• Rocio (3/5): Si tuviese un buen mantenimiento sería una maravilla. - La ubicación fantástica, el apartamento muy bonito. Aunque leí los comentarios negativos que tenía nunca piensas que van a ser tan malos, pero tendría que haber hecho caso. La puerta del congelador del frigorífico no cerraba por la cantidad de hielo que tenía uno de los cajones. Le enviamos una foto al propietario, pero lo ignoró. La tapa del retrete del baño de abajo no existía. No tuvimos agua caliente en todo el fin de semana que estuvimos. El termo debe estar estropeado, conseguimos que arrancase una sola vez, pero no volvió a funcionar más. Todos los días ducharse con agua fría es lamentable. A la ducha del baño de abajo le faltaba una hoja de la mampara y se sale el agua al ducharse. En resumen no hice caso de los comentarios negativos y me quedé helada duchándome y lavándome el pelo con agua fría. Siempre piensas que habrán escarmentado con los comentarios negativos, pero no fue nuestro caso. Es una pena porque el apartamento es muy bonito, está muy bien situado y tiene todo para ser estupendo.... pero.... lo estropean al no cuidar al huesped.
• Georga (2/5): Lovely location but would not stay in this apartment again. - The location of the property is excellent. This property has the potential to be very good. There are several issues with the apartment and they were not fixed during our stay, which is very disappointing. The sheets on the bed were dirty. They were stained and there were hairs on the sheets. We were told there are extra sheets in a cabinet upstairs. They were not. Then we were told the sheets were in a cupboard outside on the terrace in a black bag. They were not. They were in an open bag, which was not very hygienic. The smell in the apartment was not good. The dishwasher was rusty and therefore we could not use it. The freezer needs to be defrosted and could not be used. The door on the freezer could not even close. There was no hot water after the second day. We were told to reboot it, which we tried but it did not work. A would strongly suggest leaving a manual in the apartment on how to use items. We brought all of these issues to the owner and although he made suggestions on how to fix these, the suggestions did not work and there was no follow up to check if they did, which was very disappointing. Every day I was contacting him with another problem. It was tiring and an extra stress that I could have done without.
• laura (5/5): DEPARTAMENTO GRANDE - FALTA DE MANTENIMIENTO - la ubicacion es muy buena, bien centrico, por lo menos de donde nosotros necesitabamos estar estaba muy bien ubicado, cerca de la estacion de tren, cerca de los comercios, linda zona. es amplio el departamento, tres dormitorios con camas dobles, dos baños, es comodo tener que descargar una app para poder abrir la puerta de entrada al edificio si con una llave se soluciona el tema me parece innecesario, sumado a que no era facil de usar y abrir la puerta, pura adrenalina pensar que no ibas a poder entrar cuando llegaras y el dueño del departamento obviamente se entera cada vez que entras porque a el le suena en la app. la comunicacion con el dueño bastante lenta.... la limpieza deja bastante que desear, sucio abajo de las camas y pelos cortados en una de las habitaciones, en el lavavajillas flotaba el agua sucia con fideos y verduras algo bastante asqueroso y no lo pudimos usar. le faltan cosas basicas como una jarra electrica para no calentar el agua en una olla, no hay tostador, dejaron capsulas no compatibles con la cafetera, la heladera llena de hielo. falta la puerta de la ducha del baño de abajo y se sale el agua, tambien la tapa del inodoro, enchufes colgando en el baño hay secarropas pero no lavarropas.... raro eso.... el aire acondicionado en planta alta bastante deficiente y por lo tanto se siente un calor importante arriba
