- Julia (8/5): - La ubicación, tranquila y cerca del metro para poder ir a cualquier sitio. La cama era cómoda y estaba todo muy limpio. Raúl fue muy agradable y tuvimos buena comunicación. El resto de estancias eran un poco pequeñas.

- Oliver (10/5): 100% perfecto. - El alojamiento está en una ubicación inmejorable, cerca de calle Alcalá y de varias paradas de metro, donde llegas al centro si lo necesitas. Es muy tranquilo, lo que permite descansar sin problema. Habitación luminosa y amplia con buena conexión wifi. El espacio está muy cuidado y limpio, y Raúl fue increíblemente amable y atento en todo momento, haciendo que la estancia fuera todavía más agradable. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomiendo 100%.”

- Shan (8/5): - Buena relación calidad-precio. El propietario es muy atento y siempre está pendiente de las necesidades de los huéspedes. La habitación cuenta con detalles muy útiles como pasta de dientes, champú, gel de ducha, toalla de baño y secador, lo cual se agradece mucho. La ubicación es conveniente, con supermercados cercanos y la parada de metro Nuevo Pueblo a unos 6 minutos caminando. Como punto a tener en cuenta, el entorno puede resultar un poco inseguro por la noche, especialmente si se viaja sola.

- Ixent (10/5): - It's clean, there is a basic kitchen one can use, and most importantly of all, Raúl makes you feel very welcome and goes out of his way to accommodate you. The location is also good: a peaceful, safe and quiet neighbourhood, a short metro ride from the centre. And the price is good. There isn't anything I didn't like.

The host is a very nice person, he was always willing to help and was ensuring that I had all that I needed, so that I feel comfortable. He even let me stay a few hours more on the last day! I will definitely check for an available room again the next time I visit Madrid!
- Anthony (6/5): Pleasant - Excellent host and location. Close to Metro and a short drive to Madrid airport. Good for a day or two if you're passing through Madrid. My first issue is not one directed at the host. In general, I've found that with Booking.com in Spain you need to read the fine print to understand that you DON'T have a private bathroom. If you're driving it will be a challenge to find parking nearby. If a place offers a kitchen it should definitely offer a place to sit and eat as well - this place does not.

In a safe area and as a solo female traveler, that’s very important. Also the room has secured locked access. Nothing for the price it was well above average.
