• Shelisa (7/5): Nice property, wish I could have enjoyed it more but it needed repair to the leak in the skylight. - Parking was included which was nice. The decor was great. Location was great as well. Would rebook for a longer stay if ever in the area. The instructions to find the location was a bit more confusing than finding the actual property. It rained the night we visited and the skylight leaked so we weren’t able to sit on the couch. Contacted the property owner who got back to us about it but only stayed for one night so it wouldn’t have been able to be repaired during our stay regardless. Didn’t like that only one room had a vanity.

• Kaede (9/5): - Location was excellent! Also, in spite of being so close to Richmond, it was very quiet. Everything was clean & comfortable Personal preference - I was hoping for a bit more space, but this unit was really great!

• Christa (4/5): Overpriced Airbnb for what is offered. - Location…close to restaurants. Not good kitchen supplies. Needs better pots and pans. No can opener. Utensils were cheap. No kitchen table just a couple of stools against the kitchen window. No bathtub just a tiny shower. There was a cable cord hanging outside the bedroom window.

• Buzza92 (10/5): Great getaway - It was a great location. Especially for a play at the Grand Theatre. Beds were comfy and warm. It had everything we needed. It might be tight for 4 people but was cozy and comfortable for 2. Very clean and well presented. Perfect for us. TV was high on the wall and not easy to view, but we did not come to London to watch TV
• Julia (10/5): Great one bedroom apartment in the heart of London - Great one bedroom apartment for good rate and all amenities including full kitchen and ensuite laundry with new and modern appliances. Traffic noise but can't be helped - bring a fan if you can to drown out the noise as that helped for me.

• Peggy (10/5): Great London stay - Great place for a couple to enjoy London. Safe off street parking was a bonus for sure. And the kitchen was very usable. The bedside light in the bedroom was hard to use to read. Bedroom against a busy street. So road noise.

• Kerri (10/5): Awesome! - Very modern clean and all amenities were provided in the suite. It was very quiet and private and walking distance to great food and pubs. The beds.... so comfortable!! Just that downtown london can be a bit sketchy but we felt safe and secure in our suite with the locked gate.

• Aaron (8/5): Clean, comfortable, worth it! - Clean, had most of the things I wanted or needed (including free coffee for the morning). Great location if you want something central (main drag/downtown), maybe not so great if you're not comfortable with people wandering around at all hours. However I felt safe and found the place quiet. Rather than burying the wifi password in the confirmation instructions (which booking.com makes really hard to find), why not just have them on a card in the suite? A bit more "horizontal surface" would be nice. Nowhere to sit and eat, except awkwardly on a couch with the coffee table. Likewise not a lot of space to put down your suitcase etc. Layout of bedrooms meant no bedside tables, which was annoying.

• Rachel (9/5): Great stay and extremely comfy bed! - This property was pure value for money, it had great facilities, comfy bed, great kitchen and just what i needed for my weeks stay whilst visiting for work. The location was more lively, which personally enjoyed. It is on a main road above the shops but it was quiet, felt safe and I really had the best stay to be honest!

The place is exceptional: super clean, comfortable beds, clean/good size towels, tons of natural light. Well equipped kitchen. Large fridge. It was lovely to see the place decorated with care. Great wi-fi. Temperature: very comfortable. We didn't do laundry, but there is a new laundry/dryer machine in the unit. Hard to find anything that could be improved.

• Shalina (5/5): Passable - Location was great. Beds and pillows very comfortable. The owner was responsive and very kind to extend our check out. Apartment had mostly everything you would need and was clean and well maintained. The pictures are very deceiving, the apartment was much much smaller and very compact. One of the bedrooms had a skylight which made it very difficult to sleep.

• Howard (9/5): Very nice. Will definitely return. - Very clean. Close to everything we need to be close to. A lovely apartment! Could use a small table to sit and eat. Quite small so not much room but would have been nice for our stay. The couch was very nice but a pullout bed would have a nice addition as well. Again, perhaps not enough space. This is not a criticism. We really enjoyed our stay. Perhaps more of a wish list for future stays!

• Kris (9/5): Great stay!! - the apartment has everything you need for a few days stay! The pictures are exactly what the apartment looked like and we really enjoyed our 3 night stay there. The host (Bart) was super responsive and his instructions made finding the property/parking process seamless. We could see the Christmas lights of Victoria park from the kitchen window and the location is just perfect! Having a dedicated parking spot downtown was a bonus! The beds and bedding were super comfy too! There's no clear signage on the outside door (on Richmond) and the restaurant name has changed from what was provided in the instructions but after some walking back and forth, we figured it out :))
• Jill (10/5): It was a perfect place for me to stay - very clean, comfortable, and convenient! - I liked the location, and that it had a full kitchen. It was clean, and comfortable, and perfect for my needs. Bart was reachable and responded quickly during the lead-up to my stay, though I had no concerns once I arrived so did not need to talk him then. It had very minimal cooking pots and pans, but I was able to manage.

• Kristen (10/5): Perfect stay! Thank you! - So nice and clean! There was also a cot and a play pen for a baby (we didn’t personally need it) but I thought that was such a nice touch if we DID have kids to bring! No complaints.

• Carlinda (8/5): Very good - It’s very clean and bright. The bed was very comfortable. No problems with arrival. Instructions were clear. The location is a bit run down. There are a lot stairs leading up to the place and there is no access the the terrace depicted in pictures. Those things should be made clearer.

• Stephanie (7/5): The space itself was clean and nicely renovated, but the area was not a comfortable place to stay. - Cleanliness of the space Nice renovation of a small space, I think they made the most of this space Close to the university Parking Close to downtown amenities I personally didn't like the location. There were Many homeless people and drug users on the block outside the unit. Lots of dirty needles nearby on morning walks. I recognize it is a downtown location and I have stayed 500m north of this space before. I wouldn't return to this unit because of the block that it is on.

• Avril (7/5): Comfortable suite for 2 persons, but not good sleep for 3 persons. - It was clean and newly updated. Having to climb steep stairs to access the apartment. Said to sleep 3, but pullout bed for 3rd person was tucked away in closet and had to be pulled out. This gave little incentive to use it.

• Laura (10/5): Great spot for downtown access! - The property is clean and perfect for whatever brings you to London! It’s very bright and offers a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathroom with laundry. It is a small space but very well done and plenty of room for 2-4 people. You are right in the area of all the restaurants and nightlife so there are a lot of late night revellers so if you’re a light sleeper prepare for that. It’s not terrible, just something to note.
