• nightrunner (10/5): odlično - Lokacija odlična, 15 minut peš od centra. Gostitelj odličen, preparkiral je celo svoj avto, da smo parkirali bližje aparmaja Bili smo 2 para in je moral en par spati na raztegljivem kavču, ki je bil malo slabše kakkovosti za spanje

• Zdeněk Pechal (8/5): prima ubytování mimo centrum - Prima domluva s majitelem ohledně klíčů. V noci je klid, byt má okna a balkon do zahrady ve vnitrobloku. , Je zde dostatek prostoru. Autobus do centra má zastávku hned u ubytování. A v okolí je hned 5 minut od ubytování Cerrefour expres a restaurace "Covo pasta fresca" v ložnici byla abá wifi, zálohování fotografií bylo potřeba dělat v druhém pokoji chyběla nám nějaká podložka pod nohy před sprchový kout a ten zřejmě tekl, občas jsme měli v koupelně mokro první noc jsme zažili útok komárů, je potřeba večer v době svícení důsledně zavírat okna a dveře

• Oleksandra (9/5): - I only spent two nights there, but it was a beautiful stay. Both check-in and check-out went smoothly. The apartment is spacious enough for one or two people, and it has a nice small balcony, a comfortable bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchenette. It would be nice to have some tea, coffee, and basic items like olive oil -- especially since there was a coffee tin and an oil bottle, but they were empty, and there was something else in the tea box :) Oh, and there’s a socket near the bed -- but it’s not close enough to be practical.
• Frene (9/5): - La ubicacion es excelente, muy comodo para ir caminando al centro y lugares de interes. La limpieza muy buena, todos los servicios funcionan perfectamente. La ducha y el agua caliente es un diez. Volveriamos sin dudas Nada, pq todo estuvo muy bien.

• Hanane (9/5): Séjour Court mais très satisfaisant - Bon accueil du propriétaire qui nous a reçu personnellement et a répondu à toutes nos questions. L’appartement était grand et est situé à 30-35 min à pied du centre historique. Vous pouvez trouver des places ( zone blanche) pour vous garer. À proximité vous avez un arrêt de bus, un très très bon restaurant ( All’… je ne me souviens plus du nom mais je vous le recommande) La canapé lit était un peu inconfortable mais pour une nuit c’est bien. L’appartement est un peu sombre mais encore une fois l’objectif c’est de visiter Florence et pas de rester enfermé dans un appartement.

• Hunter (10/5): Was clean, and with 4 of us felt spacious. The patio overlooked a beautiful garden. AC worked well. - Location was near bus stations and was walking distance from the city center. Scenic river walk nearby.
• David (10/5): Exceptional - Ease of access even though we arrived much later than planned. Host was very kind and accommodating. The apartment was very clean and in a quiet neighbourhood. Handy bus stop close by. Air-conditioning worked well. Would have liked a second pillow to be available.
• Ro (4/5): If you don't smoke, you should find another room - Location is good This room shares the first and second entrance doors with the neighbors; the room's entrance is the third door. When we opened the second door, the hallway was filled with the smell of smoke. Even after entering the room, it was also permeated with the same odor. We tried to air out the room, but the smell lingered in the bed and towels. Although the room was advertised as non-smoking, our neighbor is a heavy smoker. On the first night, due to the smoke from the neighbor and the stress of the situation, my girlfriend and I got sore throats and even caught a cold. When we opened the window, smoke came in from outside, and when we closed it and turned on the ventilation, smoke seeped in through the door gap. We even spent money on Febreze and other sprays to mask the smell. The next day, I aired out the room again and spoke with the host about the issue. He claimed he couldn't smell any smoke, so he saw no problem. I was stunned but continued to express my concerns. He then stated that he couldn't control the neighbor. It was clear he knew about the situation but hadn’t informed us until I complained. I'm not a sensitive traveler. I’ve stayed in many BnBs, hostels, and rooms around the world and have never encountered this kind of problem before because they provided clear information about their accommodations. I was really disappointed with his attitude in handling the situation.

• Shane (10/5): Very nice with easy access to Florence - Location was good, C4 bus got you there in 20mins but the walk into the city from Piazzale Michelangelo which is very close is amazing. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets in the area Nothing

He showed a free parking space and we saved some €€ It’s in the second floor and there is no elevator. also the sofa bed is a little uncomfortable.
