• Victor (9/5): - Muy bonito departamento y muy bien cuidado ordenado y limpio. Que el propietario duerma en el departamento nos incomodó. Esperábamos un departamento en que solamente iba a estar mi señora y yo. Al principio pensábamos dejar el lugar e irnos a otro departamento u hotel, pero ya habíamos cancelado. El propietario no molestó, pero no es agradable saber que hay otra persona al interior del departamento
• ANGEL (10/5): Perfecta estancia - La estancia ha estado increíble, y Danilo ha sido un anfitrión de maravilla, se ocupa de cada detalle, para que pases una estancia fenomenal. La cocina y la habitación, fueron nuestros lugares favoritos de la casa. La cama era mejor que dormir en tu propia casa.

• SERGIO (10/5): Great Location and Comfortable Stay - We stayed at The Roses for four nights, and the experience exceeded our expectations. At the time of booking, we didn’t fully understand the shared-space concept, but once the host explained it to us, everything became clear and it turned out to be a very positive part of the stay. The location is excellent, in a very convenient area of Puerto Varas, with easy access to tourist attractions, commercial areas, and great dining options. The room was very comfortable, and the shared spaces were well maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The area also offers plenty of outdoor activities, as well as shopping options in nearby malls, making it a very complete destination. Highly recommended — both Puerto Varas and The Roses.

Lo que más destaco es a su anfitrión, Danilo, siempre disponible para facilitar todo y brindar guía y apoyo durante nuestra estadía en la ciudad y sus alrededores. Sin duda, volvería a The Roses.

• Andrea (10/5): Suíte com cozinha compartilhada: excelente opção em Puerto Varas. - Preciso confessar que não me dei conta de que era um quarto em um apartamento (para mim, era o espaço inteiro), mas nós ficamos na suíte, com banheiro privativo, com uma estrutura completa e de muita qualidade: cama, lençóis, travesseiros, toalhas, etc. tudo de primeira linha, muito limpo e caprichado. Tinha chinelo e roupão à disposição, bem como secador de cabelo. Chuveiro excelente. A cozinha era compartilhada e nós mesmos preparávamos o nosso café da manhã com o que tinha à disposição (tinha tudo e tudo de qualidade). A localização também é boa, próxima ao centro. Danilo é um excelente anfitrião, nos auxiliou com dicas do local, de restaurantes, nos ajudou com a máquina de lavar roupas. Tínhamos garagem fechada. A porta do quarto tem chave. Recomendo! Nada a apontar. O local é excelente.

Coincidimos con otra pareja pero sin problema, y Danilo también reside allí por lo que pudo recibirnos y despedirnos. Pudimos usar la lavadora y hay plaza de aparcamiento, así que todo genial.

La parte común, Danilo puso a nuestra disposición todo lo que tenía disponible, huevos café pan, todo de primer nivel, totalmente recomendable.

• Udo (10/5): - Wir haben The Roses für unseren Sohn gebucht, der eine Reise durch Südamerika macht. Er hat sich dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Danilo war ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Unser Sohn war etwas erkältet und Danilo hat ihm sogar mehrmals einen Tee gemacht. Außerdem hat er ihm viele Tipps und Informationen über Puerto Varas gegeben. Unser Sohn hat sich dort wirklich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Sein Zimmer war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet, einfach gemütlich. Danilo hat ihm auch etwas zum Frühstück vorbereitet, einfach toll! Diese Unterkunft können wir wirklich empfehlen! Lieber Danilo, nochmals vielen Dank für alles! Nichts

• Susan (10/5): A great stay in Puerto Varas! - Danilo is a great host and we really enjoyed our stay in Puerto Varas. The apartment was quiet and well located. It was simply but beautifully furnished and has amenities that you’d expect in a fine hotel (a super comfortable bed, an assortment of pillows with various levels of firmness, bathrobes, etc) though this is a home stay. Danilo was generous, welcoming and informative and the refrigerator was stocked with delicious fruit for us to enjoy, along with coffee and tea, etc. Plus, we got to do laundry. And, on our way out the door he gave us chocolates from the local chocolate shop. Perfect! Thank you Danilo!!

The big suprise was that the host is also living in the apartment, as well as another guest. We found this out only on arrival. Everything is legit, just this is important info that should have been given in advance.

• Michael (8/5): A homestay that is in a great location to explore Puerto Varas. - Proximity to town and easy to get to by car. Free and secure parking. The host was super helpful, kind, thoughtful, and good recommendations on where to go in town. Washing machine takes a long time to clean and dry clothes so if you need to do laundry, plan ahead.
• Lieskovský (10/5): Exceptional - The city is beautiful and the accomodation is situated close to the center yet at a calm location. The host is extremely kind and makes sure everything is great. Communication in English was difficult, but we managed by using google translate. A phone call was needed to enter the building for the first time.
