• hayashi (9/5): 満点ちょい手前 - 綺麗でした。 通天閣にも近く良かった。阪神高速道路の真横でしたが、騒音は気になりませんでした。 洗面所の排水溝のニオイが気になりました。もとマンションタイプで常時使われていないからかもしれませんが。 シーツの一部が黄ばんでいるのとシワだらけのが1セットあったのが気になりました。たまたまかもしれませんが、宿泊日に入口付近の一般道に爆音の車が何回も通り、外に出ずらかったのでエントランス内に自販機が有れば更に良かったです。これらがなければ非常に良かったです。また泊まりたいと思いました。四国からの利用だったので、あるなら提携駐車場や周辺施設の案内がサイトや室内にあれば最高でした。色々かきましたが、満足のいく施設でした。

• Rachel (5/5): 1 out of 3 was a horrible experience - My three positives: +The location is great - near a metro, the Osaka tower - with plenty of restaurants and shops. + There were loads of pillows. + The staff was responsive when the group had issues. I’ll be honest - we booked three apartments for our group. We had issues with one of the apartments from check-in. The combination box for the key was broken. The staff texted and said they hung up a lockbox with the key. Note: this was INSIDE the building. So, if my group had not traveled together - there is no way this person could have gained access to the building. Upon entering the apartment, we can only assume that the cleaners also could not enter the apartment. The place was a mess - the bathroom completely unclean (in the worst way), the floor had hair and such on it, the entire place was unacceptable. Our friends spent about an hour cleaning - but to be able to sleep. After a lot of communications with the property, the couple decided to move accommodations. We did receive a refund for the unused nights (and ironically was charged a cleaning fee).

• Daisuke (2/5): - 前日のチェックイン手順のメールでのメッセージが文字化けしており、迷惑メールだと勘違いしたため、当日見つけることができませんでした。 結局泊まることを諦めて、別の宿泊施設で宿泊しました。 そのメールのみ文字化けしていたため、気になりました。

• Miho (10/5): - 初めてこういった施設を利用しましたが、チェックインもスムーズで、部屋も写真通りキレイでした！ 上の階の方が夜中までドタバタしてましたが、まぁそれはある程度仕方ないかなと…。他、騒音は特になく、ちゃんと眠れました！ 通天閣まで歩いて近いので最高ですし、コインパーキングもそこまで遠くない最大料金ありのところがあって助かりました。 お風呂が自動なのや、色々アイテムが揃っていて、連泊にもいいなぁと。 とてもいい旅になりました。 ありがとうございました！ 帰り際にお掃除の方とすれ違い(ここの方かはわかりませんが)、気持ちのいいご挨拶をしてくださいました。 それだけで利用してよかったと心から思いました。

Pero la limpieza fue muy mala, entrabas al apartamento y olía a orina, el piso estaba sucio, el baño estaba sucio, la regadera con manchas negras. En la entrada está el tiradero de basura, así que huele mal y está sucio. La zona de alrededor se siente insegura, aunque un poco turística, la zona es fea y está como a 12 min a pie la estación más cercana. Además está lejos del centro. En general no lo recomiendo, lejos y sucio y huele mal. No vale lo que pagas

• Asai (7/5): - 近くに通天閣が見え夜玄関の前からの景色が迫力があった。インテリアがおしゃれだった。 ドライヤー、シャンプーリンス、タオル等宿泊に必要なものは揃っていた。 若干床にゴミが落ちていたりクーラーをつけると変な匂いがするなど清潔感の観点で気になることがいくつかあった。ただタオルやシーツなどは清潔で気持ちよかったです。

• 興杰 (9/5): - 床好睡，離新世界街區很近，房門打開即可看到通天閣及阿倍野展望台，一晚房價很便宜，性價比極高，雖在馬路及高架道路旁，但窗戶隔音極為優秀！ 離地鐵稍遠走路約十分鐘有不耐走的小孩要思量！無線網路有時不太穩定！

• Thomas (9/5): Superb - Brilliant location, spacious flat, nice layout, kitchen. Overall very good value. It’s located facing the zoo, just on the side of Shinsekai. It’s 5mn walk from a metro station towards Namba/Dotomburi. Cleaning wasn’t optimal, there were things under the beds and the shower drain was blocked by hair.

• Anikó (9/5): Superb - Very clean and confortable accomodation. Close to the highway but we managed to sleep very well in the comfy beds. Perfect place to stay in Osaka and explore the city. Easy to get to/from the airport. Only one thing we missed was some more space (wardrobe, shelf) for our stuff as we were staying for 8 days.

• Adrien (2/5): Very poor - Really noisy place, couldn't really sleep, I understand it's also not there fault but, last night was terrible because the neighbours were extremely noisy until 5 am, until I get there and asked them to be quiet, lack of brushing tooth also.

• Ruby (10/5): Exceptional - Clean and comfortable accomodation, simple check in process, it could fit 5 of us nicely. Ammenities are great, coffee and tea provided. We could wash our clothes, saved us from carrying too many dirty laundry. Highly recommended. Nothing, all good.

• Ruela (10/5): Worth the price. A comfortable stay in Osaka. - Best location near Tsutenkaku area, near subway stations and less than an hour away from the airport via nankai line. There are a lot of great restaurants and activities near the place. The condo itself is superb. Facilities were complete and ready to use. You definitely get what you paid for. Plus a great view of the Tennoji Zoo. Beds are very comfortable. Equipped with elevator so no problem with large luggages. The room can fit up to 4-5 people with still enough space. Appreciated the use of washing machine provided with laundry soap. If you’re a light sleeper, you might find it nuisance to hear the heavy footsteps, noise and moving-luggage of the unit above you. Unfortunately for us, even at wee hours in the morning we can hear heavy footsteps, loud chatting and moving of luggages. Would probably request for the top floor next time to avoid these inconveniences.
• Chih Hung (8/5): - Overall experience is excellent! 5-10mins walk to JR and Metro, convenience store and restaurant are just 2-3mins walk away, I was in eighth floor the highway in front of balcony is bit noisy at night but acceptable. Only one thing that TV is not working in the middle of trip as i have been staying the same room for 16days, I did send message to customer service unfortunately no respond is received before check-out. End up i found remote control is broken, that tells no one will be taking care your request in case there is urgency potentially.
• ?? (6/5): - チェックインは、手軽で便利です。ただ、排水溝の臭いがずっと臭くて困りました。広さは十分で、キッチンが自由に使えたのは良かったです。ダブルベッド二つは、ファミリー向けではないです。
• Grace (10/5): - Though we are next to Tennoji Zoo, hardly any smell and the place is less than 5mins walk away from Shinsaikei. Despite so, it’s pretty quiet and safe (just avoid the porn-theatre if you have kids). If you are driving, the place is pretty near to the main highway and ETC exit. We had no problem driving from Ikoma. Since we plan to visit USJ, Osaka Aquarium etc, we drove to KIX after check in and train back via rapid Svc (less than 40mins @peak period). Most importantly it’s pretty near to two sub stations, duty free shops (including DONKI Mega) and eateries. If you miss home cooking, the kitchenette is well equip and lots of grocers and supermarkets nearby. Very pocket friendly too.

• Ka (9/5): Comfort choice in a great location - The host gave us very clear instructions about how to get there with different transportation methods, which is very helpful. The whole place is clean and tidy, with everything you need. Cannot find a better option in the same location! We’re only 2pp staying but there seems not to have an option for choosing one double bed only, so we need to stick with 2 beds. If the second bed is removed and replace with a small makeup table or something it’ll be much better, with more rooms for our luggages.

• Marta (5/5): Not very suitable if there are more than 2 of you - Good beds, good kitchen, staff responds quickly to messages, good view from the balcony Unfortunately, we were not helped with any of the questions we needed, despite the fact that they quickly responded to our messages, they did not help us, but only wrote that they could not help in any way. Although, our needs were basic for travelers. Therefore, this played into our minus. The apartment smelled strongly of something, it seemed like chemicals, but we weren’t sure. The apartments are small and if you are more than 2 people, there will be difficulties. There were three of us, we dragged suitcases and completely lost all space.

• Rachael (6/5): - Poor communication from host. Despite sending messages struggling to get into property 3 hours after check in time i heard nothing until the day we were to check out. Whilst it was our mistake in missing an in app email you should still be available to support your guests at check in. For the property itself, the freeway right outside the window is loud, the room is very hot without air con on which is above one of the beds which triggered some allergies. Positives - property had a large fridge and freezer which was really useful! View from balcony beyond the freeway was really pretty. Overall 6/10

• EUNAH (10/5): - 조금만 걸으면 쿠텐카츠도 있고 메가돈키호테 쇼핑하기도 좋고 10분 정도 걸으면 역도 있어서 도톤보리 갔다와도 좋더라구요. 다만 이틀 묶었는데 쓰레기를 처리해 주지 않았고 어디에 버려야하는지 안내가 없어서 곤란했구요. 고속도로가 창 밖 바로 앞에 있어서 밤에 지나가는 차소리가 많이 났어요. 역도 그리 멀지 않고 스파월드 메가돈키호테 음식점들 가까워 가족들이 묶기에는 좋았어요. 덴노지는 7-9시까지가 일본 분위기를 즐기기에 좋았고 9시만 되면 문닫는 가게가 많아서 조용해지더라구요. 도톤보리는 12시까지도 불야성이라 밤에 돌아다니며 활기찬 분위기를 느낄 수 있었어요. 하지만 사람 적당히 있고 조용하게 지내고 싶으시면 덴노지 지역이 더 괜찮은 숙소라고 생각됩니다.

• KOON KONG (8/5): - 住宿交通方便，步行3分鐘有惠美須町站，附近已經有通天閣，天王寺動物園景點。房間清潔，有煮食工具，還有煮食的油鹽調味品。
• CHIKAKO (6/5): - 大人2人、高校生、中学生、小学生の５人で宿泊しました。交通の便は良かったですが、連泊でタオルの交換などがないのは非常に困りました。

• Carrie (10/5): Excellent comfortable stay near fun sights in Tsūtenkaku - Location was excellent near a bunch of fun things in Tsūtenkaku. Train station wasn't too far. I loved that we had 2 beds and sofa bed, and the divider from the living room so my son could have his own space to fall asleep. The beds were very comfortable. Very easy/clear instructions to get in. Apartment was immaculate and well organized and included everything we needed for a few days. The instructions for the washing machine were super helpful. You could also fill and the bathtub from a control panel on the wall, and the bathroom was really nice. This was our favorite place we stayed on our trip.

• Steve (8/5): This is an ideal apartment for 2 adults, clean and tidy with a great location. - The apartment is a perfect size for 2 people, it's clean and tidy, the beds are comfortable and a decent size. Everything is reasonably new and works correctly, the WIFI is reliable and it's in an ideal position to visit most places in the Osaka region. A 15 minute walk in either direction to Namba or Tennoji (and their train stations). The Zoo is across the road and you'll get a spectacular view of the Tsutentaku Tower, the best tower in Japan according to my (Osaka born) wife. These are all MINOR inconveniences, don't be put off but; There is little to no space to store clothes so we had to leave most of ours in the suitcases. The clothes washing facilities are really good but drying them is an issue if the weather isn't too good (it rained a lot) and you can't put them on the balcony hanging rail as the interior clothes hanger is very small and there is no hanging rail in the bathroom. There are two double beds but they're same room so a group or family is going to find privacy an issue. Final point the building isn't titled Bijou Suites, the name on the building is actually "LANDMARK NAMBA TSUTENKAKU" so we walked past it twice before actually finding it.

• Atkins (8/5): The Good and the Bad - The location was excellent. Overall it was a nice apartment on the top floor. A bit short in the cleaning (dust everywhere but bath and toilet clean). Had to improvise with clothes storage as we were there 12 nights and no room for open suitcases for this amount of time (maybe a set of open shelves on the wall near bathroom? The plastic box of an extra doona took up valuable floor space. Perhaps a shelf in the laundry could be added to store this? Except for these issues it was a lovely apartnent with good facilities and very comfortable beds and pillows. I would stay again. Three towels in total for 3 people for 12 nights is NOT enough. Australians shower twice daily so if you had time to wash them would they be dry? Same with bed linen. The lights! They are in the walkway. My son and husband kept hitting them with their heads as they walked through. Storage: had to put ornaments in kitchen cupboard so we could use tv unit for clothing. No room for suitcases on floor with 3 adults. A shelf or 2 in the laundry would help as well. Storage is a real issue if youre staying more than a couple of nights. Where do you put all those extra cushions at night? Can the lights be moved or changed? Small issues but easily resolved, especially the storage and low hanging lights.
• Rosrizel (6/5): Pleasant - Easy excess to the room Foul smell when you enter the room especially near the toilet area every time when you entered the room.The sliding door near the bed was not soundproof enough as you can hear the car at the expressway passing by at night disrupting our sleep
• Meg (9/5): Good location with great amenities - The apartment was a but tight for 4 adults with luggages, but you can make do. It had a good sized bath and had basic kitchen utensils which we used, there is also a washing machine which was handy. The beds were very comfortable and we had a good rest after long days of walking. The apartment is within the shinsekai area which is more retro but beautiful esp at night. A few mins walk to stations that are well connected to osaka. The staff were also very helpful when I struggled with the check in instruction and were very responsive through LINE. There was a sewer smell coming from either the bathroom or toilet and we found that by leaving the exhaust/ventilation, the smell would disappear.
• Patrick (5/5): Facilities ok, needs far better cleaning - The cleaning staff did not do a good enough job. There was urine on the floor of the toilet, dirty floors, long black hair on the beds and I ended up with red itchy dots down my legs presumably from sheets not being washed properly.
• Paola (10/5): Exceptional - "I liked that it had plenty of space (more than other places in Japan), beautiful decor, nice views from the window and even a beautiful view of the Tsutenkaku Tower from the entrance of the apartment. The place had everything we needed: a refrigerator, microwave, towels, and even a washing machine. Right below the building, there's a spot to dry clothes. And the location is fantastic too! nothing
