caring, easily reachable on WhatsApp when we needed him.
• Tala (2/5): bad experience that I would not wish on anyone - Nothing *I thought of rating you with a grade of 2 (slightly better than 1) for these reasons: *From the day of the reservation when the money was withdrawn immediately, until the last days, we did not receive any response or information or assistance from you or very few (from the month of January when I booked until we arrived, the messages are about 2-3) so much so that I had to definitely ask for help from Booking to contact you personally since you did not return the message and you took the money for my reservation *after our arrival was resolved, thanking Booking's assistance, when we reached you, we asked for a security key, but you said that there is none, but that a person will come and bring you the cell with which you requested an extra payment of 60 euros for its service for that person to bring us the key (which is free everywhere in the world, or has a security key, where every customer can get the entrance key and the door of the apartment) *during our journey, you never provided assistance for any request or information we wanted, or solved our problem, which disappointed us a lot in this point as well. * also the cleanliness in the apartment was not at the right level
