• Michael (3/5): We made the best of it in spite of the major issue mentioned. So disappointed and embarrassed. - Location is good. The Villa is modern enough and well lit at night. The kitchen is well stocked. There is a working Iron and Ironing board. There is a working hairdryer. Property has so much potential but is badly let down by a solvable issue. The major issue or problem with the Villa which was rented to cater for 7 adults was basic hygiene needs not being met. There are 3 showers on the property of which 1 barely works some of the time. There is little to no water in the upstairs showers. There is 1 shower downstairs shared between 7 people. The water pressure in the 1 so called working shower is not sufficient. Further to this there is only sufficient hot water for 2 people to have a rinse. This issue has been flagged in previous reviews and as such I sought assurances from the property owner/ manager on the 29th of November 2025. I was assured among other things that the shower issue was in hand or resolved. I wrote to the property owner/ manager on a number of occasion during our stay expressing my disappointment and embarrassment having booked this property for 7 people. Although the owner/ manager did engage with me I don't believe I got much traction and the issue was not resolved during our stay. The villa in my opinion should not be rented out while this major issue is not resolved. Not fit for purpose. Other minor issues include the curtains in the main on suite bedroom which are badly hung and not maintained and do little to nothing to block the sunlight from the fantastic panoramic window which made it difficult to sleep. A blackout blind would work well here. The door in this room constantly rattles due to a draft and needed to be wedged to prevent same. Simple maintenance with an adjustment to the door would resolve this issue. Some of the chairs in the kitchen need an to be adjusted as they have become loose.

• Lisa (7/5): - Very lovely accommodation had everything you needed very modern and comfortable. Very clean lovely sized rooms and an amazing living space. The only downside was the water pressure. Only could use one shower due to this. If this gets sorted a perfect place to stay and would of given 5s crossed all questions 😀

• Guillem (9/5): Maravillosa - La casa estaba muy bien ubicada. Tenia de todo y no tuvimos ningún problema de espacio. La piscina y la terraza eran más grandes de lo que nos pensábamos. El personal fue muy amable con nosotros en todo momento. Pudimos difrutar de nuestra estancia en Lanzarote a la perfección. Nos faltó más cantidad de algunos utensilios o objetos basicos, como papel de lababo o objetos para limpiar.

• Hutcheson (8/5): Lovely villa with large dining area. - Close to all amenities. Large living area and master bedroom. We would have liked another key as we were a group of 7 people. One of the bedrooms was very small and would have suited children only.

• jeffrey (5/5): Great location , internally of the villa couldn’t be faulted nice & comfortable - Heated pool was cold & sun beds are all broken , hurt my back when one of them collapsed as I have a bad back. Broken sun beds should not be provided! Also driveway needs to be levelled out front as badly cracked , nearly tripped twice coming home late where there are no lighting
• Anthony (8/5): Enjoyed our time - Amazing location and good size villa. If I’m boing honest and picky it’s a little tired in areas like paint work, skirtings and pool area. Some of the previous reviews mentioned things that still remain like broken lounger, broken show er head. deeper clean in some areas required (crumbs in corner of kitchen floor) and no welcome pack like we are used to in this class / star of villa. The hairdryer was broken on day one however the host replaced it with a new one immediately. There was no hand soap in any bathrooms and some essentials would have been a bonus. The towels are very very old and need replaced. Difficult to find as at the end of a quiet cul de sac but thanks to the neighbour’s we got in eventually may be worth showing a photograph of the entrance with directions to help others especially when arriving in the dark. The area is very quiet and short walking distance to the main strip. Overall we would return but some small tweaks by the host and this would be 5 stars.
• Rosaleen (7/5): lovely week's break for 6 ladies of a certain age!! - Location was good! Only 5 mins up cardiac hill from the beach. The bright kitchen was nice and clean. Bathrooms were fine although shower power could have been better at times. Overall nice decorative touches. Beds were comfortable and late checkout was appreciated and only 20 Euro extra! Overall enjoyed our stay. Some minor negatives but didn't really detract from our overall experience. Outside space was for 6 was a little tight around the plunge pool and floor could have been cleaner.Kitchen utensils slightly lacking - only 4 wine glasses. No grater or garlic crusher. Hairdryer didn't work. Only one key for 6 people was challenging at times and, as mentioned in other reviews, the front door was hard to open / lock. No air con in two of the bedrooms upstairs although fans provided.

• Kelly (3/5): Only good thing is location. Make sure to check all bedding etc and areas are cleaning when you get there or just avoidi - Location as it wasn’t too far from the strip It was dirty on arrival. I had to call them up to get a cleaner out to change some of the bedding. The pool was full of dirt and we couldn’t use it even after requesting a number of times to get someone out to sort it and they never did. I use the word pool Very Lightly! It was more like an over sized bath! The front door was very bad for closing or locking it which was very unsafe. I have pictures and wattsapp message from me to the property manager. I could go on with more stuff but overall I would not personally recommend this villa to anyone based on our experience. It will only allow me to upload 4 photos but I have more.

• Adrian (10/5): Villa Ada - Perfect for all - Location is half way up cardiac hill so very near the start of the strip of restaurants and beach and literally 1 min walk from Albatros Supermarket. Beautiful Villa all round. Modern open plan kitchen, diner and Lounge with 75 inch Smart TV. Air-conditioning in that area Plus 2 master bedrooms. Lovely little pool and sunbathing back yard / Garden area. Nothing to dislike

Great size kitchen Minor things, pool was cold, some doors were sticking , only one key for the property and tv upstairs in main bedroom didn’t work , curtains hanging off the rail

• Loumac11 (9/5): Beautiful apartment, great for families or larger group - Beautiful apartment. Plenty of space, secure and perfect for a large group. Beds very comfortable. Towels provided were not good, they didn't dry very well and shed blue specks all over skin. Towels could have been better quality. Apartment could have been dusted a bit better, there were hidden areas that could have had a deeper clean. A vacuum cleaner would have a good extra. Neighbours were noisy on a couple of nights which kept us awake.

Slight problem with downstairs shower head it fell off when water on. Could do with blinds at patio doors to keep sun out and provide privacy. Road directly outside not level so not good in the dark.
• Shona (8/5): Great holiday, great location and fab villa in our favourite place Lanzarote. - The villa is in a lovely location very central to all shops, restaurants etc. it was clean, spacious and was overall very comfortable for our family. Only one key for 5 guests who all like to do different things. The shower in the upstairs bathroom was not height adjustable and could have the potential to flood if not very careful.
• Paul (8/5): Great location and I would stay here again - Location was perfect with plenty room and facilities for a young family The pool wouldn’t get warm till the afternoon. For our first three days we couldn’t use the pool as it wasn’t warm enough despite contacting them to come look at it.

• Louise (10/5): Fantastic family holiday. Would definitely book again! - Beautiful property. Very tasteful and comfortable. Very spacious. Lovely outdoor area and splash pool, which the kids absolutely loved. Well equipped kitchen.
• Tessa (6/5): The villa is in desperate need of some TLC, everywhere is stained, dirty and grubby. - Very easy to collect keys from a lock box. Code was provided in an email. The hosts very kindly provided fans for my friend who had been poorly and were very prompt at providing towels they had missed for one of our guests. The towels that were provided were very small and had the most horrendous smell. We had to re-wash them all before we could use them. The curtains in the master bedroom were hanging off the rail , everywhere needs painting. Some of furniture is broken, the sofa was grubby and smelt bad the shower in the master bedroom leaks everywhere causing damage to the skirting boards. The pool was dirty at the bottom, one of the loungers had a big rusty bolt poking through the back part of the canvas! We thought that was very dangerous and there were no cushions to put on the loungers. Shame really because it could be or was a spectacular holiday home, genuinely the pictures of the villa are very deceptive or they were taken straight after the villa was renovated.

• Louise (9/5): Fabulous stay. - The villa was absolutely great, everything we needed and more. Location was superb for the main strip and the old town was only a 10 minute walk away. Supermarket only round the corner. We would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. My only negative would be that we were unable to have an early check-in and there was nowhere we could leave our luggage, so we had to lug our cases around with us for 5hrs until we could check in. I appreciate that they need to allow 4 hrs to do a change over if they new guests arriving but I think a storage area for cases could easily be created in the garage, with a key box like on main house. This, however, would not stop me from booking again, I would just look for a later morning flight time in the future.
• John (8/5): Very good - The facility was good, pool, BBQ area, living area, master bedroom was amazing, the staff was willing to help all the time if needed. The Aircon of the master bedroom wasn't strong enough, but all the rest was fantastic.
• Vishal (7/5): Nice Villa lacking some essentials and personality - Large property with a nice small pool and loungers Pool area had a few worn out loungers and a table. Sufficient enough Kitchen area was big Generally clean Nice big TV with Netflix Air conditioning in multiple rooms was great Downstairs bed was comfortable Cot given was a portable one, but sufficient Oven, microwave and kettle Overall a nice location as a little away from the noise of the main strip, but close enough to walk. Once on the main road, easy to drive out to wherever you want. The road leading to the villa is too tight. No soap dispensers in bathroom The staircase up and down are a litte dangerous for small children The location of the villa is very confusing and I had to call the agent for instructions to find it Driving into the villa area is so tight and parking was not always available so only for very small cars unless experienced No blinds for main living area looking into pool area, a little lack of privacy! Pool was quite dirty at times and a pool cover would have helped Water from the air conditioning system kept leaking outside into the pool area No water, milk, bread or other essentials for new visitors. I know this is not required, but would go some way to making you feel more welcome. Communication via the messaging app was very little and to the point, despite my wife also sending a query in Spanish.
• Ollie (9/5): Superb - Villa was spotless and and in a excellent location close to beach, bars and supermarkets, the pool area was a real sun trap with a nice pool we had a family of 7 people and fit very comfortably, TV in main sitting area was excellent for kids to watch Netflix and YouTube. Aircon also works really well Front door lock needs to be changed as it is loose, and difficult to open on occasions
• Hilary (8/5): Nice, could be great with a few updates - Great location close to restaurants & grocery shop. Lovely to have a pool to cool off. Nice quiet location. The villa needs to be refreshed, the outdoor furniture in particular, one sunbed was broken the other two were pretty worn. The swing chair upholstery was badly stained. The bed linen and towels were also pretty poor. There are no basics in the kitchen like cleaning spray or salt, pepper or oil, obviously not essential but for the price of the villa you would expect these small things. It's only a small point, overall the villa is lovely but it could easily be exceptional with a bit of tlc. It's a bit difficult to find, so make sure to ask for clear directions.

Great having 3 bath - The size of the property , the addition of a pool.Very tasteful and clean.The location was great for eating out in the local restaurants and shops Small things. One sun loungers broken. Door lock quite difficult to open. Quite hard to locate as property was at end of a dead end road and Nos Villa not that visible.

• John (9/5): great location , great villa , highly recommend - from the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the central location. the villa was fab. the rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated with all the mod cons. the outdoor space was very private and serene. we had a broken key and the staff were great and efficient in resolving the issue with a smile making us feel right at home. On arrival, the villa was quite difficult to find . the external signage & lighting is very poor and if you arrive at night it's quite difficult as there's no main reception and no one to meet you and let you in.

Check-in was very easy Not that suitable for small children, could have done with stair gates as an option. Bed pillows not great but might just be preference

Location was literally 5 mins to all restaurants ,shops and the beach . Plenty space internally air conditioned and spotless 👍👍 One or 2 minor issues and I mean minor which were dealt with very promptly by Ricardo 👍👍
