• Shah (3/5): A lot run down than the pictures, very difficult to get support from the staff - Good space and location is close to metro and close to Lidl /coffee shops The pictures show the new versions of everything whereas the actual place is a lot more worn out and has damages It’s not advertised you need to collect the key which is 20 min can away - they offer an expensive in person drop off There is a bad smell in the old toilets - apparently that’s just Barcelona but you cannot even open a window Amenities - no toilet paper, had to ask multiple times to get it, it was a genuine struggle. No iron - had to ask, no lift in the property, the kitchen cutlery and area was dirty
• Eva (10/5): Molto confortevole - Molto bello l’appartamento con tutti i confort necessari anche per una vacanza più lunga, utilissimo avere due bagni, l’abbiamo trovato pulito e ordinato, ottima la zona Non mi è piaciuto come hanno gestito il check in, anche se arrivavo nell’ora dalle 14 alle 16 mi è stato chiesto di pagare in contanti €25, cosa che di solito si paga solo se lo si fa in orario non ordinario, ho ritirato io la chiave in un loker lontanò dall’appartamento. Tutto questo non era specificato sull’annuncio di Booking… mi dispiace per questo inconveniente che comunque è stato compensato dai servizi offerti della casa.
• Razwan (1/5): Very disappointing stay with poor maintenance, inadequate facilities, and safety concerns throughout… - Location only Very unhappy with our stay.. The overall experience was poor and did not meet expectations.. The bathroom had a strong sewage smell, which meant all five of us had to share the en-suite.. On two separate nights, the electricity went out for around three minutes each time, which upset the children.. The skirting board was coming away from the wall and had not been properly fixed.. The shower was mouldy, including visible mould on the shower head..After two people had showered, the hot water ran out, leaving the rest of us unable to wash until the following day.. Although the property was advertised as suitable for five adults, it was not adequate even for two..The lighting on the stairs was consistently not working, which was unsafe for children. Maintenance was supposed to attend to these issues, but no one ever came..

• Jocė (6/5): patenkinama - Arti labkytinu vietu. !!!Labai trūko švaros!!!!. Kainos santykis neatinka kokybes. Dvelke pelėsio,bei drėgmės kvapas. Vandens neužtegdavo 4turiems išsimaudyti.

• Juan Andres (1/5): - Su ubicación es muy buena, muy próximo a la Sagrada Familia. Falta de atención, exigir pago por entregarnos la llave a nuestra llegada (30,-€ en efectivo). Falta de limpieza en general, humedades en interior del piso y en la comunidad, ausencia de ascensor, de platos, cubiertos, vasos, incluso de baterias en los mandos de televisión y aparatos de aire acondicionado.. .... Resumiendo. NO LO RECOMENDARIA NI A UN ENEMIGO.

• Padilla (5/5): Passable - I like the fact that the apartment was convenient close to public transportation and had alot of space. I95t
• Dana (6/5): It looks good at the first glance, but the stay was uncomfortable. - - The apartment was well positioned. - There were many shops and near to the cathedral. - The wachine machine and the dryer were functional. - The bedsheets and towels were clean and of good quality. - The beds were comfortable. - The bathroom was clean. - The kitchen furniture was nice. - The fridge and microwave were functional. - The air conditioner was not clean. - The air conditioner takes air from the interior courtyard which is dirty. - There was mold near the windows. - The bathroom door would not slide, you had to put much effort into it due to the humidity of the wood. - There was a tall mirror on the wardrobe that was not well sticked, it stood to fall, I never opened that door. - Many of the plates were of good quality but a bit broken or chipped. - The floors were very dirty in one bedroom, kitchen and hallway. - The tv was not functional.
