• Danail (9/5): - На няколко минути от Колизеума. На една минута от супермаркет. За семейна двойка стаята е напълно достатъпна, но за трима човека е на ръба на проблем. Има всички кухненски удобства - съдове, микровълнова фурна, кафеварка с капсули, кубинска кафеварка, хладилник. Имахме подарък бутилка вино, вода, няколко капсули кафе и чай. Не е твърде шумно, но все пак шума от улицата се чува, особено сутрин, около 6:00, камион за събиране на боклуци може да ви събуди. Чува се системно и звук от електродвигател - вероятно асансьор или хидрофор.

• Alessandro (8/5): - Die Lage der Unterkunft war ausgezeichnet. In nur fünf Minuten erreicht man das Kolosseum, das von zahlreichen Bars und Restaurants umgeben ist. Auch die Metrostation befindet sich direkt beim Kolosseum, wodurch die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten innerhalb von 20 Minuten bequem erreichbar sind. Auf derselben Straßenseite wie das Apartment befindet sich ein Carrefour Express, in dem man problemlos einkaufen kann. Weniger utensilien in der Küche, kein Tuch war vorhanden um das Geschirr abzutrocknen und eine Pfanne konnte man nicht auf den Induktionsherd nutzen.
• Yasemin (10/5): - Wesley responded to my messages immediately and was very helpful. They were truly attentive and caring. The house is very clean and has everything you need. It was easy to find the location. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of all the attractions. It was wonderful to walk past the Colosseum every day. It's also on a safe and beautiful street. If I ever return to Rome, this would definitely be where I'd stay. Thank you so much for everything.

• dohyeon (10/5): 너무 좋다 - 직원분이 활기차고 친절하심. 콜로세움 근처라서 간단히 산책하거나 야경 보기에 나가기도 좋음. 좌측으로는 만조니역 걸어서 10분 이내, 바로 앞에는 버스랑 트램 다녀서 교통편도 좋음. 근처에 10시까지 하는 마트도 있고 조금 걸으면 24시간인 마트도 있어서 접근성 좋음. 우선 1층이라 짐 옮기기 너무 편하고 왔다갔다 하기 편했음. 도착하기 전부터 에어컨을 틀어놔서 쾌적하게 입실할 수 있었음. 와인 한병도 구비해주셔서 와인도 한 잔 했음. 식기류도 깔끔하게 정리되어 있어서 한끼는 해먹었음. 유럽 베드버그 조심하라고 하도 그래서 걱정했으나 그럴 일은 없었음. 도시세도 카드로 결제 가능하고 mr. emerson이 빠른 답장과 빠른 해결을 해주셨음. 스마트 티비로 넷플릭스 등 계정 연동해서 볼 수 있었음. 공항 도착 후 샌딩 알아봤는데 국내에서 업체 끼고 알아보면 약 20만원 정도 하는데 숙소 연계하여 드라이버분 섭외하니까 70유로에 쾌적하고 저렴하게 왔음. 기사분하고 연결될 수 있게 계속해서 연락주셨고 기사님하고도 연락할 수 있게 도와주셨음. 기사님도 미리 앞에 나와계셔서 내 이름을 적은 종이로 바로 알아볼 수 있게 준비하셨음. 매우 나이스하고 멋진 분이 오셔서 로마 도착하자마자 기분이 좋았음. 오후 8시 이후에 도착했으나 mr. emerson께서 미리 나와계셔서 빠르게 입실 가능했음. 수건도 추가로 요청했는데 빠르게 가져다 주셨음. 이상한 곳에서 고통받는 다른 사람들 이야기 들었는데 첫 숙소 성공적이라 정말 좋았음. 다음에 로마에 다시 온다면 또 예약 희망있음! 근처 트램이 다니다 보니 트램이 다닐 때 울림이 있음. 화장실 환풍기를 틀면 한국인이 잘 맡아보지 못한 냄새가 나는데 이탈리아 거리 종종 다니다보면 맡을 수 있음.

• Kev..fitz (10/5): Studio apartment in great location - Great location, very clean, our host also had left a nice bottle of wine and water in the fridge for our arrival, kitchen was great with everything you would need if cooking your own meals and everything seemed brand new. Nothing.

The apartment has everything you need and you don’t have to worry about salt or oil if you plan cooking. Free wine was a pleasant surprise.

The staff mixed things up and was barging in very inappropriately trying to make me fix what they mixed up. It got solved in the end, but lack of communication skills and adequacy when trying to solve was really bad.

• Niccih (10/5): 5 Star Quality in a Compact Package. - I can not stress enough good things about this property. The size was probably a bit surprising. But not bad. It was cozy and fun. But regardless of the size, it is super comfortable, very well decorated, very clean, and had everything you would need. On top of that, we were spoiled with a lovely bottle of chianti. We don't drink alcohol, but regardless, it was a beautiful gesture, and we loved the thought. The host was amazing. The unit is 10 meters from a supermarket where you can easily get any bits and bobs you need. It's close to public transport and a stones throw from the Colosseum. I can't imagine anyone being unhappy with this place unless you have outlandish expectations. Absolutely loved it and will stay there again if we find ourselves back in Rome. 5 Star quality 👌🏻 ✨️.

Joey met us at the property to hand us our key, explain where everything was and gave us recommendations. Comfiest pillows I’ve had from anywhere in a while (+ english Netflix is installed in the tv).

• Roccisano (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing accommodation and location, as so close to the Colosseum and in a quieter part of Rome which we loved. The place is brand new, very clean and incredible bathroom. Air conditioner worked really great and we had a host come out and show us how to check in and use everything which was really helpful and nice! Great restaurants close by as well! Would stay again for sure! Nothing

• Sairah (9/5): Very comfortable and welcoming - The location was great right outside the coliseum, nice lively area with great views. The room was so pretty, nicely decorated with complementary items free of charge. It was all worth the money the bathroom was clean and very aesthetically pleasing. Would a million percent recommend for 2-3 friends or a couple. However had a slight problem with the water temp changing randomly whilst using the shower, otherwise the whole place was a 10/10.

Wesley gave us some great tips, such as using the Free Now app for transportation - very affordable & quick service, like Uber. They left a complimentary bottle of Chianti as a welcome gift and were friendly and helpful. Apartment was in a great location, with a view of the Colosseo. Very clean & stocked with the usual amenities you would expect: full kitchen, cafe & tea, toiletries, hair dryer & iron, and extra blankets & pillows. I loved the quaint courtyard littered with plants & flowers. I would rent again & recommend. This may go without saying for traveling abroad, but make sure to bring an adapter for the plugs! Also it would be helpful if the keys were labeled, since there were so many doors to open.

• Guardia (10/5): Exceptional - We had such a nice stay in Rome with you. Arrived late and Emerson was kindly waiting for us, explained everything and we felt almost like home. Tolds us tips for public transport and places to go, where and what to order for eating, and knowing the Luggage Spot near Colosseo was great, specially for the day we left. The appartment was clean and comfortable, everything we needed for a 4 night stay. Centric, and also cool … every detail was a surprise ! Thanks so much, for sure we will recommend and repeat if we come back to Rome 😍
• Maira (9/5): Lived like a Local! - Excellent Location! Wesley was a fantastic host ! Shower had good pressure and apt. was clean. 10-12 minute walk from the Colosseum and restaurants. Another 20minutes to the Spagna steps area. Although, It’s comfortable to sleep 3-4 adults but the space is tight /very narrow for 3-4 suitcases. Walls were also very thin. Bathroom was also a little small. Netflix did not work for us either.
