• jennifer (2/5): Die Unterkunft nie wieder - Die Unterkunft war gut gelegen, wir hatten ein Auto und wir sind gut überall hingekommen. Das war schon das positive. Es war dreckig und alles war heruntergekommen. Haben es dem Vermieter gesagt, aber er meinte es war alles sauber. Wir hatten Tote wie lebende Kakerlaken überall trotz das wir ein Spray im Haus hatten. Wir mussten erstmal 2 Stunden putzen damit es sauber war. Die Möbel waren alle kaputt und dreckig, wir haben auch nichts in der Wohnung gegessen sondern waren nur essen, für Getränke haben wir uns Becher gekauft. Das Bettzeug und Handtücher mussten wir nochmal waschen weil es komisch roch. Am Pool durfte man sich nicht unterhalten dann wurde schon etwas gesagt
• Jakub (10/5): Sightseeing and relaxation - A truly wonderful place to stay: - A spacious apartment with direct access to the terrace, garden, and pool (which is the interior of the property) - A very comfortable terrace with a place to relax, enjoy a coffee, and eat lunch. - I parked right in front of the building - A good location (in this sunny part of the island) and a good base (close to the highway) for trips to any destination on the island - Peace and quiet; the entire property is fenced, and I felt very safe - The kitchen was well-equipped Highly recommended P.S. There were NO cockroaches during my stay (not a single one).
• Gudlaug (4/5): Disappointing and dirty. - Good location and the pool area is very clean. We were surprised to learn that the pictures of the appartement on Booking seem very old compared to the present state of the appartment. The floors and skirting boards all have noticebly been damaged by water. The property was very dirty. Dead ants in every corners, black mold-looking gunk in the chaulk in the shower, tiles in the shower were very dirty, etc. A deep clean is despritly needed. The place is crawling with ants despite there been multiple traps scattered around the appartment. There are no benches in the pool area or chairs available.
• Fanny (10/5): logement ideal pour une famille qui veux visiter toute l'ile et être au calme - l'appartement est situé a 15 min de l'aéroport tenerife sud mais très calme. le quartier semble en expansion et un petit centre commercial ainsi que des restaurants et bar sont accessibles à pied a 2 min. la plage est à 5 min a pied et la montane roja également. nous avions loué une voiture et l'ensemble de l'île est accessible a environ 1h de route. l'appartement était très calme et tout près de la piscine qui n'est pas chauffée mais qui est utilisable même en décembre. la résidence était trés calme à cette période le ménage avait été fait juste avant notre arrivée et l'appartement et la literie était très propre cependant ous avons été légèrement incommodé par des petites mouche dans les points d'eau de la maison durant le séjour malgré tout le soin qu'y avait porté le propriétaire. ce n'est pas sa faute mais je préfère le préciser car certaines personnes sont très exigeantes à ce sujet

• Patricia (3/5): Decepción con la gestión de la Tejita - No puedo valorar positivamente en absoluto nuestra estancia porqué tuvimos una mala experiencia con el propietario. Era necesario para nosotros un alojamiento con piscina puesto que viajamos con niños pequeños y en vez de avisarnos que no tenia llaves actualmente, no nos dijo nada hasta que quisimos ir e incluso los vecinos nos cerraron la puerta en las narices. Estuvimos una semana alojados, no hubo llaves por ningún lugar. Hubiese sido más legal por su parte habernos avisado de lo ocurrido antes de nuestra llegada para poder anular la reserva y buscar otra opción si lo creíamos conveniente. A mi no me compensa que me haya reembolsado unos euros. Añado que necesita una buena limpieza a fondo el piso, bajo los muebles.
• David (9/5): - Zona del sur de Tenerife muy tranquila, con una playa muy grande y sin casi gente, también cuenta con una piscina enorme y muy tranquila. Hay un supermercado para comprar todo lo que necesites a menos de 10 minutos andando. Muy cómodo y buenas zonas comunes

One thing to keep in mind: having a car is essential to get around comfortably, as the area is not easily accessible by foot or public transport. The only small downside was the cleaning utensils, which were a bit old and not very effective – a minor detail in an otherwise wonderful stay. Highly recommended! The cleaning tools were not effective

• Amanda (9/5): Vacaciones en familia - El apartamento es cómodo. Bien ubicado, en un entorno maravilloso, sin masificación turistica. La terraza y la cercanía a la piscina. Al apartamento le hacía falta una limpieza en profundidad. Entendemos qué al está cerca de la costa, y con el viento es más fácil que se ensucie. Nada que no se pudiera solucionar.
• Loreta (10/5): Exceptional - The property was nice and clean, located 15 mins away from the airport, close to red mountain and nice beach. Of course one could find even nicer beaches, but one could easily spend a day or two in the Tejita, go up the mountain, etc. We rented a car to explore other nice areas in tenerife. There is a supermarket close by and some restaurants and cafes. In short, we had a wonderful stay, apartment had everything one needs, it was cosy and nice.
