• Valeria (6/5): Una soluzione adeguata per un weekend fuori porta - La struttura era pulita e adatta alle nostre esigenze. La stazione della metro più vicina (Manzoni) si trova a 15 minuti a piedi. La zona e il modo in cui si presenta lo stabile. Inoltre ogni volta che entravi si sentiva un odore sgradevole di chiuso/umido
• Dishant (5/5): Ok ok can look for other properties with same price range - Room was clean and all necessities were there The tolient sink was clogged and water was not going through properly. Reported the same but no help was provided. There was no dish washer scrub and they mentioned that dishes should be cleaned before checking out. Lol. Location was also not as near to station as you will be expecting.

• Marija (8/5): wonderful nice and clean - Location is close to Termini station but the apartment is on a main street there is a lot of car noise all night . If you don't have internet on mobile the key system for entering the apartment is a bit complicated.

• Michelle (2/5): The photos and the flat itself have nothing to do with each other. I felt cheated and scammed with the conditions of the - The room was spacious. The windows were large and let in good light. The ceilings were high. In the photos the flat looks more neat and clean. It smelled bad, some problems with the plumbing. The description does not specify that it is next to a road, so there was always a lot of noise. Even if you closed the windows you could still hear the noise from the street. The flat was dirty, although we were assured that it was clean it was not. There was someone else's hair on the floor, dust everywhere, stains on the sheets, pillows, chairs, mattress and on the back of the bed. The sheets were also torn. The sofa bed was dirty and dusty and the sheets were not the right size. The description of the bathroom said there was a bidet, it was not there. The shower had yellow, orange stains and some were already turning black. The shower itself was a hazard, the shower head was broken and fell on our head and foot, which is a safety hazard. The bathroom door could not be closed. We were provided with very little toilet paper. The flat is not in a good area. For tourists who do not know Rome this can be dangerous. We even asked the girl who welcomed us if it was a good area and she didn't answer directly. The location is bad and the public transport does not help much. We walked to the metro, but I don't recommend it very much. Especially if you are a girl travelling alone or in a group with other girls. Overall, the flat was refurbished at the time, but they have not taken care of the maintenance. Lousy experience.

• Agata (9/5): Pleasant, comfortable apartament with minor backdraws. - Neat, clean apartament with functional, aesthetic design. Sheets, towels, kitchen utensils provided. 20 minutes walking from the train station. 40 minutes walking feom the city center. Small boiler, only lasts for ca 3-5 minutes of hot shower. No washing machine. Elevated highway in feont of the windows, which generated mild, moderate noise throughout the day with closed windows. The traffic on this highway stops at 22 (10pm) and the noise disappears.
