• Sandra (7/5): - El alojamiento cumple en líneas generales con lo que muestran las fotos: es fiel a la realidad y estaba limpio, aunque encontramos algunos pelos en el suelo del baño, un detalle que podría mejorarse. El colchón es confortable, aunque algo blando para nuestro gusto, pero la cama es amplia y permite descansar bien. No dispone de una cocina completa, por lo que si buscas cocinar algo elaborado no será posible. Aun así, cuenta con microondas, hervidor y cafetera, y se agradece el detalle de las cápsulas de café y las infusiones que dejan a disposición. El baño es bastante pequeño y no tiene ventana, aunque dispone de extractor. En cuanto a la ubicación, está muy cerca del aeropuerto, lo cual puede ser práctico, pero también implica que encontrar aparcamiento sea complicado. Hay algunos aspectos importantes a tener en cuenta: la ventilación es limitada, ya que solo hay una pequeña ventana que da a un patio interior, y se percibe cierta humedad en el ambiente. En nuestro caso, tuvimos que dormir con la puerta abierta para estar más cómodos. Además, hay pájaros en el entorno del alojamiento que pueden despertar a quienes tengan el sueño ligero. En general, es una opción aceptable para una estancia corta de una noche, especialmente si buscas algo económico, pero no lo recomendaríamos para estancias de más de dos noches.

• Markus (2/5): Nicht empfehlenswert - Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos. Nähe zu Flughafen (zu Fuß aber ein langer Weg 30 Min) Die Luft im Appartement war nicht zu ertragen. Wir konnten kaum einschlafen. Es lag vermutlich an den Wänden die schimmelig schienen. Kein Wasserkocher. Kein E-Herd. Kein richtiges Fenster zum Lüften. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht.

• Florian (6/5): All in all a good place to stay if you have to fly early from Valencia Airport. - It had an AC and it was mostly quiet. The Host answered fast and was nice and uncomplicated The door of the Bathroom was not closable, and the AC smelled.

• John (8/5): Convenient, comfortable and overall very good for a one-night stay. - Location is very convenient for walking to airport, subway and food shops and restaurants. Very clean and well-enough equipped for a one-night stay. Comfortable bed and very quiet at night. No pans or kettle in the kitchen area, only microwave, coffee machine and fridge. Very small bathroom. Manises is not a an attractive part of Valencia - but it's where the airport is.

• Georgiana (5/5): Overall, addressing the bedding, towels, and ventilation would significantly improve the guest experience. - The accommodation is conveniently located within walking distance of Valencia Airport, which made it very practical. The space was clean on arrival, and the mini fridge and Amazon fire stick was a useful addition. The king-size bed had a comfortable mattress. The condition of the bedsheets and towels was the biggest disappointment during my stay and the main reason for my lower rating. I would strongly recommend that the owner invests in higher-quality bedding and towels. The sheets were made of thin polyester and covered in bobbles, while the towels were worn, fraying, and had lost their original color. Both the sheets and towels also had an unpleasant smell, as if they had not been dried with adequate ventilation.

Además el colchón y las almohadas eran muy cómodos Hubiera estado bien el detalle de alguna cápsula para la máquina de café. Las toallas estaban algo viejas al igual que las sábanas, además la de abajo era demasiado pequeña para la cama y se salía del colchón con cada movimiento.

• Simona (10/5): - Close to the airport, everything is as you see it on the pictures, it is small but it is ok for a couple of nights stay. The owners were amazing- they accommodated our request to check in sooner and were always responsive to our messages.

Good to have aircon, good shower, basic kitchenette with essentials, clothes hangers, tv. Comfortable mattress. Reasonably quiet. Everything was clean. Good communication with host - check in/out smooth and easy. Would have really appreciated a couple of pods for the coffee machine. Also, though the mattress was great, it was spoiled a bit by putting on polyester sheets - not comfortable in hot weather! For perfection a cotton sheet would've been great. Other than that, all good! We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Excellent customer service. - Conveniently located about a 7 minutes walk to airport along a fairly well lit pedestrian pathway (there were no stairs contrary to what Google showed although there were a couple steep and uneven sections. We were able to wheel two large bicycle boxes to airport. The apartment is also a very short walk to the metro line to the city (about 15 minute ride to downtown). So very convenient location. Room was larger than expected. But the best about this place was the host. She went over and beyond to help us have a smooth experience. She replied quickly to messages and was super friendly. So glad we booked this place. Can definitely recommend it. The room is a bit dark (but probably nice and cool in summer) because window opens out to an open-aired corridor that leads to the building’s entrance. But not a big issue for us at all especially since the location meant it was quiet.

Keys are in a locker box with good description how to get them. Facilities are basic but all is clean. For us it was only to spend the night, we left early the next day. Can recommend if you just need an overnight stay without excessive luxury. it served our purpose

We didn’t feel safe in the location and didn’t sleep. We had 9 nights in other accommodation in Valencia which cost the same but were far superior
