• erin (10/5): Amazing stay, beautiful views and a very comfortable bed - Very welcoming owners, the facilities were great with a ski storage room, lift, induction hob and many other amenities. The bathroom was clean and modern with storage for our own items. The bed was particularly comfortable and we had no disturbances from other residents. The balcony with the view of the Matterhorn was a particularly amazing feature. The apartment is a good 25 minute walk into the village, however the free bus was very helpful. It is also up a hill so coming back in the night may take a bit longer but it’s so worth it. We loved our stay here and would love to come back. Nothing

• Scott (10/5): An amazing place to stay in Zermatt - Haus Vira is wonderful! Emil and Evelyn are fantastic hosts - so kind, helpful, friendly, and welcoming. They did everything to make our stay perfect, from recommending delicious restaurants to giving us excellent advice on transportation. My wife loves to ski and it was easy for her to get to many great slopes; I love to hike in the mountains and this apartment was so close to many excellent trails, even in the winter. The apartment itself is incredible, with gorgeous views of the Matterhorn and triple-paned windows that keep everything blissfully quiet and peaceful. This was even better than we could have imagined!

• Hengzhi (10/5): Exceptional Stay in Zermatt! - We spent 10 wonderful days at this apartment in February, and it was truly fantastic! Firstly, the host (Emil) was super sweet, friendly and responsive. Despite our late arrival on a snowy night (around 10 pm), Emil greeted us in person and took the time to give us a detailed tour of the apartment, the surrounding area, bus schedules, ski-in/out details, etc. Throughout our stay, Emil was incredibly responsive. He always replied our messages within 2 hours. When we needed anything, like new towels, sponges, or paper towels, he always delivered them to us when he was available. On our last day, Emil even bid us farewell in person, wishing us a safe trip back home. We were truly touched by his warm hospitality and helpfulness. The apartment itself was super clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Almost everything was new and modern, including the furnitures (sofa, dining tables, chairs), appliances (stove, dishwasher, furnace) and electronics (smart TV). The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials. We were particularly impressed by the Nespresso milk frother which is a must to us for making coffee. The bedroom and bathroom were spotless, with crisp white linens and plush pillows that made for a comfortable sleep. This was the most comfortable B&B bed we've ever slept in. The apartment has underfloor heating, so we never felt any cold spot or uneven temperature in the place. The view was grorgeous. We were able to see the Matterhorn from the living room window which was truly breathtaking. The location was also convenient, with the ski lift just a 10-minute walk away and bus stops nearby. Overall, we had an unforgettable stay and we can't wait to return!

Ski in/out is fantastic and rather rare in Zermatt. Free Shuttle bus station only 300m away. Only a leisurely 15 min walk into town. Superbly quiet location but convenient to everything. Several restaurants nearby walking distance. Great comms with very nice hosts. Nothing.

From our initial introduction when we were very tired from our journey from Paris to our exit by helping us get a taxi at 6:AM for our next stop in Juric - along with everything in between. • Leanna (10/5): Everything is perfect, I don’t want to leave. - The location is great, have free shuttle bus from the train station to the property and also the main ski lifts. The room is very clean and warm, all the tableware are from good brands. The decorations are so cute so I bought a same doll from the souvenir shop. You can see Matterhorn from the balcony clearly if the weather is nice. The owners are very nice and they replied the message very fast, they also solved the problems very quickly. I didn’t want to leave at the last day because that place is perfect. If I go to Zermatt again I definitely will stay there again!!! Nothing, everything is perfect.
