- Sammy (10/5): Gezellig appartement met prachtig uitzicht - Het was een prachtige locatie met mooi uitzicht vanuit je terras. Bij aankomst vonden we het appartement niet meteen, maar de host was heel behulpzaam, vlot en snel bereikbaar voor vragen. Het was een heel lieve dame die ons ontving. We mochten onze auto ook al eerder dan het check-in uur parkeren in de ondergrondse afgesloten parking. Vanuit daar kon je rechtstreeks met de lift naar het appartement, wat handig is voor je bagage. Alles was voorzien; haardroger, shampoos, koffie, keukengerei, grote dressing voor de kledij, tv, internet. Wij zijn 1 nachtje gebleven, aangezien we op doorreis waren naar Toscane Italie. Wij zijn heel tevreden van ons verblijf!! Nogmaals dank aan de lieve host :-)

A full luxury one bedroom apartment with perfect view on Lake LUGANO Dressing room, desk, all facilities one can think of, fully equipped kitchen & dinnerware.. THE WORKS! Perfect (covered) balcony with table/chairs/sofa.. Perfect for romantic dinners & pleasant breakfasts.. Spacious covered garage in premises w/lift access. Had a very hard time to locate the keys to the apartment with wrong mailbox specified by host. A neighbor (real angel) helped, otherwise would have been stuck in the street under heavy rain. Host interaction was necessary at every step. Apartment floor, number, garage keys information had to be separately asked & answered under challenging conditions.. Unclear host response for returning the keys caused unnecessary stress & confusion.
