荒木 (8/5): 良かった - 高層階で夜景も綺麗、立地は満足です到着後なかなか場所がわからなくて迷った。ホテルではなく、マンションの1室を貸し出ししていることがわかれば良かった。WhatsAppを使用していないと鍵の受け取りやハウスキーピング、備品の依頼などはやり取りができないので注意が必要。

Dg Wan Vivi Lisa (9/5): - It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was smooth and handled by very friendly staff, and the same excellent service continued through to check-out. The location is superb—right next to Concorde Hotel Kuala Lumpur, and just steps away from Hard Rock Cafe Kuala Lumpur where you can relax and enjoy live band performances. It’s also within walking distance to KLCC and further on to Bukit Bintang. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a lovely view, making the stay even more enjoyable. I drove there, but parking is expensive—it's much easier if you’re on foot to go other places.

Ratnawati (7/5): Location is good, Chandra was very helpful. - Love the distance esp to KLCC. Downstairs they have 7-11 however, many things needed to be replenish. On the 1st day, we found a baby roach at the foot of the bed. There was no disposable toothbrush/ toothpaste provided. The shower gel & shampoo provided were very diluted. As compared to my other stays in other BnB, it was quite disappointing
Rae (4/5): Great location, run down apartment. - The apartment is in a great location. There is also a small cafe and 7-11 at the bottom which is convenient. The hosts were easy to contact and responsive. The apartment is old, needs updating, and was not very clean. You can tell it hasn't had a deep clean in a long time. Some fixtures were broken, like the toilet paper holders. The hallways smell of tobacco. The kitchen has very minimal cutlery etc, just enough to have some cereal in the morning, but not much more. Everything is very basic. We bought things like kitchen sponges, hand towels, tissues and paper towels for the apartment. The parking is very narrow (which we were warned about), and we had to pay a daily rate. The pool comes up in the photos, but it was not clear to use before booking that it is a separate business, and you are expected to pay to use it.

sock chang (5/5): Good. - Walking distance to KLCC. Narrow pathway drive up to carpark. Entire floor crack. Flooded in the bathroom and toilet, water on the floor, disgusting! Water still appeared there when we checked out the next day. No dustbin, spoon provided. No signboard to direct us which lift to use for going up to the apartment.
Yusoff (10/5): Fabulous - The place was superb especially the views. Even though not seeing the Twin Tower Petronas. Reasonably priced. Absolutely will stay again. 👍👍 The staff is friendly too. The parking is quite narrow and difficult to get during weekend n holiday.

May (7/5): Well located apartment - The apartment was in a great location—very convenient for getting to our office, which was a big plus. I also appreciated how clean it was. Nicolas and his team were very responsive, and communication was smooth throughout. The apartment is a bit dated and could use some maintenance. The air conditioner in one of the rooms was quite noisy, and the fan remote had corroded batteries 😅. The TV wasn’t very useful either—either too slow or difficult to connect. That said, it served its purpose for our stay.

ANQI (9/5): - First, good location an easy walk to klcc park and twin tower, near the opposite there's a pedestrian bridge link to the pavilion and bukit binhang. second, spacious and good designed, with washer dryer combo is a plus. Finally, the host and his staff are super helpful and thought ful!
Selvam (8/5): Nice place to stay near KLCC - Overall very nice place to stay near KLCC / Shangri-La. Superb location. I'm impressed with lady handling our check-in , polite and quick to reach out. The Parking lot - this isnt a standard parking lot. I'm not sure how the authorities approved such stupidity. Its only good for tiny cars, any normal sized or slightly bigger car chances to damage your car is 90%. Turn left to Jalan P. Ramlee , there's open car park right after Gravy Baby bar. The display full day max rate as RM15 , I was there less than a day , been charged RM44 ! This is unattended car park , got to accept it and move on.
Ellison (1/5): Falsely advertised. Don’t waste your time/money/energy - Centrally located. Normally I am not picky about my accommodation, but I’m quite disappointed with this appointment, especially for the price. There is a very strong musty/damp smell throughout the apartment. It looks nothing like the photos in the listing, which must be of different units. The furniture, light fixtures and view in the listing do not match the apartment on the 30th floor we were given. The living room furniture is stained/damaged. There is no Netflix streaming service or coffee maker as mentioned in the listing. The view is of a tall apartment building 20 meters away. The bedroom light flashes non-stop when you turn it on, and the bedside lamp is missing its lampshade. The kitchen is not “well-equipped”, as mentioned in the listing…no coffee maker (only a kettle), no tea towel, no basics like salt & pepper or can opener. The toaster is very dirty. The clothing we put in the washing machine came out with a musty smell and had to be washed again elsewhere. In the bathroom, the shower head is broken and being held up by a bottle cap, and the toilet paper holder is falling off the wall. When we arrived, one of the three beds had no bedding on it. These were brought to us the following day, with the explanation that the third bed is not made up unless there are 5 people in the booking (we were 4) - a strange policy not mentioned in the listing. When I addressed my concerns with the host, they offered to cancel the remaining nights in my booking and refund me for the unused nights. However, the refund that I received was less than what they promised. Plus no compensation for the missing amenities mentioned in the listing. We were in the apartment 12 hours and couldn’t get out of there fast enough. There are much better options in KL. We moved to Lyf for the remainder of our stay, which was the same price, included delicious free breakfast, and the amenities were far superior.

猫小洁 (10/5): 非常好 - 民宿主理人服务超好，很热情专业，位置、服务、房间等等都非常好，这栋楼安全性很高，只有刷房卡才能上楼。从这里走去KLCC、柏威年、吉隆坡塔都很近，周边吃饭也很方便，很多吃的喝的，楼下有711，百把米就能走到轻轨站。房间还有小厨房，坐在沙发上能看到双子塔，视野很好，一切都很好，下次来吉隆坡还住这里。

The walking distance to the twin towers. If we had been told that we can actually walk to the twin towers we wouldn't have ordered Grab taxi on our first day. Pratiksha (8/5): Very good - The rooms were quite spacious and perfect for a family. The kitchenette was equipped with cutlery, water kettle and a fridge. The staff was super efficient and the checkin process was seamless even though we reached quite early in the morning. There is a 7/11 in the building and a MCDonalds just a 5 min walk away. Highly recommend for families. The location is also very convenient with views of Petronas towers. The only downside is giving the deposit in cash which is a hassle if you forget to convert at the airport.
Eugene (10/5): Great stay, and awesome view. i was on level 45. - The property was within walking distance to the Petronas Twin towers, and there is a mc donalds just around the corner which is convenient. The Bukit Nanas Monorail was also within walking distance and this made going to Lot 10/ Pavillion, Chinatown petaling st,, and kl sentral the main train depot very convenient. The swimming pool was not accessible for short stay tenant, and there is no desk for grab food driver to drop off delivery, so i had to meet the grab driver all the time outside 7/11

It is very close to KLCC and it is easy to find. The host is very easy to communicate and extremely helpful. We enjoyed our stay. The gym and swimming pool are not included in the price. You have to pay separately for them. There are many markets where you can find all you need and some of them are working 24/7. N/A

Sa (7/5): Vortex KLCC - Check-in was easy following the instructions given. Apartment was a nice size & clean with amazing views of KL Tower & Merdeka 118. Beds were comfortable with comfy pillows. Good & strong showers with hot water. Staff were helpful & friendly. The wifi was not working properly - thankfully it got settled before the end of the 1st day. The sink was not cleaned properly & there was a piece of clothing left behind in the washing machine. The single bed did not have a blanket/duvet. Kitchen did not have teaspoons.

For a quick meal, theres mamak stall and MCD around the corner. The room is still dirty, can see dust under the bed. When using the washing machine there's this bad smell around the apartment. Also, the flooring was damage by the wet toilet. Recommend to change the flooring.

As it is an apartment, be warned that there is no early check in and no place to check in. Make sure you have WhatsApp downloaded for communication

It will take around 10 mins to walk it to the suria mall and towers. Quality apartment. 7-11 on the ground floor, we never used public transport, used grab instead as it is way better. They have multiple apartments in the building so you may get different views depending on which one you get. Everything was good
